Absolutely amazing customer service. Came in with an idea of what I wanted but Keagan sold me on a nicer pair of boots that felt like pillows on my feet. Probably some of the most comfortable shoes Ive ever worn and they were hiking/combat boots!

Very clean store! Very organized. Just not a huge fan of the plate carriers. The clothes are pretty nice and 5-11 is always innovative. Not a bad place if you are in a pinch

Boyfriend needed new clothes for work. Clean and organized, and we were there right when they opened and the 2 employees were very helpful and not the pushy type. 5.11 gear is expensive, but its comfortable and does what you need it to do, even if its just a pair of reliable work pants.

Love this place, got my new tavtical boots for work and i couldnt ask for a better pair of them. Im stoked to take them to work and do a full 16 with these hopefully my feet arent killing me after Im finished this time!!!

One guy there was super helpful, other one acted annoyed by my questions and played on his phone. 511 gear speaks for itself. Worth the money for the longevity.

Purchased a pair of steel toed boots that had good reviews. Had less than 1 year . The zipper broke, the strap across the top broke, the sole separated from the boot. Sent an email to the store so they good do right by the product I purchased with no response. The email was delivered . Sorry to say bad experience.

Great selection of quality 5.11 gear.

Lots of great 5.11 gear to try on and test out. The clothes are pricey but high quality. Bought a pair of flex fabric shorts and pants and they are very comfortable with out screaming tactical. They fit great and dont restrict movement.

Lots of great deals as of today August 21 2019. And a very good selection comparable to their online store. The employees are nice and accomadating without being overly pushy. More than happy to help me find a pair of shorts in the right size even though they thought it would be out of stock. Will definitely be in again.

Went to look at boots for the job I work at and didnt really have much selection. I drove an hour to this place thinking if I go to the place that suppose to have good duty boots they have a better selection. I still ended up finding a good comfortable boot that Ive been wearing for a week now and love them.

I love 5.11 clothing and gear and am very happy that we have a local store. We were greeted by the manager when we entered. Theres a wide variety of clothes, bags, tactical gear, and accessories. I could have spent a lot more money.

Weve always found what we wanted/needed only downside they dont carry the size I need in mens for boots (I wear a 6). Other than that awesome store!

We came here so my husband could try on the boots he wanted. We drove down from Cleveland. It was almost like they didnt want you to shop there. No break from the counter people in their own personal conversation even as they were checking us out.

I honestly dont know how anyone could give them a decent rating. Their shipping is plain awful. I am satisfied with the quality of the Speed boots but I waited over 6 weeks for them and they sent the wrong style. Recently I bought a backpack for my son. It still hasnt arrived even though I purchased it at the end of November. Ridiculous. Over a month and counting.
