Took my car for an oil change and everyone here was great. Answered all my questions and checked out my tires and fluids as well as part of the service. It did take almost 6 hours for it to get done, but I was fine with leaving and going back to pick it up. I know they were really busy.

I found this repair shop several years ago, referred to me by an independent muffler shop near downtown, and they have been exceptional from the beginning! Since then, I wont take my 3 vehicles to anyone else for repair. Scoop, the owner really and truly cares about doing things right and treating people fair (both personally and with rates). Everyone there is honest, all the techs are highly skilled and awesome to work with (Scoop, Jeff, Evan, Savio). I would highly recommend this auto shop! They were a referral to me from a friend. I called in the morning and they fit me in right away. They also were able to fix the issue I was having with my Jeep and for a fair cost. I had to work in the waiting room area and their wifi was not working for guest login. The women working there went above and beyond to make sure I had wifi so I could do some work. She let me use her personal iphone and hotspot so I could connect to the internet and work for 4 hours! Talk about going above and beyond. I will be doing ALL of my future work on any automobile I own here. Such a great place!

I found these guys at their old location and used their shop based on reviews and it was one of the best decisions Ive made when it comes to automobiles.They worked with me over a issue I had and did great work with my exhaust and suspension.Their alignment guy gets it spot on and even aligns the steering wheel if he can which is a big plus.

Went to 2 other places to have my 03 dakota alligned. Neither could get it alligned and neither tigtened down the camber caster bolts enough. This guy heard me out told me he do what i can. Had it alligned in about an hour and its perfect. Only place i would take my truck or car to get aligned.

Bought a small SUV for my sons first car. In the first two months of ownership we have been able to drive car 3 weeks. Multiple mechanical issues encountered with the purchase. Spoke to Scoop, Jeff, and Echo and explained our situation. Scoop and his whole crew stepped up and made the corrections needed to the car. Scoop and his whole staff really worked with us and made us feel like they care. I am only giving 4 stars due to the initial issues we encountered, but moved it up from 2 stars due to the concern and care that Scoop and his crew showed to us in getting things resolved. I feel Scoop is an honest and hard working business man and would feel completely comfortable in having them do any car work I need performed in the future.
