Great selection! Staff greeted me and offered to help me find shoes. Staff was postive and cheerful with me at check out. Loved the atmosphere.

Loved shopping with my sister at the Shoe Carnival on Macon Road in Columbus,GA. They had a good selection on the clearance racks.

Amazing, ordered online & did store pickup. At the end of the ordering process I was told it would be ready for pickup in about 5 hrs. To my amaze they emailed me 45 minutes later saying my order was ready for pickup. Yes Im impressed

Store was very orderly, clean, and I was immediately greeted the moment I entered the door. Didn’t have the old shoe store smell that most shoe stores have. They had a very big selection of men’s sneakers and the prices were fairly reasonable. We will be back soon!

Very friendly staff. We were greeted when we came in. Assistance was available for finding shoes and their sizes. Then ordering shoes when the size for one of my boys was not available. As of Saturday August 7th they had the mesh bookbags local middle schools are requiring this year.

Great selection for the most part, but prices on some shoes are kind of high. I got to these types of shoe stores to find a great deal. If I wanted to spend a lot I would go to somewhere with more of a brand name, or buy online directly from Nike or whoever. Store is clean and staff are extremely nice. They do offer coupon deals from time to time and have a loyalty program.

Worst customer experience ever! I was about to purchase 6 pairs of shoes and the manager on duty Toby and his staff were all standing behind the cash wrap and acted like I was bothering them when I asked a question about a pair of shoes. I refuse to spend my money where I am not wanted or respected. Needless to say I spent my $350 somewhere else!

This is a nice big giant store. I love being able to find all my choices quickly. The aisles are nice and wide. The staff does a very decent job keeping the shelves looking good. (their job must be one big PIA to put all those shoes and boxes back together all day long)

I tried to purchase running shoes for my son. He wears a size 14. There were four pairs in that size. I bought a pair of Pumas and they were perfect. Customer service was good but representative didnt know anything about any of the shoes.

Maybe its just my luck, but I rarely find anything I like here. I keep trying because other people I know happened to find nice shoes. Maybe its just my timing (or my taste)

Cost a lot to shop in that store.

The staff was super friendly and very kind to ky 5 year old who explained he has little feet and wanted blue shoes. The guy that helped us helped my son pick out several shoes to try on and my kid chose the first pair ultimately for their blueness. My eldest got some great shoes as well along with the mans help, also blue lol. He was very patient with both kids .They have a truly great selection, even half sizes.

Not our cup of Tea. Prices way to high for the quality of merchandise and the buy one pair, get another pair 50% off is just a RIP off. We found that the store had many employees standing around looking busy but not really wanting to help when we asked them for assistance. After this experience we put back the shoes we had and went to Walmart and got a comparable shoe and less than half of their price.

So far Ive scored during every visit. Be sure to sign up for rewards, and check for coupons before going, and combine them with BOGO 50% off deals.

My compliment is for Quinton in Customer Service...not at the store.After shopping at the Columbus location, I had to return a pair of shoes that were too tight, I noticed their ad for SHOE PERKS and inquired about it. The cashier pulled out a Membership Enrollment card and told me a little about it. I put it in my purse and continued with the transaction.When I get home I try to enroll the card and their system tells me the card number is invalid. So I call the number provided and speak with Quinton who enters all the info for me. Upon doing so, he noticed my info had already been added under a different card number. He stated the store already set me up, but there were no purchases. I told him Id purchased $200 in shoes and should have some points on that account already.After looking at my receipt, I noticed a perks number at the top. I read them off to him and he confirmed that was the number registered. I was a bit pissed at that point because the initial cashier never mentioned anything about their perks program and took it upon herself to add it without my permission, but the points were missing.Quinton quickly resolved the situation by adding the $ amount Id spent, the points I shouldve received PLUS an additional 50 points for new members.Although disappointed in how the store handled this rewards thing, Quinton helped to satisfy my angst by realizing and correcting the problem.

Chris was a fantastic salesman! He knows how to interact with customer and knows his shoes and comfort of each brand very well.

2 rows of mens shoes and 900 acres of womens shoes, just like every other damn store in this town and what they did have wasnt in stock. The manager gave me the ol we dont keep stock in back excuse and just 5 minutes before I heard another clerk in there tell another customer let me go check in the back to see if we have anymore.

Customer Service is horrible and they had nothing to measure feet with to get right size.

I didnt like the prices or the selection. No employee greeted me when we came in. I guess I just miss the old days where you could go to stores like this and get a super good deal.
