I have never known my true bra size. A lady with wavy long copper hair knew how to help! I tried on 3 bras, she picked a size I never thought was correct and true to fit. I am impressed and hope when I visit again she will be there. Her amount of knowledge even trying the bras over my clothing, she knew the correct true size for me. I will be going back!

The store has plenty of options for both everyday and special occasion underwear. The staff is helpful and attentive. You get what you pay for and I would stay away from the cheaper bras if you are looking for high quality but overall I have been happy with the store.

Good bras and they had a good sale

I came here a few years ago and bought a few bras and underwear, the bras held up extremely well as well as the underwear! Just make sure youre washing them properly and they will last you. I just now purchased a few more bras due to a size change and as usual the customer service was amazing, they made me feel good about myself and were very helpful! The membership is very cheap and saves you a bit of money! Everything is SO cute! I never shop at VS anymore because I prefer La Senzas prices, quality, and customer service. :)

Got a gift card as a gift. Filled a cart online during the semi annual sale and then wasted an hour with customer service to be told that gift cards arent available for use online. Visit a brick and mortar store to use the gift card and the online sales arent at all present in store. Walked out not spending a dime because its a ridiculous scam
