Called this place before driving. The lady on the phone (think her name was Allison) was very helpful and informative. She was able to locate the part and inform me the price and number in stock. She provided me with a quote number which I provided to the Service Desk upon on my arrival.The place is very well contained as in reference to Social Distancing and safety/health. I really appreciated that when I was inside. Justin at the counter was very helpful and informative as well. Great customer service skills.All around it was a great experience and now I know where to call/drive for any of my plumbing needs (i live 20 minutes from the shop but very worth the drive).

Fast service friendly counter help. All your plumbing needs fulfilled. If they dont have it they will acquire it for you expeditiously.

Delivery starts at 8 am, but they only have two receiving docks and they do their trucks first. You have to be quick to get in the docks or the locals will cut you off. My recommendations dont show up until 9am. Once in the dock, unloading was very quick and efficient. Less than 30 minutes.

Those gentlemen were very helpfulThey diligently searched their computer program for the impossible part i needed. They found it three days out .Then helped me make it with what was on hand .MacGyver crew at Ferguson thanks fellas.

They have a good selection and keep a lot stocked but there will call takes a ridiculously long amount of time. This is really inconvenient when trying to maintain a decent pace to my work day.

They have Parts is hard to find little over price though

I was looking a rare heating element for an old sears hot water heater they took the time to look for it. No one else had it. Very polite and knowledgeable. Great plumbing store.
