Drove down from the charlotte area to pick up a truck to move daughter back home from college. Their system was down and they said they couldnt rent the truck since the system was down. The woman working there said system goes down all the time. They did offer a truck to us but was 30 miles away. So we waited in area for a few hours to see if it would come back up. System did not come back up and by that time the truck 30 miles away was gone. Customer service was not very helpful during this since we had to call several times. I understand things happen but if this happens a lot try to fix the problem so your customers are left empty handed.

A location just down the road opens up at 7am and has a small inventory this place has 3x the inventory and opens 2hrs later and the 1 person that opens shows up to the door 2mins after everything is suppose to be open with a line of 10 people already waiting this is unacceptable

The manger is excellent, knows her job extremely well. Knows her trucks like there her own.

Made reservations online. When we arrived, office was open, but no one inside. Waited for 30 min. Had to go to a different location.
