Great place for gas and snacks

Gas was 30 cents higher than listed.

WAS a regular customer, visit this store every morning for my items I would purchase. Spend a total of $1500 at this location every month. Im a General Manager at another Gas station as well for another company noneless.... My 1 star rating is for being called out and denied service today while in line. I followed instruction politely left building and went acrossed the road to Marathon where the cashier greeted me in the most friendly way Ive ever been greeted. Never thought Id be denied service at what I thought was my go to gas station. I see next time I will take my business to Marathon petroleum where i will not be called out soon as I walk in the door. I was profiled. Thank you though to those that work at Thortons that are professional and are about serving there customers. Those employees are the ones that deserve the 5 stars. My experience today was not even a 1 star and enough for me not to come back. Thanks and It was nice doing business with you guys while it lasted.

I always have problems here. Can never get gas. Does not work, I’m heading to speedway right now, might as well get a speedy Freeze too

We live down the street from this thortons. We stop there a lot. While some employees are great. My son went to get pop yesterday for our cookout and the black lady told him no mask no service. While the white lady said he comes here all the time as do his parents...my son was racially profiled for being white. I will follow up with a complaint with corporate. This was the same employee who was flirting with the men who had to fix the cooler. The problem was she was yelling over me at the register to flirt with them, as if I wasnt standing at the register. They were all the way back by the cooler. I felt the same way my son did. She doesnt like white people. Furthermore we frequent this thortons so much that my husband was interviewed by the news station and gave them rave reviews. That wont happen again. There was a line to the register and she picked my son out of all of them which not all were wearing masks and told him...no mask, no service. However she was ringing up other people without masks.

This gas station has the nicest bathrooms I’ve ever used. The staff is friendly & the hot dogs are actually amazing. I will definitely come back when in the area

I really enjoy the staff on first shift and I think 3rd shift is a little tough and needs to lighten up,I know that first shift has always done everything to help

Always some of the best prices in town. If you have their awards card after so many visits its an extra $0.03 off. The staff is usually friendly. Also $0.99 hot and cold drinks! I always send family and friends here.

Every time i go there and i go all the time just about every day they are always oit of what they offer like ices coffee its so hard to get a full cup or whip cream stuff they say is 6am_10am and i am therr at 9 and its never out or they didnt make it when it says made fresh daily! Dont go and put adds out and not have the products!! I mean thats someones job and its not getting done!!

Very convenient location close to the 270 - Roberts road interchange. The employees have always been friendly when I shop here. They carry a wide variety of snacks and beverages. They usually have the least expensive gas around the area.

They close their doors because theyre understaffed, lock them, then you get gas and thw pump tells you to get your receipt inside. Thats not happening, do NOT shop here past midnight or before 7am.

Always seems clean enough. Somehow they always have cheaper gas here than anywhere else nearby. Staff is definitely sub-par, even for a gas station.

I love that they arent a tiny store where the shelves are empty and the items are dusty. It is always busy but i guess thats the price we pay.

I was here about 10 minutes ago doors were locked then a young woman comes to the door and says we are closed! I said r u seriouse your 24/7 she said im waiting on the next shift this place i give one star id give 1/2 star if i could lousy customer service

Quick, simple gas station

Very easy to get in and out of plus the gas prices are cheaper than other stations around town.

Well I work close by and nothing is ever open at the time that I have to be at work so I stop in here normally everything is done but today there was no coffee ready none only decaf there were no half and half no whole milk to put in the coffee the lady at the counter said I dont know what to tell you I dont even know how to change that stuff so I had to go to work today without coffee needless to say

They have the E-85 flex fuel my Impala takes, Im happy. 🐯

I really dont even want to give this place ONE STar, reason being, some of THE CASHIERS ARE HORRIBLE WITH VERY BAD ATTITUDES, poor customer service training skills, and the lists goooooes on and on... I just recently moved to Ohio. I go over there alot to buy scratch offs, and other various things b/c Its convenient. This older gentleman name Bill has a veey nasty attitude. He argues with people all the time and getd mad when I come there, as if hes a lil racist...im not sure I dont want to put a labrl on it, but thats the way He makes me feel, on every occasion that I have been there.

Thanks for wasting my time scheduled me 4 times to come in for a interview in a 2 day tome span rescheduled on me 3 times to tell me because im 19 and cant sell alchohal i dont qualify i live to far for this thanks for wasting my time. I still need a job. Tell people that off rips so if your under the age of 21 DO NOT APPLY.

Very rude staff! I was kicked out by a lady who works the counter at night because I was supposedly at the gas station for too long bc I couldnt figure out what I wanted. I had been looking for a total of 5 mins after using the restroom for a short amount of time!!

Good choices and rewards program. Late night staff can be a little rough around the collar.

Cheapest gas by usually $.10 and rewards card. Keeps me coming back.

Advertised as having e85. They do not.

The cashiers dont seem to know how to run the register or even count.
