Pretty sorry on their unloading time! Their fork drivers act like they just learned how to drive. I haven’t ran a forklift in years and I’m positive I could do better. Get your act together folks!

Brian is the worst Branch manager in Columbus Ohio, mistreat his yard workers, he also goes back in the office and laugh at the international customers when they can’t speak correct English ( which more than 80% of customers were from different countries). His inside sales Jim cant have a conversation without bringing up weed! The drivers are way under paid, $19 a hour even with their CDL A’s. They let yard workers smoke while driving propane forklifts (fire hazard)! Worst place in Columbus to work

Been using Richards since they were called B and T 15 years ago. Great customer service, always great materials. They treat you like you matter.

Every interaction with all of Richards employees has been very good. Tom, the delivery guy is exceptionally professional, and great at driving the Moffitt no matter how tricky the obstacles. Give that guy a raise!

Brian And Dan are always there to answer questions. Fast turn around times and Dan keeps me abreast of whats available. The only place for growth as I see it is communication from the front to the back where you pick up materials. It can be a little slow however they are busy and you have to wait your turn which can be aggravating when you have a crew waiting on materials. Which by the way is usually no fault of Richards, I am the one that did the take off and did not order correctly. Keep up the good work!

Yes this place is great I just moved to Ohio and they gave me a job and took a chance on me. And I love the work the office guys are awesome and everyone for the most part helps each other...I hope to be here for many many years.....Brian is a great office manager.

We have made several purchases from Richards for our home renovation and they have always been very helpful and willing to work with us on options and pricing.

No stars is not an option. Every time I go to this supply store it is a run around to get materials. Last transaction consisted of me ordering materials over 2 weeks prior to me picking them up, upon arrival I set there for almost 2 hours looking for my special order products. I ended up leaving because someone didnt order part of my supplies or sold them between then and receiving them. Then to top it off, they couldnt even make it a priority to get them to the job site as soon as possible. Told me that it would delivered late morning sometime? Horrible customer service and they arent even the cheapest supply store in town. Go to marsh building supply if you want the best deals and fastest turnaround

Yes I work for this place,and its a great place,all and all. Its hard work and stranuas. The boss man is a great boss. he and the boss under him, they are fair and honest people.the pay is ok could be better but its ok pay.I work on the yard.
