I had purchased over $1100 worth of items from this shop in january (it is now march 5th) and also in that same month brought in 2 customers with me who spent another $400 each. So far $700 worth of items i had purchased have broken. I purchased a $430 medicali water pipe that when i asked them why it costs $430, they said it is medicali, you can have it for 5+ years and it wont break no matter how much you drop it, you are paying for quality. In a couple months i accidentally knocked over the water piper for the first time and it instantly broke, they say anything glass related they cannot compensate. I purchased an expensive vaporizor as well, after 2 weeks the vaporizer broke, making a non stop beep sound after not even being used, it was just charging, i had to take it apart to get it to stop. The head shop stated that they cannot do anything for that either and to contact the manufacturer. So it is a clear lie that the reason for the water pipe was because it is glass. They told me that my $700 loss in 2 months is worth a 20% discount the next time i come in. Well that wont be happening. Do not use them, if you expect a company to follow satisfaction guaruntee or to at least have the human decency to compensate a paying customer, this is not the place for you. Their customer service was outstanding though, but thats where they get you i guess.

Very disappointed in this shops customer service and quality of items. My brother and I spent over $1000 in one month here and $700 of that is now gone to waste. Spent $430 on Medicali glass rig that broke less than 2 months later a Vaporizer rig that broke less than a month later and a Vape Mod for Nicotine that broke in 2 weeks. The shop has refused to refund or replace my items and instead offered a measley 20% off next time I purchase something in store Lol(that will not be happening) We have brought many customers in and I am beyond livid that they have refused to help. DO NOT SHOP HERE this place is darn near criminal GOOD SMOKE SHOPS TAKE CARE OF THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS

Went in with my adult children. The salesperson was drunk or something. He wouldn’t sell my 18 year olds CBD products. Which is legal in Ohio btw. I was asking for pricing and he said he don’t know. Really frustrating because it took like 20 minutes to find parking. Walked out will never be back and friends in the area will know as well.

How can you call yourself a head shop when you dont sell normal head shop type paraphernalia and goods. Wheres the underground comic books? Wheres the black lights? Wheres the posters? Wheres the high times magazines? Wheres the stash boxes? Im never coming into this yuppie Paradise again.

Bought an oil pen there, a pen recommended by the employee, and its a piece of junk. Has to be charged 2 times a day compared to a normal pen that only has to be charged 1 every few days. VERY DISAPPOINTING

Had had very nice selection went to buy a glass piece had sticker for $85 rang it up it was $185 so went with a vaporizer battery didnt have a price on it one exactly like it but bigger was $40 went with the smaller one figuring it would be cheaper it ended up being $65 didnt come with a battery found it online later for 20 to $25..... feel ripped off

This shop has very nice prices- its not an overpriced head shop like you will find in other places. The gentlemen there are also very nice! Good place for smaller pipes as well as vaporizers.

Interesting that just one person had something bad to say. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and all of them are super cool. I get a detox there that works 100% of the time. Staff doesnt swear by it (cuz they cant) but they let you know how to do it. Also, good vape and pipe selection. The only place Ill go. Period.

Weather your just in town lookin for a good smoke shop or live here and lookin for a new head shop that has a greater selection than the same old head shop your used to Id highly recommend high up. There selection is the biggest in central ohio and there employees are always very polite and helpful. All around the best head shop I know of in central ohio.

I saw some pictures of this shop online and went in. And to my surprise they had a very good selection of hookahs in all price ranges(well it could have been more...but its ok). Flavors were cheap too and competitive than other stores nearby. The still dont al Afzal and Soex flavors with them. These are some of the leading brands globally in sheesha flavors. The staff there use to be good, now just left with a man who hardly knows anything.

Nice products, but they are overpriced and the staff is rude. They wouldnt help me find a piece because they thought we were stealing.

I think a can of Starbuzz shisha I bought from them is bunk and fake contacted Starbuzz about it to confirm this but be careful what you buy. I mean you are putting it into your body. Keep you updated on what I find out. But I like the ppl there if they are are honest as I think. Maybe its a fluke but the can and everything looks fake.
