They sold me a stix battery that stopped working with two days. They wouldn’t do an exchange because I didn’t have a printed receipt. I didn’t receive a printed receipt. They could see the transaction in the system but couldn’t exchange it. Don’t trust this place. They lost my business.

Usually have good experience with this store when I come in about once a week.. BUT tonight was definitely different! The store hours says it closes at 10pm but they were already closed at 9:55. So after driving and rushing half way from Brown County and arriving at exactly 9:55 pm it was a lil irritating. But I completely understand its late on a Friday so I get it. But when I walk up to the door and the 3 employees just standing there leaning on the counter just look directly at me when I try to open the locked door (while the open sign is still on) and dont even acknowledge me whatsoever or simply just say hey sorry weve counted the drawer already were closed thats just really rude in my opinion!!

Large, very clean store. They had a great selection of anything you would need, and a lot of it was American made too! Highly recommended!

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I can find most of this stuff slightly cheaper on amazon. But, it’s worth the extra money to get the opinions of their guys.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. These guys answered questions that I didnt even ask. As a newbie vaper, I appreciate that they didnt try to up-sell me but instead led me to EXACTLY what I told them I was looking for. The place is SUPER clean and laid out nicely. I was satisfied with the value of the products as well. Ill be back. I dont know who Cory ran into. Maybe the guys that helped me were on a vape-break. :)

Absolutely wonderful store. Serjio was the absolute best. He helped me and my mother find everything we need and showed us some really good pieces that we just had to have! He is very knowledgable about everything and is probably one of the best karma employees! Definitely made my moms first experience with karma a great one.

I mean a truck driver has a hard time away from home finding coils and the juice that I need. Every time I am in the area, Karma is my rest stop. I have never had a problem with the staff, in person nor over the phone. Will always stop in, even just to say hello

Went there today and got a faulty vape. Went back before I even got to circle k because leaked all over me after opening.They told me that they couldn’t do anything since I left the store without testing the product and due to coved-19. Could not believe that they used coved-19 for an excuse since I was the ONLY one there wearing a MASK!!!!! I can’t believe that they don’t stand behind the products that they sell. Told me to talk to manager in the morning. Don’t think that I will be doing business there in the future!!!!

Love Karma for all my vaping needs... quit smoking cigarettes for good 5 years ago switched to vaping.. they hire employees that are very knowledgeable about all their products in the store. It amazes me how much these guys know and will absolutely take the time to explain the who, what, when, where, why, and how. Like this store in 46 because they arent as busy plus it is closer to my house but the Karma on national red used to be my old Karma.. great store as well but get pretty busy.

Ive never had a bad experience at this Karma location. All of the staff I have interacted with are very knowledgeable about vaping. Karma in general has low prices on their vape juices but if you want good service go to this location.

Weve spent over a couple grand with this location/company and the last year the customer service has went to straight hell. Always rude and they know nothing about vaping/smoking. Definetly lost valued customers. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy

This is one of the biggest karmas I have ever been in. Everything is so spread out and well kept. The people working there are really nice. They have lots of everything. Will be going back many times. They have the best in novelties. Awesome choices in piercings. They cover all your needs for vaping. And the cbd products they sell is made in the hemp shop beside their store. All around one of the best I have been in.

Karma consistently has the convenient store feel with lower prices and a staff to always make you feel welcome.

Karma is always a cool place to go the staff is always willing to help with whatever you need its a little expensive tho.

Good for the specific crowd. Lots of CDs, vape mods, tanks, and juices, and even an adult section if youre feeling frisky.
