They are very helpful did a great job on an old laptop and tablet that I thought were too good to get rid of. They thought I was crazy but happily fixed them both. Their prices are so reasonable I sorta felt like I was stealing from them. I guess I should have tipped them?

They were very helpful. I ended up purchasing a 14 month old Asus laptop. Prior to the purchase they upgrade the SSD for me. Im well oriented with computers and they used an SSD that by itself would cost 300 dollars more to replace my old one. They only charged me 100 dollars. Fair, reasonable, and timely. Ill be going there from now on.

Customer service is really not there. They couldnt fix my two laptops and I left a tablet there two and a half weeks ago so I stopped in today to check on it and two of the people that helped me originally were not there and the third guy acted like I was bothering him and couldnt even find my tablet. He said he would have the girl call me as soon as she got back from lunch... No one ever bothered to call me. So Im giving three stars untill I find out what the situation is with my tablet. Wish me luck.

They do great pc work but sometimes there gone before the hours posted.

Had to take my computer back to them multiple times after they fixed it, then the last time they completely wiped the computer out without talking to me about it first causing me to lose my oldest sons baby pictures and work documents along with pictures of my time in the army that cannot be replaced. Take you computer anywhere else but here.

I Say Hey I want you to take you take a look at my tablet and she said how its going to be very expensive, I said I only want you to look at the charging port she said yes but I have to take the screen up and look everything is going to be very expensive, like I only want you to take a look look to the charging port. It looks scammy to me

Choppers is the real deal when it comes to computer parts and repair. Rather than just a tech-related retail outlet, here are real parts; real service; real knowledge.

$45 for a 3 year old laptop charger thats $12 on Amazon. Its nice to support local shops, but prices need to be realistic.
