Best chocolate. Mostly everything is good, and they have a really good soft serve ice cream. Also sign up for they membership, and you will get a free chocolate every month.

Who knew the serve ice cream! Made for a perfect dessert after dinner. The serve was great and we went back the same week before leaving Ohio.

Took 4 trips around the block to actually find the store. Once I finally found it, the doors were locked even though the internet clearly showed open with a change of hours due to covid. Very disappointed.

The staff are absolutely friendly and such a joy to be helped by. The chocolate is to die for! So yummy! 😋 The two ladies that helped me the other day were so lovely in helping me find a treat for me and the girlfriends. Brittney and Whitney I think they were. A great store. 👍👍

If you love chocolate, can it be any less than 5 stars!?? We stopped in a grabbed one piece each just to whet the appetite. The 2 ladies working were fun and so very friendly.

Am not a chocolate lover and yet, this place stole my heart. The girls that work here are very sweet and welcoming. My friends and I got some ice-cream and it was delicious. Portion was huge and we weren’t able to eat the whole thing because of how sweet it was. It’s definitely worth trying!

Very high quality and delicious chocolates but the prices are high. However, if you join their club you can get a monthly treat! They make incredibly good drinks too!

Decent selection of hair. Reasonable prices. Staff is generally helpful and friendly. Store is a bit small and cramped. Located in busy area of the city, with lots of other shopping and food nearby.

Chocolate (selection reduced in summer months), service, hospitality & location graded at, or near the top. Pricey, but a treat worth crossing town for on occaision. Ice cream too expensive & not worth the expenditure.

Great chocolate. One of the few chocolate retailers that offers such a good product. Most major chains are far more waxy.Staff is always helpful and courteous.2 stars because they didnt have a sample the day you were there? Seriously?

The chocolate is amazing as always but the reason I’m giving this 3 stars was the greeter. As my daughter and I walk in, we are talking about the chocolate covered strawberries. The girl who is standing just inside to greet people, never says hello or anything else. We are literally looking in the case of strawberries and I ask the girl how much they are. She says, “how much what is??” My daughter and I just looked at each other because she knew exactly what we meant. No smiles, no nothing. She just stood there. I ended up spending almost $90 in that store and I do it about once a year, making a special trip there. I sincerely hope they get rid of that girl because I refuse to spend another dime in there if she’s there next time.

The location makes this shop special. After shopping chocolates get a hot chocolate and stroll the mall in the winters. Bliss

I come maybe 1-3 times a year, if I happen to be at Easton. Im a loyalty member, so I receive a free piece of candy on my birthday. However, the conditions changed - you now have to have spent at least $10 there within the year to get your birthday piece. Before, I think you could just go in and receive it, no minimum purchase beforehand required. Anyway, the day I was there (Mar 2), I bought $12 worth of candy, so that counted as my minimum purchase. I used to have a serious chocolate tooth, and would spend around $20 - $30 on the individual pieces of candy (I prefer to choose what I know I will eat, instead of buying the preselected boxes of candy). Over the years, though, my taste buds arent as wild about milk chocolate as they used to be, so my Godiva addiction has waned. Plus, it CAN be pricey, so thats another factor. Even if I were to totally give up chocolate, Id still have fond memories of this place.

Excellent, world-class truffles and chocolates, but wow, are they pricey. I knew that going in and coming out, but quite delectable.
