I decided to purchase a banner for our yard, for my wifes graduation, at the last minute. There were no local businesses, in south central PA, that were able to accommodate a short turnaround or did not offer the option to place an order online. I was able to place my order with Next Day Signs, online, on Sunday. I received an email to proof the banner the next morning. I followed up with a phone call and spoke with Aaron about my shipping needs and that I needed the banner delivered on Wednesday. Aaron followed up with me about potential additional shipping charges later in the day. Both options, for overnight shipping, were very acceptable; because people will generally pay for the experience moreover the product when it comes to how they are received and treated by the company and the occasion. The banner shipped the same day and we received it, in good condition, Wednesday evening. Aaron followed up with me on two additional emails to let me know that the banner had shipped and that it was still scheduled to be on-time, even though we had just had 12+ inches of snow over the next 24 hours after placing the order. Aaron is awesome!!!! Thank you so much Aaron and the Next Day Signs team. Your product was absolutely what I wanted and the experience, from ordering to receiving and the familys enjoyment....ABSOLUTELY PRICELESS!!!!

Turn around time is fast, the quality is good but if youre not a professional and know what youre doing the lady that works there is kinda difficult to read, I felt like I was getting on her nerves because I didnt know they wanted it in PDF. I sent .png and Photoshop files first because they were options for the file uploads, I didnt see anything about preference for PDF files. I could be guilty of missing it, maybe thats a pro tip for you folks out there. But I will go back, only because I prefer to support local business over chains and they did do a good job for a decent price really quickly.

I had signs printed in a rush for the Jacket Backers Booster Club - the fan club for the Columbus Blue Jackets. We work with a small budget, but need to look professional. When we are presenting ourselves in Nationwide Arena, we cant look out of place compared to the other corporate sponsorship in the building.Amanda did a fantastic job helping us to pick out the proper material to print on. I originally ordered a banner from a printing copy seen on TV and web ads, as I had used them before and all was fine. BUT the banner was all wrong. So in a near panic with barely 24 hrs before usage, I saw this company. I sent in the online mock-up, called them next morning and Voila! They called me about 5 hours later for pick up. No upcharge, the even tweaked a graphic to look like a softball instead of baseball. Definitely will be returning for more business needs!
