Wesley and Zach made the buying experience so much better than previous experiences I’ve had. They were able to beat my banks APR and work the numbers to make GAP Insurance and Extended Warranty purchases while still staying within my monthly budget. They fed us lunch, topped off the tank and detailed everything including the engine!!

Terrific experience at Germain Cadillac. For convenience, I negotiated the purchase and trade in via email. I arrived at a set time for the test drive and they were ready for me to sign papers. It was bar far the easiest and least stressful experience Ive ever had purchasing a car. I went in a week later for service and they have an amazing designated work area for customers. I had a private office that was clean and quiet. Incredible experience.
Excellent experience! I was an out of state buyer on a pre-owned vehicle that I was certain to take delivery on. My salesperson, Ronald, provided me with photos and videos of the vehicle prior to my arrival so I knew what to expect. After sending him the necessary information, Ronald made sure all the paperwork was ready for me as soon as I arrived. These guys had me in and out in just under an hour, which is very impressive for a busy Saturday. Thanks again to the team at Germain Cadillac for providing such a prompt and friendly service.

Best car purchase experience 9 have ever had i my 20 + years of purchasing. Even my 20 year old son enjoyed it (he actually put his phone down). From the 1st phone call to signing the paperwork, Robert, Brad and Zach were courteous, professional, engaging and witty. The showroom was phenomenal, the waiting area was comfortable, although wait time was very minimal, very clean and spacious with courtesy refreshments available for customers.
If you have to get car services, Three to four hours wait !!! That’s not good. I don’t wait for a Doctor that long. They think if they offer take you anywhere that it’s ok!!! Not ok!!! You are at there mercy. Terrible . After you done spent over 50.0000 or more.
Everyone here is super helpful and kind. I went by myself to test drive a car. I thought it was good, but I wanted to make sure with my boyfriend because he’s good with cars. Mike let me drive it down the street so that my boyfriend could test drive it. Great customer service and great experience.
I searched the whole state to find my car, and Germain Cadillac made buying it a pleasure, from my greeting at the door to driving away. My representative Wesley Echols was especially helpful. I drove 100 miles to get there, and it was more than worth the trip.
We purched a car there, a CT5 we feel the sale was rushed.The car has several issues we have emailed, called and chatted and are being ignored.Prior to this car we had Ford Fusion, that was a far better experience than this has been.
Edit: OK do the service center is partnering with SiriusXM to offer a free trial. I do not recall being asked if they could give my information to SiriusXM or any other third parties, and the point is SiriusXM has been harassing me for 4 months since I bought the car. Also since I forgot to include this in the original review Ill add it for further justification of 3 stars (not completely out of line). I specifically asked the salesperson if it would be easy to swap the radio for an aftermarket one (I wanted Android Auto). He assured me that it was easy. Either he has a way off base idea of easy, or he had no clue what he was talking about because it was not easy. Shame on me for trusting a car salesman, I guess.As for the car, it was an older one that I bought, but it only had 38k miles. It rained while I was finalizing the paperwork and once I got in and started to drive away I realized the sunroof was leaking. I called immediately, I was still in the Easton parking lot, and they did agree to fix the sunroof, which was very nice.A couple weeks later I realized the windshield wipers dont turn off after you use the windshield sprayer cleaner. The car had a premium price tag for the year and trim so I thought I was buying a mint CTS.Also they act like they wont haggle on the price, but indeed they will. Take your time, and if you feel like the price is high push on the salesperson until they give at least a little. If they counter offer, take your time again. Always remember that the buyer has all of the control.
I had my oil changed and tires rotated at Germain Cadillac this last Friday. The staff at Germain are wonderful. My car is always washed and vacuumed after service, and the waiting room is comfortable. Keep up the excellent service.

