Great people and great service. Took a laptop to get fixed, quick and inexpensive service. And they helped me look into a new gaming desk top. I havent gotten that yet bit when Im ready, Ill be going through them.

This was my first time coming here, and I am happy I came here. The associate was very nice and helpful, and I got just what I was looking for; a PCIe Wifi card. The price was very reasonable, and I would definitely recommend this place as a one stop shop for your computer needs.

I have been going to since they first opened with the name mostly software. Always friendly and great work. Good prices and great for finding parts you may not anywhere else.

I took my 10 year old computer there. The motherboard was damaged. They told me that they couldn’t fix it. I had two options. The options were bad. They also told me that they couldn’t order me a motherboard. YouTube save my computer. I bought a new motherboard from eBay. Did the replacement myself. Applied thermo paste correctly and now my PC is fixed. I only paid $85 for the motherboard. I have no experience. I was willing to spend $200+ at that store.

Nice selection of parts. Puts the big stores like Best Buy to shame in that department. Helpful workers as well.

Very nice and respectful! Even though they couldn’t help me with my problem, they gave me recommendations on where I could get my computer problems solved (cracked surface pro is apparently the worst to try to solve!).

Could have been a little more friendly. Didnt charge me though. Told me the motherboard in my PC had most likely failed that it wouldnt post. Took it home and it posted to bios first try. 🤷‍♂️ Ended up fixing the issue. 4 stars for quick and convienent service and surprisingly not having to pay for the diagnosis but I am questioning why it wouldnt post for them.

Really impressed by the knowledge level of the two people have I interacted with. This is a small old school computer shop, where they actually know what theyre talking about and seem to care about their customers. If I had asked the questions I asked, or if I had asked for the parts I asked for, I would have gotten NOWHERE at a place like Best Buy. They would have had no idea what I was talking about and definitely would not have had the parts I needed. In summary, great place with great people working there. I will be returning for sure.

My Gaming PC went down after years of use and I couldnt wait the weekend to order parts and get everything I needed to get back online. I showed up at Computer Care on a budget and we were able to work through what would give me the best value for my money. The Staff is amazing here and they PRICES ARE FAIR.

We have had two computers there for repair they work great, with no problems. I agree with a previous post, this place is a little gem. Cant say enough about their friendliness and patience, they go the extra mile, and not to mention very reasonable charges for the work.

I have been a customer for at least 15 years, since they were way out in east Columbus. An anecdote is worth sharing.A couple of years ago I took in a computer which was not working correctly. Alan and his crew worked on it for 2 days but were unable to fix it. They admitted as much, then told me that they werent going to charge me for a problem they hadnt fixed.Dont get me wrong... they have fixed many other computer issues for me. Its simply that their level of integrity made a lasting impression on me. I am still their customer.

110% the best place to go when having computer issues. My computer wouldnt turn on so I took it to Best Buy Geek Squad. The Geek squad wouldnt even look at it or let me explain the problem without paying then a MINIMUM of 100$. I was visibly upset and left the store immediate (never to go back). I Googled this place and was VERY pleased with the customer service, quality of work, expert knowledge, and prices!! I will always look for a mom and pop shop before ever going back to Best Buy... even then I might just buy a new computer than go to that place again!

I walked in the store with an impossible task (so I thought) and a very tight time limit. I told the specialist my predicament. She calm me down, and she a took a look at my laptop, and told me to leave it at the store. Two days later she called me, and said it was ready to be picked up. I am truly thankful. FYI they have very reasonable prices for there store.

My computer stopped working out of nowhere so I brought it to this place and was very happy with their work. I took quite a few days but that was because they had trouble figuring out the problem. Turns out my hard drive was shot and I needed a new one. They had one there I could buy and they installed it for me.They kept me updated on what was going on and what they were doing. I really appreciated the communication, they were very friendly, professional, and just overall great. The cost wasnt too bad either $59 for a new drive and $70 for labor, that included the $20 diagnostic fee. They called me as soon as it was done and said I could come right then which was 15 min before closing, most places would just wait until the next day to call. I didnt go that evening but it was nice of them to let me know. i expect to be returning to them again to help with another computer in our household later on. I highly recommend this lace of you are in need of computer repairs and dont want to pay a fortune to get it done.

Since I found this business years ago in their last location I have always brought my computers to them. The staff and owners are friendly and the service cant be beat. They know what they are talking about when it comes to the problems that I have encountered and they back it up with repairs being correct and fast. They also are very fair on their prices for repairs and no one else can match them all the way around!!!

I shopped several stores today for the same product. I drove in from Chattahoochee County and was trying to find a graphics card for my sons computer. Computer Care staff were friendly, engaging me in discussions of processors and the like. I even learned what DDR5 RAM was, and was NOT. I purchased a card for $20 less than the price on AMAZON!!The prices are fairer than the other stores in Columbus, and I can testify that the service is much better! I was going to build a computer from scratch as a Christmas gift to myself. I have rethought purchasing online and am considering ordering parts through this store to support the local economy.

Ive been here multiple times for computer parts and consult. I am an experienced builder of custom computers and order most of the parts online, however when I need something today theres only one place to go in town and thats Computer Care.

My hinges snapped off of the top cover. i looked up places in columbus and saw this place. i was hesitant because im new to the area. they ordered the cover in the color i wanted and had my computer ready to go in a week --very fast!! than i went to pick it up and i was about to pay and he saw i was military and gave me a discount!!service was friendly and excellent and pricing was pretty fair i will definitely bring my laptop there if i ever have issue! ---parts also matched pricing i found online!!

My external harddrives usb port broke off internally, instead of getting me to buy a new hard drive they had me swap out the the harddrive its self into a new case. they were done in an hour as promised. i figured that this saved me over $175.00. they were extremely friendly over the phone and in the store, exactly what you should/would expect from a small business.

My computer had the dc jack go out in it so I took it in to get it fixed. They had it about a week and I got it back and my computer had no sounds, so we called up there and one of the guys was rude and told us it was probably broke before they got it (which it was not) but the took it back and fixed the sound they claimed that when they was fixing the dc jacks one of the wires for my speaker was broken. The same day I got my computer back from them fixing that it was making this sound like it was shorting out so I took it right back in and he told me that it was my fan going out and told me he would order one. We got the fan in and it was not the right one for my computer, so we took the fan back up there and he was very nice and gave us our money back ( he said the actually one that it need was to expensive for him to order to look for one on Ebay and until then just deal with the sound because it would not hurt anything just being a fan). Well after having it only about a week the dc jack they fixed went out again so I had to return it to them for the THIRD time he informed me that the place they had fixed had came undone. So he fixed it well I got it back and the shorting out sound finally went away when my left speaker finally shorted out, (which is right on top of where my dc jack was) and obviously it was never my fan because they all continued to work it was the speaker the whole time in which THEY had shorted out...on top of everything only 31 days after me getting my computer back the DC jack went out again and guess who only warranties their work for 30 days. So unless you want you computer to still not work and have more problems then it went in with take it somewhere else.
