Accidentally pulled into the Gentlemens Club next door thanks to Google. Got a few looks getting out of the car with my child. The selection is good, but a bit pricey; however the employee knew what to suggest when I gave him a few examples of what I liked and notes etc. If youre in the area and are looking for a smoke, its a solid choice.

Wonderful place, friendly staff, helpful and knowledgeable about cigars! Definitely a most stop for a celebratory cigar or just a night you dont feel like going home right away.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was waited on by a gentleman named Dom. He was very insightful in selecting a cigar and a great conversationalist. In addition to their humidor, this location also boasts a full bar. Highly recommended.

Great place, lots of options, very chill. I normally get a cigar here during the workweek. Today I brought friends visiting from out of town and we all shared a hookah and it was terrific. Everybody agreed it was the best thing we could have done on a hot day.

Wow! Not sure where to begin! Very nice atmosphere with helpful staff, Tyler was wonderful in educating us about different sorts of cigars. Attended a Birthday party & was very surprised @ the outcome. This is very upscale, quaint, and appealing spot.

Great environment and amazing staff

They are amazing, I had a bday celebration here and the accommodations were the best I have had in years.. The workers are so nice and professional. Dom was terrific he was a good guy all ways around. We were still there after they closed and they didnt kick us out. The food was amazing! We knew nothing about cigars and Dom showed us about pairings and helped us choose the best ones for us, He didnt get frustrated nor did he rush us.. Thank you all for making my 34th bday one of the best I have had in years.

Staff is not very cigar savvy. Cigar selection is average at best and over priced. $13 for a Perdomo. There were no parking spots open and nowhere to sit on a Tuesday afternoon. After driving 30 minutes to get there it was a let down. Just go to La Chaveta.

Beautifully laid out cigar lounge with a bar as well. Good selection of highly rated cigars in the walk-in humidor, food, wine, soft drinks and great seating. The air purification/removal system is top notch. A very classy lounge at reasonable prices. Very welcoming employees, wall TV’s, and clean bathrooms. A great place to spend an hour, or a day/night, lighting some up. Possibly the best cigar lounge in Ohio (at least that I’ve been to). Check it out!

Absolutely amazing customer service. If you havent been you really need to check it out. Not only is the ambience LEGIT but this is one of the few times I was able to leave a lounge after having 2 cigars and NOT smell like cigar smoke through and through. (Ventilation system works amazing). Come have a stick, meet new friends and be treated like ROYALTY!

The service was excellent they were very attentive and the prices are very reasonable, including drinks.a DJ on staff, spinning a wide variety of music as well. The food was excellent, and they made us feel very welcome the moment you walk into the door, they are very knowledgeable about are cigars, an offer a very generous military discount as well!Overall, a very enjoyable experience, we will definitely be back very soon!!

Indeed it is the best I have personally experienced, but, I imagine there has to be at least a few others out there somewhere.I have seen a couple people complain about price, well this place is for those that appreciate quality & dont expect to get it for free.Live DJ; full bar, great service, delicious food, cigars of course, inside, outside, and semi outdoor environment. This place is great! The staff is very friendly. You hardly smell like smoke after 2 hours of smoking due to the excellent ventilation system the owner was smart enough to install. I’ve never been on the weekends but during the weekdays it’s a great alternative to a normal restaurant lunch meeting.

Very nice decor and setup that actually serves liquor and food with a good cigar selection. Definitely one of if not the nicest cigar lounge/bar in Columbus. Has great parking, a bar area, nice lounge area, and a nice indoor/outdoor room with patio. And its directly across the street from the casino! The owners really took their time to do this place nice! Great customer service from the managers and bar attendants. Will definitely be back many more times!

Ive been there a couple times now and every experience is amazing. Me and my wife recently just got into cigars. The older gentleman behind the counter is extremely knowledgeable and has customer service second to none. Our first visit was like was a basic rundown on everything cigars. He asked me a handful of questions and suggested three cigar types for me and my wife. Needless to say a week or two later I was back. Im not sure if they got the best prices in town since Im new but their customer service and atmosphere are so great I will continue to come time and time again. Sometimes I feel like customer service has been lost in modern society but not at this place!

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The gentleman that greeted us at the door even recognized me from another cigar shop. They made my wife and I feel welcome and comfortable. They also have a great liquor selection!

The lounge itself is very nice! Cigar selection is decent as well. However the drinks are RIDICULOUSLY expensive, $26.50 for a crown and coke. Also after explaining our taste is cigars the guy working recommended cigars that were totally opposite, I enjoy mild cigars, he suggested all full bodied cigars because they were what he liked, and knowing we were celebrating he went for the highest priced ones as well, $32 a piece. Also all night the guy working would not stop try to sell my friends and I some tequila that was like $40 a shot no matter how many times we told him we were not interested. I will most likely never go back, out of 4 guys being there no one enjoyed themselves, and we left sooner than we had planned to.

Good music, cigars are reasonably priced. Staff is helpful for those wanting to learn about the cigar life. Bar is stocked if you just want to have a drink and be social.

Why were the prices of the cigars & drinks marked up so high?? Because they are across from the casino? Or to pay for that smoke eater? This is not Chicago or Philly or Atlanta. Lower your prices! If youre going to charge that much for a drink, MAKE IT A DECENT POUR!!!! The owner of this establishment is delusional!

Phenomenal. Thats all that could be said, this place is clean and classy very well put together.That classy yet modern decor and the manager Anthony is very nice and personable upon entering I was immediately greeted by him and invited into the humidor and was asked what Id like to drink and made me a fresh cup of coffee as he cut and lit my cigar.Definitely worth a visit. 11/10
