Would not give them a single star. Employee was rude I asked about American made boots and got rude sermon about how it is a waste to try and support the American worker. And the Americam worker cost too much. First and last time I would go there. The store is a complete mess towers of boxes about to fall over.

Im from the texas arkansas area working on the scotts plant my guy in there working had great customer service, hospitality was on point, and got me suited booted and back on the road to get rest in a timely manner i highly suggest any construction worker or folks that ride motorcycles to stop in and at least check it out

I had just recently visited zz boots. They have a very large selection of boots. I am a construction worker and spend all day walking ng on concrete. The sales person new exactly what my feet needed and in about 10 minutes walked out with a made in America pair of very comfortable pair of boots

I went to ZZ Boots on Sunday March 7th and had the privilege to be fitted for new work boots by the owner. Super nice and knows the boot/shoe industry inside and out. He is of a dying breed. Its nice to know that there is still a place that has that classic experience of being fitted for boots.

Our sales associate was patient and very attentive so Boy could shop and not have anxiety high!

The people that work here are the absolute rudest people youll deal with. I called to ask if they had a size 16 wide work boot with certain features needed for my job as I wasnt able to find any at the shop i usually go to. Instead of answering that, I was interrupted and asked what size tennis shoe I wear. I replied 16 wide. The worker started going off about how I was wrong and theres no way my shoe & boot size are the same. Im fairly certain Id know better than them, as Ive had several pairs of 16 wide boots in the past. Dont waste your time or money here. If you need any proof of how disorganized & rude they are, just look at their reply below.

Didnt know about the other stuff they sold, kinda awkward since I brought my kids but it all worked out.Update; Posted a good review and feel like Ive just been reprimanded. 39 years might as well be 100, if Im from out of town and didnt know, that youve diversified. 70% 80% 90%, the boot area is family friendly, great but the checkout area is not. Quick FYI, Not everyone needs the boot area but to make a sale everyone needs the checkout area. I wasnt even complaining just giving a friendly heads up to others.

Just went there this morning.. Needed to buy a real work boot so I went to the best in columbus..Walked in and was taken back by the selection of boots but honestly did know what I was looking for so it only took me a few minutes to find the Thorogoods I had saw on the internet. They fit to size and are so nice. the man that helped me was more than helpful and very nice.. The overall price for the boots really was lower than expected. And I did get a bottle of leather cream to help condition. I will be back to buy another few pair of Boots very soon for our employees.. More than impressed.. Thank you for the help once again

Im disappointed. The lexol they sold me for the boots I bought darkened them drastically. When I read the bottle it said not for soft leather. I liked the tan color of the boots as they were.

The staff there was extremely helpful in buying a new pair of work boots, they spent at least 30 minutes with me trying on and finding the right size shoes for me. The Thorogood boots I bought are extremely comfortable out of the box and I feel like they break into my favorite work boot yet

If you love motorcycles this is a good store even though it’s pretty pricey. It’s a small store with more merchandise than space. Depending on the day, the 1 gentlemen who work there can either be rude or quite nice. They have an array of adult toys, outfits and boots. They also have some water bongs, hookahs and oil burners.

Terrible service!!!!, I usually dont do reviews but on this one I had to. I told the guy not sure what looking for just shopping but would let him know when I found it. He stood 3 feet away from me the whole time and tried to road push into a bunch of boots I dont want and when I finally found something I was interested in he said store policies that I could not try on and would have to pay $10 to be fitted and then couldnt try on till I payed for them. Which paying for fitting ok fine. And the were at least $50 dollars more expensive than anywhere else Ive seen them. I had every intention of buying them and paying the extra $60 -$70 if they fit well and felt good but how would I know unless I try them on.Really disappointed!!!!!The guy pretty much ran me right out of the store and lost a sale.One sale no big deal I guess but lost a customer for life and will never return. I do not recommend to anyone.

If u want fancy boots to look good and pay a premium price this is the place. If u actually work in ur boots and they wear out quickly this is not the place. I work in a chemical plant and boots deteriorate not lasting more than a year no matter the material. There are better places to shop. Like Walmart.

Definitely a large selection of boots, I bought some unfortunately they only lasted me a few months before falling apart I suspected They fell apart due to dry rot, some of the boots there seemed to have been there for a long time. But the boots were very comfortable while they lasted.

My husband whom is a trash man was literally insulted for buying walmart boots for work as we were at ZZ boots looking at boots, and he was literally called ignorant and stupid by the owner for buying walmart boots..the rudest salesman owner Ive ever come into contact with. My husband was sold a pair of $200 boots that were told would hold up to his job(mind you the walmart boots for $30 lasted 3months) these $200 name brand boots last 4 months, so my husband took them into the store(with receipt) and told them how they didnt last and wanted sumthing in return( anything was better then nothing) and the owner told him he took a sander to them, told me husband he was lying about how they got worn out in 4 months, when my husband works for the hardest working trash company, the worst ever owner and service and I will never go back nor recommend them to nobody

Tons of boots to choose from, they have boots as high as the ceiling. Reasonable prices and very knowledgable, helpful staff. They have more than just boots, leather coats, chaps and various other items.You can kinda miss the store, it is in a small strip mall. It is accross from an old media place and not too far off the I-70 Exit...
