Prices may be good, but service is bad. If you buy a computer from here, you better hope that you never need them to repair it. Just go to the apple store and use the student discount.

Excellent on campus location for computers and accessories. Prices cant be beat. In house repair and support people make getting help easy too.

I had a problem with DUO and they solved it immediately. The guy was also very polite. I didnt check the store that much though, but its a very well kept place.

Shout out to Nevar who did a great job fixing the multiple issues with my Macbook. He was very friendly and professional. He diligently concentrated on my issues alone before assisting anyone else. Resolved everything in less than an hour. I highly recommend Nevar to resolve your computer issues. First experience at the OSU Tech Hub was great.

Ive been there for 3 times. The first time I ordered the macbook pro of space grey. When I got the item and opened it at home, it was a silver one. I had to go back to get the right one. Two days ago, I bought the adaptor there and the staff picked up the right one for my mbp. The same story - its a wrong one. I go to the store to exchange for the right adaptor today and they give me the cable for charging iphone. In general, 3 visits give me 3 wrong product. Though I never pay for the 15% cost, its still extremely unpleasant. (The young staff replied to my complaints in the last visit like this: Well, its not me who gave you the wrong one for the last 2 times.)

Know that they are a certified apple repair facility. They will charge top dollar and change large modules rather than repair them. They invalidated applecare because they said water damage.

I have bought a couple things from here. The discount you get its not always that great and if you need the item right away, do not rely on their shipping time, it will always take more time so it might not be worth saving the $50 by buying here rather than the actual apple store

DO NOT TAKE YOUR LAPTOP HERE FOR A REPAIR. My MacBook would not start up last week and they told me they were going to take in in for repair. I get it back and my entire computer is reset, my hard drive was wiped out and thats how they fixed it. I know nothing about this type of stuff and I know that there were other ways to fix it. They couldve at least notified me that they were going to do that and I couldve backed up my hard drive first.

I am extremely frustrated and angry with this place, they took 13 days to send out my broken computer. They have absolutely horrible service, and my computer has been in their 3rd party repair shop for over three weeks as they claimed, but they had lied to me, a customer. I would not buy any products here again, I am beyond disappointed and disgusted. Being a college student on campus, this is unacceptable service.

The folks are very helpful and the discounts on computers are great if you are an employee.

One star review because I had taken in my laptop for warranty service to replace a 10 cent rubber foot that had fallen off. Since they did not have the part in stock they told me they would have to order it. This wouldnt have been a problem, except, due to their policy, they would have required me to give up my computer to them until the part arrived. In my opinion, this is a ridiculous policy that does nothing except piss off the consumers who happen to be college students that need access to their computer on a continuous basis.

Fixed my problem is less than 5 min. No waiting.