We were scolded by a sales person for leaving a bad review due to being miss led about the car. It has a miss matched tire. They had no record of the tire being changed, they told us someone who used the car must have had it changed without informing them.They changed the tire nevertheless they still do not match.Although Zach did reach out to us after our appointment we know there is nothing they can say to improve our over all experience .
Purchased 2017 Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinum edition from Germain Cadillac in September as a Certified Pre-owned vehicle with a 172 point inspection. We also purchased a separate warranty that included road hazard coverage that would repair or replace tires and wheels that are damaged by road hazards. On or about 10/5/2020 we started experiencing low pressure in the right front tire, and since we had appointment with Jake Sweeney Cadillac on Tuesday 10/9/2020, I let Jake Sweeney know that I must have gotten something in the road lodged in my tire. Later that afternoon Jake Sweeney Cadillac called me back and told me that not only did I not hit something in the road but that my tire had been plugged and was unrepairable. I asked them if my warranty I paid for would cover it and they said no. I then called Germain Cadillac back and spoke with general manager Kenny Quinn and he told me there is nothing he could do. He said it was not his or the dealerships responsibility to do anything. I will respond to Kenny Quinn. I paid extra for a warranty that covered wheels and tires, I called you as soon as I had an issue with the tire because of said warranty. Your warranty company refuses to cover tire because of plug that was done before the purchase of warranty. You don’t stand behind the product you sell. We will never come back to any Germain dealership and I will make sure to tell everyone I know to avoid your business too.
Professional, straight to the point, and efficient. Love my new Cadillac. Had a minor issue with a passenger door lock, so I contacted the team and they had a rental provided, and the issue resolved within a day. If you’re going to spend your money, spend it here. I’ll definitely be back for my next upgrade. Great job folks.

I had my car towed here and had some work done for a significant amount of money. The service guy that was supposed to keep me updated did not contact me at all for 10 days. I had to call and then he told me my car was ready. When the car was returned to me I noticed that it was not washed, vacuumed and my “low fuel level” indicator was on. A horrible experience overall. There was little to no effort to make me feel like a valuable customer. Definitely considering the amount of money the repair was. Did not expect this poor quality from Germain Cadillac. My past experiences at this location were a lot better. Not sure what happened this time.
I had a great experience. I travel 320 miles to pick up my new volt. Mike Perkins sent me pictures and described the car to me with his honesty I made the trip and I am very satisfied with this car and how easy it was to get in on my way home. I would recommend to this dealer others.

Every one looking for a good late model suv or car needs to go to funkys they will treat u like family I got my wife a nice 2018 Cadillac XT5 there after Germaine lied to meI went to Germain Cadillac of Easton to look at a 2015 Cadillac SRX told Robert which was my sales guy I had my own financing in the first place he went ahead and put it through his finance which he said GM financial approved me just need a bank statement and prove that a loan was paid off spent all day there because I was told it was our vehicleBrought them proof that the loan was paid off on an old vehicle sat down with Brad and financing to fill out the paperwork Brad change the deal completely stated the vehicle they want it paid off with my newest loan which I already knew About but had change the loan and blaming it on GM financial for the reason and said they can change the loan at any time was told they accept bank statements then they want to tax returns on top completely lied about running my credit through GM financial because there is no inquiry about it other than capital one made me and my wife fight because she didn’t understand they told us we were approved and then not approved she could not believe what just happened and neither did I wasted all my day lost money because of the day anyone that decides to go here do not I contacted GM financial they told me they do not do this this is up to the dealer obviously I came in work clothes and Brad obviously didn’t like the clothes I was wearing and expected me to be wearing a suit or something I’m a plumber this is how I dress when I get off work I can see other comments where they do this to other people and they need to quit doing this then I get a reply by the owner that it’s GM financial is the reason no I contacted GM financial they don’t do this that was directly the dealership sad part about it is they waited until they said we had the car calling the insurance company cleaned up the vehicle and putting gas in it before they decided they didn’t want to sell us the vehicle anymore and they just wanna blame it on GM financial when they never got my report
My husband bought a vehicle here and posted a review recently and the manager replied to the review then called with an aggressively attitude saying when buying pricey vehicle here it comes with pricey maintenance costs. He still haven’t received his car fax till this date of the vehicle. Definitely do no not recommend this place. We love Cadillacs but the service and sales team doesn’t live up to its elegance of this beautiful vehicles.

