The one thing that stuck out was the cheeky customer who advised the cashier to omit any polite experience between me and the cashier earlier. Besides nearby bachelor gangs, this is a good place with good goods. You can drive a car West on Morse Rd without a traffic light. But somebody networking reputation crackdowns? Thats not helping anyone get a Lamborghini, but I guess I see why they think it can.

BEST selection of candy, even of the most obscure favorites that cant be found any place else. The staff is also always very nice and friendly! However, painfully slow gas pumps.

2nd time in under a week I found this place closed with a sign saying will return in 5 minutes... Really turned into 15-20 minutes...To the owner, simply put, there is a Shell always open and never disrespects customers...

I love this gas station and everyone that works there specially this young lady that works in the morning and I need to get her name very sweet girl I only have one hand right now because of my surgery and she’s able to help me with my coffee and anything else I need help with she helped me to my car, there always nice and always kind the store is always clean they have the best customer service I’ve ever seen in my life so I love this location and I would never go anywhere else to get my coffee. Today a lot of Businesses forget the meaning of good customer service and this gas station they know the meaning of good customer service I give you guys 100 stars thank you

Slow pump takes forever to fill tank while you stand out in the cold and hear others cough

I made a purchase in the store that included $10 worth of fuel beer and one cigarette lighter I got to the pump the clerk did not activate the pump I went back into the store requested for the clerk to activate the pump and was told that I needed to swipe the card again when I showed the clerk the authorization for $13 on my card I was declined fuel again this company stole $10 of my hard-earned working money

Nice gas station

The car wash malfunctioned and didnt wash my car. I went inside for a refund, only to be told by Roger, the senior attendant on duty, that he could not issue a refund because I had received a .55 discount on gas when I purchased the $8 car wash. I did some simple math and asked him to just refund $7.45 to my credit card. He reiterated that he could not do so. He said the boss would have to handle it. This person apparently had the day off. He did offer to restart the car wash, except he could not find the key. So now I have to call someone named Angie tomorrow to get my refund.Seriously? Please train your people to handle basic customer service transactions! If you cant give them the authority to issue refunds, then have a supervisor on duty. Oh - and teach them how to maintain the car wash, including where to store the key.

Tonight my fiance and I stopped in to use the restroom and buy refreshments. My fiance went inside and used the restroom while I waited in the car. Then I went in and was informed that the bathrooms are closed during 3rd shift! We have been coming to this gas station every weekend we play Pokemon Go for the last year. The salesperson at the counter yelled at me and told me the restrooms were closed on third shift. When I asked when this new rule was instituted he just stared at me, mouth agape. When I pointed out that my fiance had just been in the sale person yelled at me that couldnt hear me. I repeated myself 3 times, each time closer to the counter. I finally walked out. We will never be patrons at this gas station again. And I will also be leaving reviews on Facebook and Twitter. What a disgraceful lack of service!

Wish I knew the girls name who just came back from maternity leave. She is AWESOME!! I get a coffee every morning and she always gives the best customer service!!!

Quick clean and friendly service!!

I try to avoid shell gas stations. Sure their pay at the pumps video screens that play clips from Jimmy Fallon are nice, but their pumps are the slowest of all! It takes 10 seconds between questions about car wash, receipts, zip code, etc. By the time Im ready to pump I could have been finished at another gas station.

Store clerk was drunk and very rude

Grate customer service, clean store. Only issue is the gas cost more then anywhere else near by. Speed way and marathon 2.41 and 2.42. yet literally 3 minutes up the road I had to get over priced fuel

If you dont have to get gas right this second, dont come here. The cashiers are always in a bad mood, air pump is always broken. The car wash scratched up my car and the 24 hour attached subway made me sick...
