I contacted them to letter my work van. It only took about a week to prepare the graphics and contact me to have it installed on the van. They offered good communication and fast service.

It took them a month to get me in. The original proof they sent me was stretched so far you couldn’t even read the writing. They finally got it right and I approved the proof via email. I waited three days and hadn’t ’heard from them, so I called and they still hadn’t even checked their email to see if I approved it. After all of that it still took them another week to install it. They told me they needed my vehicle for a whole day so they could bring it inside and warm it up which was fine. I live not very far from there and I drove by and I see them doing it outside with it sprinkling rain. I noticed within 24 hours that it was bubbling up along the edges middle. I stopped in on Monday because they aren’t open on the weekends and was nothing but excuses. I was stunned when they actually said to me...we would’ve brought your vehicle inside but we wouldn’t have someone at our front desk. Then they tell me it would be better if I wait 4 months to get warmer so that way I’d 4 months free. It’s not free I paid for it and wanted it done right . Clearly ZERO customer service and do not care what the finished product looked like! AVOID!!!

I deal with vendors in this industry often, and I know that speaking their language helps...so for anyone that may not, I suggest you clearly define what you want and need, ask plenty of questions and these guys will certainly take care of you!Update: Due to some recent issues which prevented me from delivering product, Tim and Joline worked with me and went above and beyond to make sure my project was completed and delivered to my client. Our initial experience with Signarama was terrible because of the previous owner (Sam). Our signs were dull, faded, and lines throughout immediately when he put them up. We have tried to get Sam to fix the sign for a year and a half. Joline, the new owner, has made tremendous effort to rectify the situation. She came out and removed our previous sign and replaced it. The sign we purchased from Sam looked 20 years old and made all the signs on the other corners look new. Now that Joline has taken over and fixed our pole sign, ours is the best on the block! It looks great! Joline has great customer service and her product looks great, as well. Our company will be pleased to work with Joline in the future and I recommend anyone to give her a try, even if they had a bad experience with the previous owner. Thank you for your help! My wife and I own a painting business. 2 weeks ago we went to signarama to price and purchase 100 18 by 24 one color 2 sided yard signs to advertise with. There was an older gentleman with long hair, and another man with curly hair there. Never got names. We waited for Bout 8 min before we were ever acknowledged. There was 2 guys there so we waited. The guy with curly hair was very flustered. He was on the phone and seemed to have no time or interest to help us. The guy with the long hair came and asked what we needed. We told him we were looking for pricing, he said he had no clue may e the other guy would know. So he asked him, he said he was too busy and didnt know and would have to get back to us. So we left a business card to be reached. Never heard from them. Being in customer service, this was a terrible experience and we will not be going back. I went home and order them online instead and received them 4 days later.

WORST SIGN COMPANY EVER! Do not use this company for any kind of service!!I ordered 2 signs from them. They promised me that my store front sign would be installed and delivered in 6-8 weeks. Ended up taking close to 5 months, they claimed the delay was due to the city reviewing the order. This company didnt follow the citys building departments guidelines and requirements that is why there were delays. It should of never taken this long. I had multiple signs ordered in the past from different companies and it has never taken more than 2 months to get my signs. The installation for the sign was done poorly and the quality is terrible. The light used is barely visible at night compared to similar signs I ordered in the past. Wires hanging and holes everywhere. The second sign I ordered from them was a simple sign that sits on the side of the road. That sign only took a few days to fabricate but was not installed until I called them and told them to install it. They could of install that sign long before. Also this company lacks of customer service. Never did i receive any kind of updates. I had to call them to find out the status on the signs. The only time they contacted me was to collect payments. I have lost a lot of money because they didnt deliver the sign on time. People didnt even know my business was here because i didnt have a sign. They never apologized or gave any kind of discount for this inconvenience. They kept blaming the citys building department when they were the ones at fault.

I paid for a perforated back window athletic type sign. You can look out but not in the car. I could not be happier with the results. It is a professionally designed signage and the cost is reasonable too. I am so pleased I requested additional business cards from Sam because I know I will be asked where I received my sign.