I bought a 2013 Chevy Impala from Cadillac of Easton almost a month ago. For the first week it was fine but shortly after it has been shifting hard and barely getting type of acceleration. But the Manager Kenny has reached out to me and offered for them to check it out Saturday to see if they could fix the issue

We live in Cincinnati but drove to Columbus to look at the used car we were interested in. From the start I knew there was something special about the dealership. I called to get some additional information about the vehicle and also to make sure it was still available. The salesman, Adam Gentry was most helpful actually offered to take a video and send to me if needed. The most impressive thing about our initial conversation was his openness about the car being previously owned by a smoker and that there was still a hint of that odor that people who had driven the car had commented on. Since I dont smoke that is an issue for me. Adam didnt want me to make the drive without knowing that fact. Decided to make the drive as the car fit all other criteria we were looking for. The car was exactly as described and explained. We took a test drive with Adam (not a short one either) and decided that the smoke smell was something we felt we could (and did) eliminate. While Im never a fan of negotiating prices with any car dealership this one was fairly simple and we NEVER felt any pressure. Overall the process was very easy and I would highly encourage anyone looking to purchase any vehicle to visit the dealership and I would also encourage you to ask for Adam Gentry who was more than helpful and extremely open and honest. Ryan Austin was the finance guy who processed all our paperwork and was also very pleasant to work with.

Went into the dealer to look at my options for purchasing a new car. We ended up being paired with a sales associate. He seemed very uninterested. When he came up to us, he did not ask what we were looking for or anything. He took us in his office and automatically assumed that we wanted to buy a used cars and only started to show us those. When we wanted to a buy a new car, in cash the same day might I add. When we explained to him that we wanted a new sedan. He enthusiastically showed us the two sedans that they had. Did not explain anything just that one was wider and longer. When we asked questions about the different models he acted like we were a bother. Overall a horrible experience, sad to say that weve already purchased a car through this dealer. Our first experience with the dealer was great but the person who helped us with our first car, no longer works there. We ended up taking our business to at Dublin, and we had a much better experience there!
Worst place to buy a used vehicle. Even if you buy the extended warranty be aware of the fine prints what it covers and what it doesn’t also deductible of $200 each time it has issues. 2015-2017 Cadillac Escalades are well known for its Chevy Shake issues.Follow up: thank you for reaching out to me today 8/13/20. Just waiting on the CARFAX to be emailed to me that I have not received about the vehicle was in 2 prior collision before purchasing.

