STORE IS VERY AGEIST!! It is impossible to find anything unless u want to dress like a high schooler. While trying to sell clothes, I was told my fashion was too old for the store. The worker somehow told me in a nice voice but phrased it in such a manner that made me cringe. Terrible selection and unprofessional staff. You will have better luck at good will.

Absolutely rude and terrible staff. The male staff here are the rudest little boys Ive ever seen working retail. They made fun of my disabled child for looking funny. Definitely wont ever be back.

Unfortunately have to give this shop 1 star. The selection is terrible they do not carry any plus sizes and the staff are just plain rude and inattentive. They don’t even bother to look up from their phones to greet you. The lack of a welcoming environment is enough for me to take my business elsewhere.

Excellent mens clothing deals, although Im not quite sure this store truly promotes the sustainability agenda that it touts.

They don’t carry plus sizes with the exception of a handful of XXL tops. The employees were also really sweet, helpful, bubbly, and greeted everyone that came in but me, the only plus size person in the place. If you’re a size S-M I’d imagine it’s nice but if you’re plus size I wouldn’t bother.

I’m not sure how these retail associates manage to make shopping at this store such an uncomfortable experience, even when you manage to find something that looks good and fits.

Tried selling here for the first time. Took some pieces, a couple new with tags. Got an average of 4 dollars a piece. BCBG, Express, F21... So not the most bang for your buck but hey better then nothing.

I’ve visited this location and the one at Hilliard a few times and don’t appreciate how unwelcome i feel every time i walk in. Every time I enter the stores, I don’t get greeted or I’m given a certain look. Staff makes me feel a bit uncomfortable when I’m walking around or even selling clothes. It seems that they mainly want to cater to a certain group of people.

It seemed like a nice place with decent prices, but didnt have much of a selection for sizes large and above. They have mostly small-medium clothing.

They offered me $9 TOTAL for 2 pairs of American Eagle mom jeans with the tags still on. The worst part? The lady couldnt have been more rude, why? They were size 18 jeans. She asked me if they were mens jeans.... interesting to see other people complain about the attitude towardd plus size girls. Grow up, Uptown cheapskate!

New or used they have a huge variety. And you can use the fitting rooms!!! Rare in this time of COVID. Was happy to find a couple tops even happier to make sure they fit properly before I took them home. Plan to spend some time they have a lot of items

As a paying customer I dont appreciate the stores loud overhead music playing songs with offensive language (so many f-bombs and more). Ive shopped there several times now, but 3/3/21 was the first time I noticed song after song with offensive lyrics within the hour I was there (midday). Its a clothing store, not a club. Im there to shop, not get a headache. Ive had much more enjoyable experiences at Clothes Mentor (their direct competitor in the area). Just sayin

Very nice clothing resale shop. Great variety and selection. Men, woman, and teen clothing, shoes and accessories. Clean store with dressing rooms. Returns allowed with tags attached within stated time period.

Always busy, no place to park since lot is always full.

This store is amazing! The store is immaculate and super organized. They have great, high quality merchandise. The staff is so knowledgeable about trends and high end merchandise. The staff are so kind and respectful. I felt very comfortable as they walked me through the entire buying and selling procedure. I can not wait for their grand opening!

Wow, so impressed with how beautiful the store is and the owner was awesome! I was able to sell off clothes and shoes I was not wearing any longer and got a great price! Cannot wait for the Grand Opening!

This store was all new to me but I took my Daughters in to sell some of their items. The process was easy, most items qualified for good payout and we got a glimpse of what the store is all about not to mention our pleasant experience with staff. Looking forward to grand opening and shopping here in the future! Great concept!

Horrible experience. Buyer beware. Bought 2 items and unfortunately didnt fit and wasnt made clear if dressing rooms were available due to Corva-19. Only masks. Returned items and told can only get store credit or exchange. They kept saying its our policy and kept p4ointing to policy on counter. Being new, explaining that this is how our policy works. I was told since unfortunately Im moving from Columbus that they have 75 locations, Then told only good at the Dublin location. No compassion and said I could exchange, wasnt an option since I was just there not even 24 hours prior. So, pretty much theyre are stealing your money. Another option was to buy back my items and of course lose money again. Not doing business with a business with poor customer service

The store is cute but had a blonde cashier with a horrible attitude problem.
