The best thing you all could have incorporated was the Pickup/Delivery service. I absolutely love that I do not have to come in at all, I can make an appointment for the vehicle to be picked up, services rendered, then delivered back to me. Makes life so much easier than clocking out from work to take the vehicle, getting a ride back to work, just to go back to pick it up. Thank you SONS. I appreciate this service so much.
DJ has been incredibly helpful, polite, professional whenever weve gone. Luckily we havent had to have much service on a newer vehicle, but DJ goes above and beyond each and every time weve gone there. Id recommend asking for him. Great guy.
Took my Escalade to this dealership b/c my tire sensor kept going off. At the appointment they say that the sensor is bad but can’t be ordered. Me being female thought it was crazy but I took my truck and left.My husband took the truck back in a month. It took 2 days to diagnose out truck. The service advisor stated they could get the sensor in 2 days. We checked back in 2 days. No sensor. We called back in a month to cancel the order and was told the sensor was in.My husband showed up to pick up the sensor. They not only can’t find the sensor but also tell us they can’t refund our money because the guy who sold it to us was not there.I’ve never received such bad service in my life. I will be looking to deal with another Authorized Cadillac Dealership. I will also be contacting the brand about them partnering with a dealership ran so poorly.

I have my Cadillac serviced at SONS CADILLAC because I love their employees, clean atmosphere and the shuttle back to my home, while my vehicle is serviced, as well as shuttle to my home to take me back to the Cadillacs lot, to pick up my vehicle.

I bought a CPO ATS-V four months ago and since then have had two tire blow outs! I had the vehicle towed there the first time and they said just for my inconvenience they’d pay half of the replacement tire. I paid almost $200 for a cheap off brand tire. I was at the dealership over 3 hours and by this point I just wanted to get of there. No way that tire was almost $400. Tech at Sons said the other 3 tires on my car were good!Today on my way home from Atlanta with my kids I had a second blow out on 400. Had to call a mobile tire service, do to it being the holiday weekend. I have pictures and video showing how bad the tire was on the inside. The CPO inspection was not a good one on my car. They claimed to be all about serving veterans but thats BS! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!Chris Alligood tried to rectify all the issues with my vehicle so I took the car in for an alignment and the mechanic crew was speeding in my car. Did over 80 in a 55. They didn’t realize that Cadillacs record driving patterns. I showed all the proof I had to Chris and the service manager John, they offered to pay for the tire that blew on 400 and paid for one other tire that was bad. I was so glad to see they were trying to make thing right but then I get my car back and it has one of the used tires in my back seat on my suede with no cover or anything to protect my seat. I am just done! Bottom line is they sell you certified cars that their mechanics inspect but in reality they are not good at their jobs! If you are looking for professionalism do NOT go to Son’s.FT Benning warned soldiers about the dealerships there in the past, seems to be the only thing that changed was the name!
Great service! In for a oil change and tire rotate. All went smooth and I enjoyed the dealership and looking at the new models in the showroom.
They do a fantastic job with the service on my Cadillac! Associates are friendly and professional, and my service associates sense of humor was awesome! I am pleased with their service!
So far so good. I havent picked up my car yet and I will update this review if something goes horribly wrong. The customer service has been efficient and courteous so far. The staff seems knowledgeable and are respectful. All quotes for service are given upfront and priced comparable to other establishments.

It was probably one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had and I have purchased cars all over the country from Washington state to Arizona to Colorado and I would never recommend this dealership. Being so close to multiple military installations and colleges you would think that the dealership, especially right now with all that’s going on around the country, would be more helpful or suggesting towards a vehicle purchase rather than just saying no if you don’t like it go somewhere else. I work a lot with students and soldiers at Fort Benning and I will steer as many people I can away from this type of dealership a chance I get.

Needed to get an oil changw and a noise my Silverado checked out so I arrived at this location a few minutes before 7:30. There was already a line of vehicles ahead of me. I was told that they had a lot of appointments and they could not get to me until 1:00 pm or I could make an appointment for the next morning. Both my cars are Chevys and needless to say I was disappointed. The Chevy dealer in McDonough, Georgia has a separate area just for an oilchange so customers dont have these long waits and dont have to make an appointment. So I left disappointed but I called and made an appointment for 1 pm the same day and the service adviser assured me she could get me in then because they had little scheduled then. So I arrive at 12:30 pm a it does appear they have slowed down considerably, so I asked again if they were able to get me in and I was assured they could but I failed to ask for a wait time. After almost an hour I asked about the progress on the oilchange and was told an hour, an hour passes and still no word on my truck. So I ask and was informed they were also checking out the noise I asked about. Another hour passes and I have to go again and inquire what is the hold up since I only wanted an oil change today and informed of what the possible noise could be coming from, so the service adviser walked me to the service bay where my truck was in the air, the service technician proceeded to show me all the things he found on the inspection that they do with the oil change and show me where the noise is coming from, which I appreciate, but the oil change still had not been done. In fact he said he had already tried two filters and was trying the third when I walked up and it did not fit, So he asked another service person who I assume was the service manager, he wanted to know what kind of frame the truck sat on and ask for a magnet, after he found out he went to find the right filter. Followed the service advisory back inside and she said it would only be a few more minutes and she would also have a list of recommendations of repairs and prices. Well after waiting almost another hour I walked around to check on the progress of the truck and there it sat finished ready to go, but my service person not around. Finally I am ready to leave and she take off 10% which I am thankful for but my time is more important.I also appreciate the repairs list and pricing. I left the dealership at 3:45, after arriving at 12:30 and having an appointment at 1. My service person was a nice persons is the reason fkr the 3 stars. Here is a suggestion for the pricing, transparency. List the part, part number, the price of the part, the number of hours it takes for the labor, and the cost of the labor. Todays consumers are very smart. We dont mind paying a little more for great service. I have been in the customer service business for over 30 years and I know how important customers time and money are to them. We want to know how long, will it take, how much will it cost and why, transparency.I guess my expectations are too high.
