Small store with limited selection. The owner will follow you around the store and watch you the entire time--theres clearly some bias there. It made the whole shopping experience very uncomfortable. Dont plan on returning.Try MONET HAIR AND BEAUTY in Reynoldsburg or Sierra Travel Beauty Supply up in Minerva Park instead, theyre both Black owned beauty supply stores so you wont have to worry about being followed around like a criminal.

Ive come to the place twice now! Purchased some amazing natural hair products and ran out 2 weeks ago and got some new stuff. The store is CLEAN! ORGANIZED. Fresh!and amazing all natural products to find for POC. There is a young woman there named lily! She is so knowledgeable and kind! The store does not have a variety of brands of hair. It does not sale a variety of styles of hair. I got a headache from the insense smell that was beyond strong. No fresh air.

Ive shopped here for years, I shopped here when it was on Sullivant. Ive spent hundreds on extensions, wigs and makeup. I came in today looking for a new wig to purchase when I didnt find any, I went to buy the wig cap. I dont carry cash on me only card. He told me I need spend five dollars to use my card, I assume thats normal. But Im not going to spend five dollars on just a wig cap. Why dont they have disposable wig caps like most stores?? Why do I need to spend money when I do not want anything from there. So he told me take the free wig cap and dont come back, I dont want people to come in and try on wigs then leave THEN WHY ALLOW PEOPLE TO TRY THEM ON? It was literally the worst costumer service Ive ever had. That isnt an exaggeration. Ive loved that store and swore by it for years just to be told to not come back because I didnt make a purchase. Taking my money else where.
