Not quite what I expected. Kind of expensive.Its a nice store with lots of merchandise squeezed in. If you are looking for gently used items at near retail pricing. You will like this store.If you are going in expecting a thrift-type store, dont go here. You will not find any deals.

Not impressed. I was Lowballed on expensive items to sell and declined. I looked around and the items in the store looked dirty, old, and overpriced imho.

I found in this place something (used) they asked $45 I let them know I got same on line and (new) $30 they said sorry no discount or negotiation price, so I never come back to this place

Im sorry to see the Reynoldsburg store getting closed down. I am very happy with what they gave me for my used items. Sure beats moving it, and having garage sales! Also, they sure gave me a lot more cash than another resale place, that will remain unnamed, has given me. Heres hoping that the Dublin store will help me with my before-moving home purge.

Recently I moved and needed to buy a bunch of furniture I was sure was going to cost a grand or more with what all I needed/wanted. I started my search at New Uses Dublin and finished my search there for an incredible deal on a barstool height dining table with a leaf and 4 barstools and went back today to look for a table and left with not only a table at a great price but a beautiful dresser in perfect condition, an all metal lamp with a glass shade, and a few other Knick knacks for 15% off when they signed my up for their rewards program as it’s my birthday month saving me 20$! Plus they helped load everything up. I couldn’t ask for better deals, nicer customer service and a better selection of home goods! I will be starting and surely stopping my search for all home goods here from now on!

Great place to buy but it comes at a cost when you want to sell if you choose to do so. However you dont have to deal with people coming to your house and posting ads. Great place and people. 5 stars.

The staff have always been pleasant and efficient while looking at the items that I bring in to sell. Even when it gets very busy at times.

I have been going to New Uses since they opened. I use to buy so so much there and have made my home beautiful. It really has changed so much. For around a year they had it so cluttered with so much stuff and really wasnt selling things as fast as they were buying also the prices has really gotten way to high. Thats why I come there to get a great deal. I now find things on Marketplace cheaper. Im afraid they will go out of business like the New Uses in Hilliard. Just cant have prices this high and not lose customers. Sorry like I said I loved this store but got way overpriced.

Went here just looking around, and was met by exceptionally helpful staff who were willing to find me items I was interested in regardless of how much I was willing to spend. The prices are a great bargain, and beats thrift store prices and quality hands down. I recommend anyone to go here and browse.

This is actually a great spot for finding some decent used good for an apartment or home. They tend to have good quality items available for the home. I have even bought very nice used tools that has saved me around a hundred dollars due to the cost of new. Highly recommend coming in here first before buying new

Lots of random unusual stuff most of the time, but on a few occasions found some good pieces of furniture for really cheap. When purchasing a bookshelf that was too large to fit in the car, one of the staff members found a screwdriver and helped disassemble it.While you shouldnt necessarily expect to find a specific item at any given time, odds are if youre looking for furniture (for college, new apartment, whatever), theyll have at least something you were after.

Ive never bought anything here but have sold plenty of stuff. Look its a resale store, theyre not going to take any piece of junk you bring in and youre not getting rich on anything but if youve got a bunch of stuff thats just going to end up at good will its usually worth a stop by. Fair warning though, it can take a while for them to make an offer / decline. I usually come back later in the day or have lunch. But ive never felt like i was being taken advantage of or low balled. I enjoy bringing them as much business as I can. If you call ahead they may even be able to tell you if theyre interested in the product. I highly recommend them

I came to buy like a vegetable chopper and it was 6$ and at home buys its 3$ it so expensive everyting like it new but broken or ugly

They will not buy anything from the public. They are clearly buying old auctioned storage units or are bringing in their own junk for sale. Ive seen better quality merchandise at Goodwill or Salvation Army for alot less. Service is also very poor. You cant tell who works there or who doesnt.

I cant get past the smell in this place. The minute I walk in I want to vomit. Why does your store smell soooo bad?

Although they did damage a chair I had brought in to sell, the manager handled the situation very well. Good selection of random items at decent prices but dont expect much when selling to them.

The buyback is very low but they have a nice assortment of items that are used better than regular thrift store for not to high of a price, you can negotiate sometimes...

The place does not do very well wheeling and dealing on prices that they buy for cheap anyway. The people who help in there are kinda rude. They have an all right selection nothing to Fantastic

I take my unsed household iteams here and they always scam me out of money. I took 5 brand new longaburger baskets and get $15 for it and they priced every basket i sold them for $15 or above each. I dont think ill be taking anymore of my iteams here from now on.

I think its all public storage items.On one item there was a sticker from a yard sale.The staff looks at you like youre going to rip the place off and IF you do ask for help..............GOOD LUCK.
