Very rude staff. Told me they didnt have what i was looking for and have a nice day, very rude acted like he didnt care one bit. I was stunned. Worst customer service i ever seen i would put 0 stars if i could.Reply to ownerIts not what he said, it was his attitude. He didnt say it in a nice way at all. It Felt like, we dont have what you want so leave. Dont know if he was just having a bad day our what. All i was looking for was computer screws so i can put in my new SSD drive in my computer.

A great place to find the difficult to find item. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. If they dont have it they will do everything they can to find it!

Is a good shop to get what you need for anything techy, but dont expect it to be mind-blowing. Also, its in an unsuspecting building: a house-turned-office/place of business

Had a problem with blue tooth speaker not working on a radio and a speaker not purchased in store. Chad went above and beyond to figure out what I needed and got me fixed up. Nice work Chad and thanks for the help... not sure how to fist bump on social media :)
