Manger struggled with a simple return. Didn’t know what she was doing. When item was purchased I asked about the return policy and wasn’t told that if I paid cash for item I would have to wait weeks for check in mail. It is Michael Kors and was only $320. Gave the manger my ID for the return and she couldn’t even copy the info for the check right and had to call another manger to fix it. Very poor customer service for a luxury store.
Very small storefront. Associates were not knowledgeable about Michael Kors products. I was told twice that Michael Kors does not make Saffiano leather handbags as they literally had 3 in the window that I had to point out. Kept suggesting other handbags which were quite different than what I stated I was looking for. I left and walked 5 minutes away where Macys had more to offer.
Nice store, very clean. Stopped by with my wife and looked at the selection. Not nearly the stock or variety of the jeffersonville outlet location but much closer to home. Worth a visit if in the area.
The service at this Michael Kors was exceptional, I looked at a number of watches, tried on a few and there was no sales pressure at all. I left without buying anything only to return 45 minutes later to look at a couple watches again - the sales staff was extremely friendly and helpful, I definitely recommend this store - and i love my new watch!

I did not have a good experience this time around. Although I have shopped at this location before this time I was very disappointed. I purchased a beautiful diamond rose gold watch. I got it sized to fit me and left the store happy. Once I got home and put the watch on I noticed it was not working. So I called the store she offered for me to bring the watch back in and they would take it and have my battery replaced. I go back the rep send me on my own to the Diamond Location around the corner they advise me it’s $15 to get my watch battery exchanged I told them my story and he changed my battery for FREE.. I go back to Michael Kors and speak with manager Danielle she apologized and said she knew about me bringing watch today rep who told me to take it myself was not aware of the situation.. I just feel like I was treated unfair. I was just they rin December 2018 my son brought me a wallet and purse over $500 spent.. so I’m just not a once a year customer.. I’m VERY UNHAPPY
They were having an amazing sale. The staff at the Easton location are hands down amazing. They are so friendly and welcoming. They go above and beyond to help with whatever questions you may have!
Customer service is the worst ever! My white wallet turned green by the zipper. Cheap quality and they are giving me a very hard time to return product. Big name little quality control. Do not waste your money!

In the presence of a store associate ripping into a patron next door at Wollenskis. Patron had it coming ( and Im the fairest person when it comes to reviews ) but the way she handled the situation was unprofessional and left a sour taste in my mouth. Both my sisters spend thousands of dollars there a year but I wont go back in that store fr any reason

Why when you call customer service, they tell you that you will be helped in the store with noissues, but when you come to the store you are being treated disrespectful by salesperson Aubrey. It was my worst experience in the store!she must leaveand not to scare away the customers.

I was ready to buy a smartwatch from there today. I researched all the information online and basically just wanted to see it before buying it. They had none of this particular watch on the floor to view and the sales girl said she couldnt open the box to let me see it. I explained to her I wouldnt be buying it unless I could see it and she didnt care. So I left. Really disappointed since I was 2 hours from home.
