All I can say is wow. From start to finish we had a great experience remodeling our kitchen. All the staff was helpful and provided great suggestions that made our kitchen work for us. The selection was great, and we opted for the custom Amish made cabinets. The ability to really customize the cabinets really made a big difference in our choice to work with the Cab Shop.

We worked with Mike Musto and NewHaven cabinet makers to create exactly what we needed in a kitchen. Mike is phenominally efficient and responsive. More importantly, he was able to work with very demanding clients (us). We highly recommend this company for custom cabinet design for any room or office.

Great to work with. Excellent service. I would recommend them for any remodel. I took in my bathroom measurements, we laid out cabinets for the space, and Mike generated a computer drawing before i left. Cabinets arrived on time, even early by a week, and they stored them for us til it was time to install. Mike came out after installation, by my contractor, to be sure everything looked good and I was happy. I couldnt be more pleased. Every time i walk in my bathroom, i admire my cabinets. I was in good hands.

Hans and his team provided us with the most amazing kitchen design experience. My husband and I are both architects and we needed a company willing to pay attention to the details, to advise us on the design even though we think we know everything and to give us the options it was going to take to get the kitchen that we wanted. Hans helped with everything from selection, pricing, design, counter tops, install, customization, etc. etc. He knows his stuff.

Wow. . .Bad experience all around. Try to avoid if possible.We started working with The Cabinet Shop in December of 2011 and gave them the make and model of the fridge at that time.The order was finalized on April 27, 2012.On 8/14/2012 we were lied to by Cabinet Shop about the status of the panel: The fridge panels were sent out and will be installed by the carpenters when the refrigerator is installed..On 10/18/12 the Cabinet Shop came out and measured the opening for the panels.On 11/20/12 we were in receipt of the panel and advised the Cabinet Shop it was the incorrect size.On 12/19/12 we received our 2nd panel. It was destroyed in shipping.On 1/8/2013 we received our 3rd panel. It was damaged in shipping and the paint job was unacceptable. We requested a refund.
