Shelby did an amazing job fixing my hair today. I highly recommend her. She listened to exactly what I wanted and made sure I left the salon a happy customer. She was able to fix my hair that was not done the way I wanted.

I called and asked ahead of time if they had availability to cut my sons hair was told yes .When we arrived 10min later was told they could cut my sons hair Monday because they were short staffed and had 5 people in front of us. Just didnt know why they couldnt of told me on the phone that they only had 1 person cutting hair

I went there as a first time customer and was shocked by the experience. I dont think Ive ever been to a salon where the hairdresser doesnt introduce themselves and avoids interaction with the customer (I can count the number of phrases spoken from the time I entered to the time I left on one hand). On the plus side, the hair cut was fine (better than some other places in town) and the hairdresser was willing to make an adjustment after finishing the cut. I dont know if its because I was a guy, but I didnt get my hair washed. I had even mentioned that while I washed my hair that day, I had pomade in it before getting started. While the hair cut was fine, I would have expected a better customer experience (interaction, wash, and style) for $15

They are simply going to give you a 16 dollar cut. If you point to a picture and they dont comment about how you would look nor ask how youd like your bangs done, then they simply dont care. Such was the case. Ok for trims but go elsewhere for a new look. Ive been many times, its the same experience.

1. They talk so much that they can actually reduce effective work time to at least half2. The wait time is too much, sometimes you will see frustrated customers walking out, losing patience after 1 hour3. They will always keep saying, Today we have less staff, i wonder when was the staff right in number4. Service by just a couple is good, others may mess up things :)

Jeff is the most amazing perfessional there is. Everytime I go in there hes always happy and willing to work for the perfect look. We like him so much now my whole family goes to him. Love me some Jeff!!!!!!

Fast & friendly but felt like they were rushing us out the door and my boys hair cuts were okay but I wont take them back there bc I just didnt like the overall result but my husbands hair was great!
