Probably the best iced latte Ive ever had. Wish I had the time to come back and try a hot latte. Great atmosphere, it is located inside of an old bank. More coffee options than you could ever reasonably need, and plenty of food/snack/ and dessert options as well. Heavily recommend!

Food and drinks were delicious!The smoothie was soooo nice with the hot weather. Kind staff members were wearing masks which made us feel safe^ ^

The atmosphere and design of this place is very cool. It’s spacious and unique. The service is also fantastic. The guy at the front was very friendly and helpful. The menu is huge as well. They have plenty of sandwiches and bakery items to choose from. The coffee had great flavor. My only complaint is that maybe the sandwiches don’t have enough meat/egg on them. I wanted more food once I finished it. Overall, I still highly recommend this place.

Need better customer service attention. Wont be going back unless they hire better attentive cashiers. Went in a few times over the months and no one wanted to help me get what Id like to purchase until both of the cashiers were done talking to each other than on a subject pertaining to the Cafe.Other than that it is a nice place to be if there was more seatings.

This is a unique coffee spot in Columbus, with good service and variety. I didn’t need coffee while meeting my girlfriends, however the pesto hummus sandwich was delicious. Highly recommend!

Easily one of the worst local coffee shops. The seating arrangement is uncomfortable and definitely not a place to have an quite cup of coffee. I cant speak for every menu item but every part of the salad I had was fresh which is for sure a plus, however, I would say to read the ingredients carefully before ordering.The coffee wasnt particularly worth the price in my opinion. The flavoring doesnt really come out and the brew is a medium to light roast at best. Keep in mind that I didnt try every option on the menu so venture an outing to try for yourself.

This place is awesome. I love their different lattes and they are always made perfectly. The breakfast sandwiches are so good. The inside of the building is really cool. I like looking at the vaults just seeing how complex and big the locks are. The staff is quick and friendly and even the other people who go to eat there are very friendly people - great atmosphere you could say. This is my favorite coffee shop.

Great customer service, they always call me by my first name. The coffee and food options are great too. I gave up on Starbucks a couple of years ago, Iron Bank is a great alternative.

Beautiful historic bank building restored in downtown. Sitting inside of the old vault is a unique experience. Very good coffee, affordable and delicious sandwiches and pastries.

Food was good however the service lacked in many ways. Ordered a salad and asked for it to be tossed, when I picked up my order the salad dressing was in a cup on the side. Young girl behind the counter fixed my salad but was not happy. One and done.

Really nice atmosphere. I got a Pure Bliss latte (White chocolate, hazelnut, and vanilla), and it was great, as was my veggie pesto sandwich on flat bread. I was able to study in peace. Smell was amazing.

I wanted to give this place a 5. It’s really a 3.5 but I rounded up to a 4. The location and atmosphere is great. The staff wasn’t the friendliest and the coffee was just ok. I had an orange cranberry scone which looked amazing in the pastry case. But in reality, it was a bit on the dry side and the bottom was slightly burned. And the seating... Sure they have the study rooms which are pretty cool but the majority of the seating are long tables with seats for 6+ people. Normally a coffee shop struggles finding a place for a group to sit. The opposite is true here. I went in by myself for a little quiet time, just me and my coffee. But the only seating options where long tables with people already seated at the other end. The few 2 and 4 person tables were all taken by other customers who just wanted to enjoy their coffee to themselves.

Lovely place. Good coffee. They have vaults which you can sip your coffee in which is aesthetically pleasing. They also had a cute boutique upstairs which I purchased some goodies to bring home to Florida. I would recommend checking it out!!

Cool place. A former bank branch that was converted to a coffee shop. There are two actual old Bank safes in the shop hence the name. Good coffee and the service is good but at times slow or not very responsive. Otherwise I would give the place 5 stars. They also serve sandwiches, salads, Beer and wine.

Best coffee shop in the state of Georgia or Alabama. Their flavors are so unique and delicious. I was here for 11 days for work & we stopped in almost every morning. They have great little sandwiches too. The interior is super cool, because its inside an old Bank. They have the old safe door and that is incredibly neat.

It’s good but would improve on a few things

Only giving it a 2 star because there cookies areThe bomb!!! First thing first is RUDE!! Iced lattes taste like cream and flavored syrup, IF you can even hold the flimsy cup to even try it. I even questioned if they put shots of espresso in it at all. Just get a cookie and leave.

Everything pretty good usually.. Today I received a breve with without the breve. Strange, I make an order and only received half the order. When I mentioned it, get told there’s half and half on the counter near the register. I make an order to receive what I ask for not to be told make it yourself.

The coffee is always great but a little more specification might be nice for the online orders! I ended up waiting 15 minutes past the pickup time because I didnt know where to pick the drinks up. Totally my fault but it might be nice to have a heads up on the confirmation email for where to pick it up :)

Ive been coming to Iron Bank since I was a student at CSU. Always enjoy the experience, the coffee, the food. Today though really is why I decided to write this review. Using their online ordering software, I mistakenly ordered a chicken curry salad but I thought it was like a specialty chicken salad on a sandwich kinda thing. When I arrived, I realized my mistake, but instead of just giving me the salad and being like oh well they went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted. They made me a curry chicken salad sandwich and then proceeded to give me the salad too! Just above and beyond service! I was so embarrassed of my mistake but they were so kind and gracious. And to top it off, the curry chicken salad sandwich was awesome.

An old bank repurposed as a coffee shop/cafe what a great idea. Friendly staff, nice tap beer list- sandwich was large and fresh and reasonably priced. Table available inside the vault!! Sorry no pictures.

