I love this place. Ive been buying my nail Tech equipment from this businesses over ten years.

Honestly my experience was less then fun.There are no prices on virtually everything. I asked about 1 item and the guy in the front seemed bothered that I did. He didn’t give me the price. I never asked again. I walked around the store grabbing a few items hoping they were in the price range I believed them to be. when I went to check out the same guy stood there on his phone for about 5 good mins before yelling for someone to come help me. I just felt really unwanted as a customer.I was so turned off by the experience I left my basket and left the store.

Its not the most organized place but prices are good. You can generally find what youre looking for. Whenever I ask one employee if they have something specific he always says no. I suspect thats what he says even if hes not sure. Im always careful to ask about prices before checking out as prices are not listed.

This store was severely unorganized and FILTHY. Everything was COVERED in what appears to be years of dust/debris. Also, NOTHING HAS PRICES. I hate having to play a guessing game and not knowing how much anything is. I can safely say I won’t be coming here again.

My first day there I was greeted with a smile and GREAT conversation from the owners. Theyre always more than willing to help, and always have jokes to brighten your day

Never have I ever been treated so poorly by a supply store. Go to Mikalas or order online unless you wanted to be treated like scum. I even asked the guy why he treated me so terribly because I shopped there for years. He told me he wanted to go home. So I politely left everything ib the counter and took my tail home smdh. I did not give the full story because Im done wasting my tine or money on a place that does not value me as a customer as loyal as I have been

They are so rude and arent consistent with their prices. The woman in there is the worst! She will follow you around the store, stare at you the whole time, and then expect you to still spend your money there. If you are african american, DO NOT go there. Mikalas is WAY better! Its right down the street!