Wish I could give no stars. It all started on 9/9 with an appointment at 9am. When our Cadillac only needed a diagnostic and a reset. Easy right....... on the 10th my husband called up there spoke to Jack the advisor who over sees the mechanics, Jack told my husband they would get to it on the 11th, ok no problem. The 11th and 12th go by no communication. So my husband calls Jack again we still haven’t got to it mind you it’s now the 14th. At this point we have had enough we went up to the dealership to speak to Jack in person but he’s off on Mondays go figure. So we decided to speak to Neal the director he heard our frustration and re assured us that he would talk to Jack and we would hear something the 15th by noon. We are on the 15th Jack called at 1:20pm and said we are pulling it in now to do the diagnostic. Now we are on the 16th husband calls Jack again what’s going on oh we have to order a key to do the re start it will be here tomorrow. 16th Jack actually called us and said the key came in and they where pulling it in. No commutation on the 17th go figure. 18th my husband places a call to Jack and he says oh we called you yesterday to tell you the battery won’t hold a charge so my husband say ok didn’t get the call, Jack failed to mention we could purchase a battery from them, so now Jack is costing his own company money BIG DUMMY. I’ll have a new battery to you in 1 hour. My husband went to auto zone purchased a new battery and dropped it off at the parts center. My husband calls Jack again at 5:30pm and said how’s it going? Jack had the nerve to say we are still waiting for you to bring the battery up. Husband says Jack I dropped the battery off at 11:40am you mean to tell me you haven’t finished my car. Jack states I had no idea you dropped it off where did you drop it off at husband tells him all details while Jack shuffles paper work like they have a ton of cars to work on. Instead of doing that Jack be thankful you still have a job and your doing business as usual because a lot of people had to close there businesses. 19th husband go up there again to speak to Jack in person. Jack says well I still don’t know where the battery is and your car won’t be done today because no Technicians work Saturdays. Jack said we will get to it first thing Monday morning meaning the 21st guess what no communication yet again. My husband and I went up there Jack of course is off, spoke to Neal again and I’ll admit things got ugly. Neal just apologized over and over and over. I let him know this is Unacceptable and I’m sure the CEO would not appreciate that his business is being ran in this manner, and that he needs to light a fire under jacks butt, we have choices where we want to take our vehicles and we choose this dealer ship what a night mare as we still don’t have our car. They are full of broken promise and excuses. This has not been a good customer experience and wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to do business here. BEWARE OF GETTING YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE!!! This is a poor excuse of a company!!!!!
German has a nice organized way of checking in cars for service. They direct you to the waiting area if you are going to wait. The waiting area is nice, clean and comfortable. Your car is washed after service and when they bring your car up after washing the service consultant will go over your invoice with you. You pay your invoice and leave. Brent Thomas, my service consultant was nice, knowledgeable, easy to understand and is why if all are like Brent, people will keep coming back. Thank you Brent. I noticed some employees were not dressed in approachable manner. One female that worked in an office at the bottom of the steps had jean shorts on. I am usually not one to mention items such as this but she did seem out of place. AGAIN THANKS for your service Brent.Terry Hudson
Service entrance is well attended and out of the weather. Staff very courteous and informed about your appointment and service requirements. Lounge has two glass offices and comfortable furniture for use while waiting. I drive two hours for this brand (Cadillac) at this dealer. The BEST car buying experience I have EVER had!!! Wesley Echols was my Sales Consultant. He is an experienced consultant without all the BS. From his intial emails and text messages he was up front and honest with me. Wesley went out of his way to answer all of my questions, he even went as far as being able to tell me the remaining brake pad thickness. I drove over two hours to this dealership, there was no bait and switch or long delays in making my purchase(less then 2hrs start to finish). Wesley had the van I was interested in on hold, detailed and parked out front when I arrived. Even though others customers were looking at the van when I arrived, it was waiting for me to have the first choice of purchase. OUTSTANDING, when so many dealers are first come first serve to a purchase. I would just like to state that I have had my Cadillac for almost two years. I started taking my car to Dublins location, but soon found a more comfortable place with the Easton Location (even though its a further drive from home). I can not speak highly enough about the service department team. They truly care and take pride in their product and customers. In regard to the problems I have had with my vehicle I think it may be a little uncommon, but what I will say is that this team really takes care of you and makes sure they provide excellent customer service! During late winter in 2019, my wife was interested in and undecided between an Odyssey Touring Elite and a Sienna Limited that Germain Cadillac of Easton had on their lot. Brad was extremely patient and knowledgeable in helping her decide between them, and Chuck was just as thorough with the financing paperwork. They were even able to secure better financing terms than wed been able to on our own. We were in the market to buy a new (or used) vehicle after almost 9 yrs! Obviously we were a little anxious thinking about working with Dealers. Not so much at Germain Cadillac of Easton where our experience was nothing short of exceptional! We sent in a request to check out 2015 SRX and got a quick reply back from Brad. I asked a few other questions via text/email and got swift responses back. We were very pleased. We then scheduled a test drive for next day and Brad had it all ready for us by the time we arrived. We left on the note that we really liked the SUV and will get back with him soon and if he can do anything about the price to make the offer even more attractive. Brad delivered on that and we decided to move forward with the purchase within the next 3 days. We were kinda crunched for time so Brad went over and above and offered to deliver the car and bring the paperwork right to our home for signature! We were totally blown away by this experience! We have wowed our friends with this story as well. Overall, we had an awesome buying experience with Germain Cadillac of Easton, specifically Brad and would highly recommend this dealership and Brad to anyone.