Thought I give this place a try after all these good reviews. The interior is beautiful and warm,, but the customer service is clearly lacking. I walked in, 3 of the ladies behind the counter see me walk in, one to the left of the counter looks at me and continues to open a box, none of them say hello, Good morning, or we will be right with you. Then the one opening the box comes to the counter to take my order, still no warm greeting and just says how can I help you.This is the customer service Im expecting to receive?

This place is so cool. Its really busy but fast with friendly staff. I will definitely come back next time Im in town. Only down side was no oat milk option.

The service is warm and welcoming. The prices are very fair. And the atmosphere is unique.

The building was an old bank, but is now a coffee shop. There are a couple of sitting areas which were at one time bank vaults. I thought that was pretty cool. The coffee was good. For a first visit I wasnt pleased with the staff. They seemed impatient and not very customer service friendly. Beside that it was a good experience and there was a guitar player there, which was also pretty cool. On next visit i plan to try the carrot cake. It looked like it was good. Hopfully next visit the staff will be more friendly.

This is a great place to meet with friends and grab a meal and a cup of coffee! There are community tables downstairs, old bank vaults for a small study space, and upstairs has a few tables if youre looking for some place quiet to chat. Sandwiches are made to order and are always delicious. The salads are a design-your-own creation with lots of options to create your own tasty masterpiece. I highly recommend the flavored lattes; soggy jogger is my favorite.

Good selection of coffee/snacks/appetizers/pastries and sandwiches. Plenty of room in the main portion of the coffee shop, benches and long tables. Also several small rooms scattered about for meeting areas, and some seating outside. Excellent place the student/intern/resident/fellow to study study study.

Great venue to have some coffee and play some chess. There is an upstairs room you can reserve to have small meetings also 👍🏻

Excellent little coffee shop to enjoy breakfast or lunch. It can get a little crowded during the peak hours, but worth the wait. They have a great salad selection and plenty of fresh muffins, cookies, and cake. Make sure to sit in one of the old bank vaults.

Beautiful atmosphere with plenty of light for eating, talking, and working at the community tables underneath high ceilings with chandeliers. There is an upstairs seating area as well as two study rooms for quieter gatherings.Love the mugs and the fact that there is a build your own salad with a great variety at a reasonable price.

Plenty of seating and plenty of coffees to choose from. The latte selections are really good. The also serve pastries and sandwiches. As a cool novelty, they have a couple of rooms that are like bank safes which seat a few people.

Friendly, but not engaging staff. The inside is decorated nicely. Theres a good amount of tables for the size of the room. Tables out front were nice to have.The curry chicken sandwich was very good. The Americano was OK. I asked for room, so I could put in half and half, and they put in cinnamon and filled it to the brim instead. Not bitter, but an overly fruity blend.I might just be spoiled by the excellent local coffee roasting companies in my hometown. We have one of the highest number of independent coffee stands per capita where Im from.

Iron Bank has great employees who make estimations feel welcome. The menu is amazing with so many choices of sandwiches, coffees and lattes in an historic in uptown Columbus.

This place is beautifully designed and perfect for social distancing. The menu is very appealing, however I only got a latte. Can’t wait to visit again!

Always enjoy spending time at Iron Bank. The coffee here is amazing (It’s Stumptown so you know it’s good), and the food menu is good as well. There’s plenty of seating both downstairs and upstairs, so you won’t be worried about not having a place to sit. Plenty of outlets as well if you’re bringing your laptop along to work. Worth checking out.

No cup holders. Spilled coffee all down my shirt and pants while walking back to my car. It wasn’t really a convenient time to be covered in coffee as I was in the middle of my workday. What kind of drink shop doesn’t have cup holders?

Iron Bank is our go-to coffee shop any time we visit Columbus. The building is absolutely gorgeous- the shop is located inside a historic bank, which is what really makes this place so unique. The customer service is awesome, and even though it takes a little bit of time for your order you know that the quality of the drink will be well worth the wait. They use Stumptown coffee which is my favorite craft coffee roaster. This is one of my top 3 favorite coffee shops ever, and it is a must-visit for coffee shop snobs like myself!

Iron bank is a full service coffee shop full of character and flavor. In the morning, its a great place to grab a bacon egg and cheese croissant. They also cater to our keto friends with a la carte egg and bacon options. For lunch and dinner, breakfast is served all day but they also have sandwich and salad options. A ton of coffee drinks and on tap craft beers are also available. If you need meeting space, they have unique rooms you can reserve. Saturday mornings are usually crowded, but most other times the wait isnt too bad.

This coffee shop is so unique. The coffee is usually good and so are the baked goods. I have heard that the biscuits are very good, however they are usually sold out of them by the time I make it in (lol).Really cool place, highly recommend!

Non chain coffee joint that has a decent selection if you dont mind waiting. Sometimes they take really long and sometimes they are quick, not to bad.

Nice-looking place, but the coffee is pretty weak. The specialty lattes are just sweet, with no espresso flavor at all. The breakfast sandwiches sounded good but were cold and the components were tough and very close to like what you’d get at a place like Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks. The pastries are pretty good, though.

Great interior, tasty coffee, and friendly staff. I ordered a traditional macchiato: the espresso tasted great, but the drink overall tasted more like just espresso — no milk froth or steamed milk at all.

Friend of my wife recommended this place and boy are we grateful! They serve Stumptown Roasters Coffee and their build your own salad is pretty outstanding. They also have fresh made to order sandwiches and fresh pastries and pies. Great place!

I used to love Iron Bank, in high school all my friends and I would go every single Friday after school and hangout. Imagined how surprised I was when I came back home for Labor Day weekend to find a note on their door saying they don’t consent to the mask mandate during a global pandemic. I turned around and went to a different coffee shop that required masks. Way to care about the health and safety of your staff and your community.
