The staff were super rude and unfriendly. The girls working there were judging a customer when I was about to check out. I don’t know who they were judging but I am wondering if Brandy Melville did enough training or if there weren’t any managers at the store because the staff didn’t behave professionally. Being nice doesn’t cost you a dime, and let’s have some basic human decency.

The store was pretty unorganized and it looked like they had too many items for the space. they had clothes in every spot possible, even taking up the fitting rooms. the staff was pretty nice even though they were talking to each other a lot.

Their very rude. Went a while ago and I understand they had a capacity because of covid but there was no one standing at the door enforcing it and when we walked in the girl was very rude in telling us to go back outside and wait. Maybe you should have someone standing at the door if you want to enforce that. She also didn’t tell us when we were allowed to come back in so we were just standing there. No one offered to help or greeted us once we got in and they all seemed very rude and judgy. Store itself is overpriced and a mess.

Horrible staff. Rude and condescending they make you feel unwelcome and not wanted. Their return policy is terrible just store credit really? Their clothes are average in quality. Do yourself a favor and walk right past the store.

This store is extremely organized. I think the store has excellent quality at the perfect price point. The sales associates have always been kind and helpful. I love how you can mix prints with basics. It’s not as big as the flagship store in NYC, but a great store with most of the inventory that is in Online. LOVE!

Buyer beware, they are not letting anyone try anything on and if you take it home and it doesnt fit they only give store credit. We bought a pair of jeans, took them home tried them on (they were very incorrectly sized) and immediately returned them. They would only offer store credit. They said that is their policy and it is on their receipt. The problem is you dont see the policy until you have checked out.

Are the employes always rude? I always have bad encounters with them, and they always have a snarky attidute. Also, is there a way I can complain to corporate? It is not just one time it a is a continuous trend I notice.

Shelby was very rude and unprofessional. She had a major attitude and was disrespectful while checking out my purchase. A friend of mine had the same experience when checking out after me. It was bad enough for us to not want to visit the store again. Maybe Shelby should consider another job if she hates hers so much and can not provide good customer service.

Terrible quality, I received the rosa sweatpants with holes down the seams and customer service wouldnt give me a refund or exchange for the item.

I love these clothes and I am so glad they got a Columbus location!! I agree they should make more sizes but that doesn’t change how nice the employees are and how good the organization of the store is. So much variety of clothing too

Brandy never said they were a “one size fits all” brand, their products just say one size (for anyone who is bashing the small sizes). And honestly, the one size makes it sm easier for me to shop. I personally love their clothing. It’s super cute, trendy, and SO comfortable. The prices are pretty good, considering the prices that similar brands have. My fav place to shop

I went in to this store feeling uneasy because of all the backlash it has gotten about the workers being rude, but all the workers were very nice and perfessonal and it makes me sad that the store has that reputation because it really wasnt like that. The clothes are also super cute!! 😍 I definitely suggest shopping there.👍🏻

As it’s already been said, i was also very worried about some of the rumors i’ve heard over the internet.... but none of them are true ! The shop workers are unbelievably nice and helpful. The clothing is very cute, but be warned that you probably won’t find a good fit if you’re a medium or larger. Perfect for petite people!!

The clothes in the store are really cute I really like how they look. and They are really good clothes but the workers are really rude. When you walk in they are always laughing and give the weirdest look it’s really unacceptable

If you aren’t a size 0 or 2, don’t expect to fit into anything. In a world where the average woman is 12-14, you would think they would get a clue. My daughter wears a S in juniors and couldn’t fit into a dress here.

Updating my review!the first few times i went the customer service was awful, but the past couple times i’ve visited the employees were great! glad to see that they’ve made some improvements

I dont even know where to start. All of their clothes are one size fits all, which is completely not true. I am an average, healthy weight. But all of their clothes are made for slightly underweight people (which is not healthy). Not to mention the people that work there (even though they were polite) are clearly chosen by the way they look. Dont go here expecting to find clothes if your not underweight, go somewhere healthy instead. Im disappointed that other places are using the phrase its almost 2020, things are changing (supporting lgbtqia rights and stuff like that) but this store is sitting on the idea of petite clothes. Come on, not everyone looks like a freakin barbie doll. All of you girls are beautiful, no matter what clothes you can or cant fit into ♡

If your leaving a bad review because one the one size fits all doesnt work for you, thats your mistake for going. Everybody knows thats what makes brandy Melville, brandy Melville. Its their thing. You should not blame the company for your mistake when smaller sizes is their specific market, shop somewhere else and stop bashing the company. Other stores are made for larger girls as brandy is for smaller girls who dont fit in normal clothes. Please respect the companys decision and take your hate somewhere else.

Visited on a busy Saturday evening and the store was clean with everything organized.

Finally this store has made it to Columbus! Visuals in the store are amazing and a great selection of apparel.

They don’t share their “return” policy when you purchase & their policy is exchange only no refunds. It’s no wonder the store isn’t doing well. If you or your kids like Brandy Melville merchandise do NOT purchase directly from the store go to Nordstrom or PacSun where they actually refund if it doesn’t fit or you don’t like it. I will never allow my daughter or myself to shop there again.

Was surprised that the store is nowhere near as large as the ones weve been to in Europe. Crowd here was primarily pretentious middle/upper middle class teens and their moms, pretending to be something they arent.

If you are an adult, do not bother going to this store. The retail store in Columbus is poorly organized. There are no signs to tell you where anything is. There are just piles of clothes with no prices or descriptions.
