So far it has not been good. Lady at the front desk gave me attitude and chewed me out cause my key fob was too heavy. SMH. Hopefully the service is better when they repair my car.

ANDERSON IS AMAZING. The insurance company ordered parts that weren’t in nice condition and Anderson made sure to talk to them and get parts for my car that actually made my car look fixed! They were quick and did a great job!

We bought a van from Anderson auto. Great experience, which I never thought I’d say from buying a vehicle from a used car dealership. Jerry was very honest about what he knew and didn’t know about the vehicle. I would buy from them again in the future.

I was initially happy to work with this company when buying a car. Very pleased with how honest and straight forward everything was. After agreeing to purchase a car, and agreeing on a price, I arranged to pick up the car from out of state, the very next morning. After a several hour and several hundred mile round trip, arriving to find out the vehicle had been sold within hours of our agreement the day before and there was no bother to call and inform me of any of this. I left the transaction extremely salty with a lot of time and money wasted, and no bother of even an apology. I would never do business with this establishment again, or recommend them to any due to the pure lack of respect and courtesy I left with.

Made a appointment to take my pickup in to get some cab mounts fixed. Brought pickup in a day early they call me two days later saying that they cant do dont have time. Why did you say you could and waste my time driving to Columbus to drop it off. Never recommend them to any body.
