10/10 recommend. Everyone is so friendly! & Dr.Ford was very informative & made me feel less ignorant about everything dealing with my sight & eyes. it was more a conversation between friends. I greatly appreciate that. I also left with my new glasses after only about 20 minutes! Very happy with Dr.Ford & his team.

I just moved to the area and needed a wellness checkup very soon for my potential job, Dr. Ford and the entire staff are amazing, got me in, they were quick like I needed, extremely kind, and professional. They also had some technologies that I have not seen before and showed me pictures of my eyes and explained everything in great detail, overall great experience and a good welcome to mississippi.

Absolutely amazing. Words cannot describe how compassionate and caring this place is! I can’t thank Dr. Ford enough for seeing my little boy after hours. He was incredible with him and was very thorough and straight forward.. 10/10 recommend and as long as I am in the area I will never use anyone else. ❤️

AMAZING!!! After scratching my eye over the weekend, thinking it was minor, I called to see if I could get an appointment. They were fully booked, but got me in there immediately. Turns out I had a severe corneal abrasion. Dr. Lee Ford was amazing! He explained everything & even took the time to send me pics of my eye. I was feeling better & out of there in no time. I wont be going anywhere else for eye care. THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!

They lied to me to get me to pay out of pocket for eye glasses. Told me united healthcares lab was closed due to covid 19 went to brooks and got glasses in a week no out of pocket for them for my daughter.

Dr. Ford always goes the extra mile to make his patients feel they are in the best hands. And I love my new glasses.

My visit today with Doctor Ford was very good. His staff was very professional. Doctor Ford went over my exam with me and explained to me my eyes the way I could really understand. He answered all my questions and I felt he was being honest with me. I was very satisfied and will continue to use Doctor Ford.

Dr. Ford is a great optometrist. Hes got a great attitude and appears to love what he does. Hes always done really well with my appointments.Only reason for 4 stars is because it can generally be a little slow at times. I do wish it was a bit quicker, but it can be understandable that it can be due to the customer.