Sold me a used 2016 car with leaks in two tires, leaking CV boot/ joint, and a seat climate module that died one day later. Current dealership where I reside mentioned the seat couldve caught fire if not fixed. Thought it was funny the tires were overinflated when I bought it looking back at this situation. Over 1300+$ worth of repairs needed to be done within a month. I even asked them why the car had been on the lot for 63 days. Now I know.Spoke to a representative Brad who mentioned he would speak to the GM on my behalf, but he never offered to let me talk to the GM (though Brad couldnt help me at all or the clerk didnt know who to escalate my concerns to). When all these repairs within a month were described to Brad he said theres thousands of moving parts, theres no way we could know whats going to happen with the car. Its a used car. He also assured me further we do a safety inspection on all these cars but we cant do a 170 point inspection, bumper to bumper, if dealerships did that to all these cars, we would be losing so much money! Brad also mentioned Well when youre offered protection on these things you gotta think about it. Its like an apple phone, you dont buy the coverage on it youre not going to get a new phone given to you if something happens. I had in fact night extended warranties on my wheels and tires from them.If this were the only frustration.... The paperwork listed my address incorrectly and the finance department called to tell me they were going to repo my car. Great thing to think about after moving 5 states away with everything you own hauled by that car! I was very much transparent with them about my living situation during the business transactions, even including my old address, my permanent address, and where I was moving to. Oh the headaches!
Wesley was great to work with on the purchase of my 2012 Corvette. They are an honest dealership that sells high quality cars. Wesley was very straight forward with everything and even went the extra mile. One piece of constructive criticism would be that I received the vehicle with an empty gas tank (low fuel light was on). I didnt expect a full tank, but somewhere closer to half a tank would have been a nice touch.Nonetheless 3 weeks with the car and I am still very happy with the purchase thru Germain.
Prompt service. I was a first time customer having my car repaired. I did not have an appointment and they still took excellent care of me. Had my car repaired some day. Even drove me home so I could sleep as I had just worked a 12 hour shift.
What an awesome experience I had, I found the car I was looking for online, went to the dealership, was lucky enough to meet Brad Martinkovich as soon as I walked into the dealership, he spent plenty of time with me, from the test drive, vehicle inspection, financing, and oh yeah, answering my many questions.By the end of my visit, I walked out with the car that I came for, at the price I was expecting along with a couple of extra after market items that I wanted for the vehicle.I would for sure recommend Brad to anyone who may be looking for a new car.
Top notch auto dealer. The repair shop was clean and tidy when I had my car serviced there. They took excellent care of my car. But I didnt get the charge for shop suppies when I was just getting an estimate for a different

I knew specifically what I was looking for in a vehicle and after an extensive, lengthy internet based search found it in Germains inventory...listed at the right price. I was put in touch with Neil and after a very brief negotiation on delivery pricing, we were on our way with the transaction. It was very streamlined from a paperwork standpoint and Neil did a great job of representing the vehicles condition from a cosmetic and mechanical perspective. I would buy all of my cars/trucks this way from now on if they had what I was looking for!
Came in to make a deal for a used car. The place has very nice cars much more expensive. I was looking for a specific car And offered a price then was immediately told NO. I asked if a manager would bother to entertain the offer and said he was a manager and would not do it. The car has been sitting for a while and they rather lose money on it. I currently do not have a car and they would not even let me test drive the car due to insurance. Oh and I had to introduce myself after several minutes of talking - hopefully Germain teach its managers (etc.) how to better communicate. Did not feel the good vibe from this place, would take my business else where.

