My rating of this establishment is based solely upon their electronic cigarette products and services they provide. Before elaborating on my experience there, I would like to establish that I have experience as a customer at numerous electronic cigarette establishments, both chain stores and local, single location stores. Saying that, this store was the least impressive of all the stores that I have shopped at. Perhaps the most impactful negative aspect in regards to their electronic cigarette products is the established price point for their electronic cigarette liquid. For the quality of liquid they offer, the price point is far too high, at $24 for a 30ml bottle. At the various other establishments I have shopped at in the past, a bottle of equal volume and quality liquid can be anywhere from $15-18, well below this stores price point. In fact, some of the finest quality liquid Ive purchased in the past has been priced below or slightly above the price of an equal sized bottle of liquid here. Even though this store is located much closer to me than my preferred location for buying liquid, the price does not make make up for the saved travel distance. The lack of various brands and nicotine percentages is also a disappointment.Secondly, the other greatest letdown regarding their electronic cigarette liquid products is the quality of the tasting bar. While in my opinion it is a huge positive for such an establishment to have one, this location executes the concept poorly. While I was tasting various liquids, many of the chambers used to hold the tasting liquids were leaking. In addition, anyone who is familiar with when a wick needs to be replaced in the liquid holding chamber for an electronic cigarette can observe that they do not replace the wicks for their tasting chambers as needed. Their lack of proper maintenance of these chambers does not provide an accurate representation of the product their are trying to sell.Overall, the concept of the service they are trying to provide to customers is quality, but it is poorly executed and would likely drive away any customer experienced with electronic cigarette products.

Never a dull time at the shop, as we regulars call it. Met them earlier this year and haven’t had the need to go anywhere else. Atmosphere is really friendly and everyone is always willing to help. Wether it be magic the gathering or the owner playing his instruments, it’s always a great time at the shop!!!!

This is a pretty nice head shop in the shopping center at the NW corner of hard and Smoky Roads. I have gotten a lot of help from employees there. They have a wide variety of equipment and paraphernalia for smoking, and they are friendly and helpful at discussing what you want to buy and at showing you how to use it.May also carry cigarettes.

Everyone here is so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The prices are as low as Ive seen anywhere. The owner is always there helping out and i think he does a great job. For any tobacco, vape, or smoking accessories, this is the place to go.

The only place I shop... If your looking for the best prices in town Cigs-N-Such hands down will save you money. Their selection and inventory is abundant, but the real reason I keep going back is because of the red carpet customer service. This is a small local business and they really care about each and every customer. I give them 5 stars!!!!

Awesome shop. They have a great selection of electronic cigarettes and accessories, who knew? Definitely a great place to go if youre new to vaping or even if youre experienced at it. This is a cool little vapor shop for sure.

So friendly and not trying to rush you out! There is a vapor shop just across the street, nest to Romeos pizza. It seemed like we were a bothering big guy from watching Netflix. Never again would I go in there.

These little punks are NEVER in the store. It would be nice if the store was actually open when they claim to be open, but every time I try to go in, theres no one in the shop.

Cigs-N-Such is a decent neighborhood establishment. If you are from the area, it is a place to look into for your smoking accessories, either old school or e-cig.Some shady characters can be found there at times, especially in the evening. There is a rather large man (maybe the owner? Manager?) who is very lazy about getting up at times. He sits in a wheeled office chair and pushes himself around to get customers items. It is very odd to see.So, get past a little customer service issue and you should be good here. Sells beer and lottery as well as other ancillary items. Prices seem right in line with other establishments.

Does not keep posted hours in the slightest. Terrible U-Haul dealer!

I come here frequently to buy my tub of stokers and to get my girlfriend a bag of tobacco and tubes great prices and never had any problems with customer service Ive never had an issue
