I love this store! Because of COVID and recently having a baby, I dont get out very often. I received a call from an employee stating that they knew I had purchased some makeup last year during a sale. They are having a sale again this year and if I cannot come in, they can take my order over the phone and ship it for free. I took them up on that offer because I love their foundation. Abbey took my order and was very helpful and personable. I received my makeup very quickly and she also included a personalized thank you note! THAT is good customer care. I will make a point to return to this store for more makeup. Even though I am currently located 10 hours away in a southern state.

Went in because Id purchased some items from BM online, and needed to blend colors to match my skintone. Cierra was wonderfully helpful, and I found exactly what I need -- we hope! She did let me know that if it isnt a perfect fit, I can come back and exchange. Thank you, Cierra!

I love the product but the service was terrible. Not usually the case.

Bare Minerals Polaris .....thank you (Cassie) for amazing customer service. It started with a courtesy call to let me know I had reward dollars that were expiring. I was unable to make it in the store in time. She patiently assisted me in selecting a product and offered to ship it to me free of charge. It arrived the next day with several samples and not just the one time use. What really sealed the experience was a personalized hand written note! Not a text or an email but a note from Cassie, the assistant manager. I am fairly new to Bare Minerals and have been very happy with their products. There are so many cosmetic brands out their. As for me, I’ll choose Cassie and stick with Bare Minerals at Polaris Mall. !!!!

Update: I went back on 8/3/19 & purchased some other items. Abigail was also very patient, helpful & friendly. Much appreciated, especially, when Im trying to pamper myself by getting my facial appearance back together, after letting myself go, due to my health problems. Thank you, ladies!Stopped by here on 8/2/19 for some make up tips & to purchase some things Id been wanting to purchase from this brand for a while now. I have some health problems & felt this would be the best brand for me. The make up artist (wish I got her name) was very patient with me & very friendly. She helped me get the products I had questions about. The cashier was very nice & friendly, too.

Some of the best make up you can buy. Definitely with trying. Ive boy found anything that compares to them.

Emily helped me find makeup that works for me! She gave me the tips I needed to be able to give myself a natural slay AND made me feel comfortable while doing it! Everyone at this location seemed friendly, but she is the BEST! I really only want to shop at BareMinerals when shes there, without her, it just isnt the same - shes THAT awesome!

It was nice it had huge selection of makeup of but need more of service but a great place

San Francisco or Polaris.... the best service, skin care and glamour! Already bought Christmas gifts here!