The salesman we worked with was professional and friendly, but told us before he even ran our credit that he wouldnt be able to get us an interest rate below 4.9% even if we have great credit. He said it would probably be around 5.5%. Honestly I thought that was strange. We left and went to another dealer and we bought a used car for 3.75%. Wonder if they are marking up their rates?
Extremely disappointed! I love my Cadillac, as I have all of thth Ive owned. Sadly, you cannot get a Cadillac experience from this dealership. I have contacted this dealer three times requesting the cost of a oil change on my Cadillac-- each time you are given this spiel about providing your information and someone will get back with you.Not once over the 2.5 years of reaching out to this place have I ever been contacted about the service Ive requested!
I was just going for a quick oil change. I was down to 4%. My intent was to go to lunch and return with my oil change complete. Matt informed me there had just been a recall issued on my ATS. No problem he explained, he had a loaner already picked out ready to go and told me to return at the end of the day. Now thats a real service story. My time was valuable to not only me but the dealership and Matt as well. It makes you feel if they can be out front on just my little ole car, they can probably handle just about anything if I need it. That since of attention will bring me back every time--count me in.

Went to look at a Escalade (used) two bald tires on the back or barley legal. No budging on the price then insulted us a rediculious offer of $5000 for our Escalade. Avoid this place.
Weve leased 2 and purchased 1 (preowned) vehicle from Brad. He is a consummate professional and treats us with the utmost respect. He listens to us and does his best to find us the right car. He doesnt try to sell us anything we dont want or try to push us or rush us into any decisions. He makes us feel like a old friend instead of a customer. Ryan in Finance is awesome.
I bought a car from Germain 8 months ago. The experience went fine until we had to deal with Ryan Austin in finance. Ryan was quite pushy to get me to sign up for their financing. He asked me to check over the paperwork before he submitted it and I pointed out errors that he had made (simple errors like the spelling of my name). He assured me that he had been working for many years and that he knew what he was doing. He supposedly ran my credit report and said that only 1 lender offered me credit (mind you I knew my credit score was 750+), so I knew something was up. It turns out that I was denied credit due to the mistakes that he had made. Beware of Ryan Austin.
Andrew was really nice to deal with! He took care of my G55 in no time and I had it back on the road the next day! It was one of the best experiences I had in awhile as far as dealer stuff goes! Definitely coming back if I ever have any other issues with a car.
Arrived at 5:45 when they were closing at 6:00. They literally shoo’d me out the door. So I went down the street and bought a new car. Even though this other dealership closed at 7:00, they stayed until 8:00 to make the sale. It seemed like Germain Cadillac of Easton employees had more important places to be on a Friday night.
We went looking for a car never believing wed walk out with one. Ryan Laymon and Patrick Anderson went above and beyond their duties to ensure we did. If you decide to shop there and I hope you do, deal with these two gentlemen. To say the are extraordinary doesnt even closely describe the service they provided.
Arrogant salesmen both times I visiting this place. Wouldnt even offer a test drive. I ended up purchasing vehicles both times, but of an alternate make. I recommend Bob-Boyd, which is where I ended up buying my last vehicle after the clown at Germain Cadillac treated me like a 2nd class citizen.
First time around my fiancee and I had a bad experience and Germain reached out to my fiancee. I personally wasnt going to bother to go back, but she was talking to the Mike Perkins and the general manager and wanted to give them another chance. Germain do everything they could to resolve the issue (which they did) and help her with buying a car she wanted.I will come back again after everything was said and done if they have a car that I would like to check out. Oh and they kept offering pizza or subs, kind of odd for a car dealer but awesome.
I seriously had the WORST experience ever, then everything was made right and I couldnt be happier. To make a very long story as short as possible, I visited this dealership and was treated poorly by an employee. I was made to feel like I wasnt welcome and well, lets just say no one will have to worry about that guy again!The GM, Kenny Quinn, introduces me to Mike Perkins, gives me what I wanted for my trade-in and both Mike and the GM treated my fiancée and I wonderful!Then... the car I purchased had a fluke in the engine (that no one couldve seen coming) and was just outside of warranty. I was devastated because I JUST bought the car. They offered to fix my car for me at no charge or if I wanted, theyd buy it back. I let them buy the car back from me.They then sold me a car at an amazing deal. I seriously couldnt be happier. Ive never had a better car buying experience, despite the many headaches in the beginning. Mike and Kenny, both genuinely care about your experience and will do everything possible to make it great. Plus, Mike is just cool as hell! Awesome guy to work with. :) You rock Mike! When Im in the market again, this is a dealership Id stop at!
Awful!!! Communication was horrible. I had to reach out on 2 occasions just to get an ETC on my vehicle. Once my warranty expired I should have shopped around, Ill definitely be doing that now.

