About 3 years ago we had a Logo Created and our Car had a wrap put on it we have ordered many other signs and have the best service with them. Even after need original copies of our Logo again. Ordered two round magnetic signs. Reasonable price and were made same day I ordered them. Next day I received the tracking number. If you need fast service, this is the right place. I highly recommend, and would use again if needed. Wouldnt look anywhere else.

Tamara did an excellent job with my custom yard sign. She was receptive even when I kept asking for little changes.The Sales team at the Columbus location was also excellent. They welcomed me and my 1.5 year old daughter and were happy to allow me to exchange yard stakes when I purchased the wrong ones! Great Experience!

I ordered a poster size vinyl banner to frame for an anniversary gift for my husband. I needed to make sure there were no grommets or hems so I could frame it. I got my banner the very next day and it was perfect. The black was the darkest black and the colors and photo were perfect. My husband loved it! I wanted to find a local vendor to purchase magnetic car signs. I was able to order online very simple and easy. Two days later I picked up the magnetic car signs at the showroom. The gentleman inside was very helpful and wasted no time in getting the signs for me. I was in and out in less than 5 mins. I am very pleased with the final product and i will order from them again.

Submitted a web form request for a custom commercial sign quote on October 31, 2018. Received no reply. Called the company on the morning of November 2, 2018 and spoke with someone who said that theyd have a sales rep call me in about an hour. As of November 5, 2018, still NO REPLY. Guess they dont need our business. Well find someone who does.

We have ordered four or five signs from Custom Sign Center and each time they have come through in quick order. They keep you updated on the status of the order; they even checked with me to see if we needed grommets...we did and I forgot to request them Thank you for making me look good and keeping our facility safe.

Im an employee for a large manufacturing company (1B+ yearly) whom was looking for a sign supplier. We decided to look into Custom Sign Center in September of 2016 and have them make us a aluminum cut out sign. We paid nearly $2,000 for the sign and clearly stated, We want this to be a single unit. When we received the sign it was all the pieces and we were instructed by the showroom employee that we were responsible for assembling and mounting said pieces. I spoke to my sales person (Christina R.) and said that we were considering purchasing a second sign but would like some kind of discount for the first one not being what we requested and wed just go ahead and do the mounting and such rather than returning the product. She said on 9/28/2016 I have shared with the Owners and still waiting to hear back I am sorry I cannot push this any quicker!. I reached out for an update on 10/4/2016 and got no response. I then waited nearly two weeks and decided it was time to move on to another vendor. My experience with this company was poor during the project requirements stage as well as the customer service stage. The actual workmanship is up to par. I work with a lot of vendors on a daily basis and trust me when I say that lack of communication is a customer killer; unfortunately that is why Im going to look elsewhere.

Got my photography studio magnetic signage today and they are perfect. The coloring is on point and the 24 round magnets are excellent quality.

Picked up a sign for my semi truck. When it came time to install it, I remove the paper adhesive cover and the sign is barley sticky. I tried to put it on but it won’t stick. I go back to the shop and they tell me I have to heat up the surface it going to be installed on. I guess they didn’t think they should tell me that little detail when I picked up the sign. Now I have to order another one - not from that place though.No I was not offered a reprint...I was offered installation at which point I walked out without a response. The fact that you would reply to my review with this lie tells me that you’re more concerned with covering your tracks than making things right. Good day.

We always use Custom Sign Center to create our agent sign riders. Their online system is easy to use, they have a ton of colors available and the riders always look just like they do on my screen down to the exact color.
