I get excellent customer service from everyone, both women and men. I got excellent assistance trying to find a wig for myself, they even offered to put it on!!! I am a regular (customer) at this store and i refuse to go to any other beauty supply because they have everything i need.

Pricing too high for clothing(cheap material thats being sold. But the other merchandise(ex. makeup) is affordable and worth it.

2nd time coming here, last time. First time none of the girls came to help in the wig section. This time, same thing then a high schooler told me not to feel the wig hair. SMDH! Get some experienced workers in this store who understand customers have the money they need to stay employed. Pathetic place and pathetic workers. Last straw.

They honestly are the best hair store I’ve been to in Columbus. They have the best quality products. I like the durags, I bought about 15 from this store, and have had them for a few months and they’re still in tip top shape. Greatest customer service. Other hair store employees catch attitudes, but at this hair store I can go at any time of the day and not have to worry about bad service. Also I have friends that go to this store to get their wigs done, and they always come out phenomenal. Excellent store.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that they carry ALOT of nice rugs, some really beautiful curtains, sheets, nice blingy mirrors, shower curtain sets, curtain rods & all types of things you would not expect. Everything I saw was reasonably priced & the staff was nice, helpful, knowledgeable & courteous. The store was clean and well organized. I will be going back here to shop.

LOTS of things to choose from.I was looking for a specific product they had out of stock at their original location on Brown Avenue, the guy called this location & held it for me until I got there, now thats AWESOME Customer Service. (I have no idea they had even opened up a 2nd location).

Definitely better prices than shopping online for sure on most products.. the durag and wave cap selection is not pricy at all.. will be shopping more there and putting out the word

I went in there with my homegirl and her niece, this past Thursday and I love the sections. I didnt even know they had open another beauty supply place up Macon Rd. Im so use to going in Golden Beauty Supply on Auburn Ave to get my hair. The store was very spacious, neat and organized, and seem to have everything you need. Almost like a one stop shop. Lol think to yourself...like rags to riches. You can go in there looking so-so and come out looking like a New You. From hair, to jewelry, to cosmetics, and clothes. Again lol a New You. I love the options and now I have not just one store I like but two.