I bought a used 2012, Lexus from them this weekend. Had 5 star experience, entire transaction went smooth. We worked with Mike Perkins, he addressed all our concerns in an open and honest manner. He also called us today to follow up on our drive back to West Virginia, and to know how the car performed. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Not sure how they ended up with those negative reviews. Thank you Mike for making it smooth and easy.
This morning I stopped by the dealership to see one car that I had received inquiries about it but I was surprised that the car was sold and the person who sent me this email should call or text but he said its sold and he didnt suggest anything, hes there to sell cars, but I think he doesnt want to suggest other cars he thinks I cant afford it, thanks for everything.
We purchased a used Chrysler Town and Country from this business. I let them know in advance that they will be dealing with special needs young adults and that things would need to be explained. I was assured that all would be handled. It wasnt! Upon arriving at the dealership the salesman, Mark, showed the van to my kids then proceeded to do paperwork to get it purchased. I asked Mark if he would trust his own children in the van and he stated, they dont sell junk. Mark was unprofessional when dealing with special needs adults. He talked over their heads. He made my daughter cry because he was making her feel stupid. More than 80% of the time he spent in the dealers lounge. I did complain to the manager, Kinney, and he seemed understandable. He seemed honest and when we pointed out a problem with the shaking of the van less than a week from purchase. He stated that, Mark shouldnt have said if anything goes wrong in a short time it would be covered. Well the calipers were falling off according to their mechanic who is also the one who put the new brakes and routers on before the sale. You would think when they drove it they would have noticed! Kinney stated he would give them free floor mats for their trouble. The van was NOT cleaned thoroughly. It had fries, sea shells, and trash. We have had the van less than 2 months and are already feeling the car hesitating to go into 3rd gear. Another trip to a mechanic is needed. I wouldnt recommend this establishment for anyone with special needs or looking to purchase a used car. If you have fat pockets then it is a place for you, they have nice new cars and Im sure would treat you a lot better!
Everyone in the service department is first-rate. My vehicle as ready on time and I was provided a car while the work was completed. Some follow-up issues were promptly addressed, and I havent once considered taking my car elsewhere for service.

I did have a problem with my purchased 2013 Buick Enclave 11 days after purchase, but they were right on it, called me in and fixed the engine light problem right away. Every time I go there for service I need new brakes. Yep, and an oil change. Not sure if they are trying the old fashioned rip off game or not, but I went in June to have new brakes put on the car, at the next service appointment in August, about 12,000 miles later, they told me I needed new brakes again. I was skeptical, but they said Cadillacs go through brakes faster than other cars. I didnt buy it. Have gone another 20,000 miles on the same brakes. Same thing happened with the oil change. You can get a good deal from buying a car here, but dont go to their service department. Oh yeah, when they changed the brakes, for some reason they took off the vacuum tube for the brake system and put it back on wrong. When I left, it started raining, the wipers knocked the tube off and I lost my brakes. Someone could have been killed by their negligence. Like I said, buy your car there, get serviced somewhere else.

First-time service customer at Germain Cadillac of Easton. Arrived with none-too-helpful Goes clunk when downshifting and accelerating fromfrom coasting. Technicians isolated problem (washer between left front axle and hub bearing not secured) and made repairs while I waited. Long wait made to seem shorter by outstanding hospitality and courtesy. Count me a huge fan.
