My car stolen, bullet holes in a few places N wrecked. My car was totaled. Good communication with everything that was going on. It took longer than expected, but it wasnt their fault. I recommend Franks Collision Center.

My car was hit and the front bumper was ruined when I brought it to Frank’s collision. Jerry told me the bumper would need to be replaced and repainted and he could possibly clean my headlights to make them looked better. My car now looks like a brand new car after Jerry got done with it. They washed and cleaned the inside of her just as a common courtesy at no additional charge. I mean I was completely blown away at the work ethic of Jerry and his crew. They did an exceptional job and I really appreciate everything they did to my BMW. I would definitely recommend Franks Collision Center because they truly take care of their customers.

Franks did some repairs to my van after an accident that I was in. They were awesome with everything from constant communication to friendliness. They even returned my can to me CLEAN. Like CLEAN, CLEAN. I have 4 young kids, so I dont see it clean very often. 🤣

I Had my 2017 F-150 sent here after being ran off the road the frame was collapsed and the exhaust was messed up I also had a dent on the drivers side door along with a few other issues I was extremely worried the truck was gonna be totaled out however the shop replaced the frame got the dent out of my door and painted it and also fixed my exhaust my truck drives like nothing ever happened I’m extremely satisfied with the results the guy told me that the work performed at the shop also had a lifetime warranty this process took almost a month but was well worth the wait would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing collision repairs

There simply are not words to describe the amount of quality and goodness to this particular shop. Jerry Kilcrease is one of the best people you could meet and good as gold. They flawlessly put a new driver side bedside on my 2011 GMC 2500. Having blue metallic paint I wasn’t sure it was going to turn out.. Jerry assured my approval from drop off and I couldn’t be more pleased. Not only did my new bedside get line x’d to match the rest, they went as far as respraying my entire bed liner. Thank you all at Franks on Armour Road.

EDIT: I will most certainly not call to follow up My review was posted 11 MONTHS AGO. It only proves exactly why I left the review I did. Taking a year to get back with a unsatisfied customer is unacceptable.Completely annoyed with the owner, Frank. My keys were taken (stolen more like) by another customer and while I appreciate their work looking for them, Frank should have been the first one to call us and tell us what was happening. Instead he relayed everything through a secretary (who offered very little information). I had to personally ask for him and when I did talk to him, he was not apologetic at all. He said this was because he was busy calling the other person and getting the keys back. Still unacceptable. You should have called us to reassure us, especially given the fact they were KEYS to an 80,000 land cruiser. Not impressed with how the situation was handled. Not as far as getting the keys back, but the communication between the owner and us about what was happening and WHY it happened. The keys being taken is terrible but i understand things happen and would not be writing this review had they handled it with us better. If you want the job done, sure, I guess they are ok at that. If you want the job done and good customer service, avoid this place completely. There are far nicer auto shops in town who care about their customers.
