Mobile Attic is top notch. Experienced drivers delivered and picked up my bin right when they said they would. The driver was courteous and careful not to damage any tree limbs. I would definitely use Mobile Attic again!

The storage unit was delivered promptly, correctly oriented (with the loading door in the correct direction), and carefully - we have two pillars on either side of the driveway and neither was in any danger of being rolled over as has happened in years passed. The driver was quite courteous and the container was clean, intact, and odor-free. After about three weeks of storage, we emptied the container out and called for pickup; they hauled it away the same day. Overall it was a quite pleasant experience.

They are competitive at their rates, and delivered within just a couple days of needing the unit. I am very pleased with the unit. The delivery man was competent and precise and placed exactly where I wanted it so it was functional.

I appreciated the storage but wasnt please where I had to pay for a pick up, when I had it over a year, during the pandemic, seem like I would have gotten a discount do to me having surgery and I was the only one who had to pack it and mostly unpack it. No break at all,and I think it was too expensive and it leak on one of my boxes on the back bottom.

When seeking out a mobile pod unit one is looking for professional, courteous, quality, secure, on time, etc. but any good business can offer these things. What you encounter with Mobile Attic is something entirely different, it is like working with your favorite uncle, you are treated like family, your personal valuables whatever they may be are treated with care and regard. You are not just some bill they collect coming in and going out, you are genuinely thought of. It is refreshing to see there are still a few local shops who love what they do, are passionate about it and know how to treat a customer as a person and not a dollar to be made.Delivery and pick up were absolutely seamless and whats more is the fact that a company actually took the time to hire people who care about what it is they do as well, transporting your personal valuables. Driving a big rig with essentially a moving box truck attached to a flatbed empty or filled is pretty tough stuff and these guys handle the navigation like it is second nature to them. To have such personable regard for our stuff and for personal well being was an amazing touch.I want to give a personal, not just professional commendation to Abraham, this gentleman truly knows how to treat a customer. As a family, in our darkest hour and greatest time of need he has been there like an old friend you need only call and he will be there. Got here when they said they would picked it up when they said they would didnt hear anything shift in the box. They were gentle with it so far so good.Update: delivered box to my new home. Our challenge was having to move out of our home six weeks before we could move into our new one. We didnt want to rent a moving truck twice, pay a storage place to store our furniture for 6-weeks, AND load and unload our furniture twice. Mobile Attic was the perfect solution.We moved our furniture into our mobile attic over a two-week time frame, which took the stress and exertion out of having to move everything in and out in one day. Then we stored it at our temporary location, giving us access to our stuff while we waited to move into our new home. When our 6-weeks are up, the MA folks will move our attic one more time, to our new home. They even gave us the option to store the attic on their site for no extra charge. Wow!The guys that came to move our storage container were punctual, pleasant, professional, and committed to helping our stuff arrive at our destination intact. The office staff responded to every question I had, even on Sunday night, and went above and beyond what they promised.The morning of our first move, my husband was at work and unable to strap down the final items to keep them from shifting. They guys generously offered to do it for me, even providing extra straps when it became obvious that I needed a few more to keep everything from shifting.The cost was reasonable and much less than their competitors. I felt good about supporting a local South Carolina business. Id use them again in a heartbeat and have recommended Mobile Attic to several friends already.

We had a complicated (for us) move and the folks at Columbias Mobile Attic made it much easier and lessened the stress. We had a tight time-frame once our house sold and they worked us in for both the delivery and pickup. They stored our things without any issues and after the delivery and unload they made sure to pick up the two containers by the day our month rental expired, saving us another months rent. Excellent experience with Mobile Attic for our home renovation. Started with one large container, ended up adding another in the middle of the project. Pricing was better than their major competitor, and the customer service was excellent. Driver was very friendly and professional, and made sure my unit was exactly where I wanted it. For pickup - my yard was so wet due to the rain - they delayed my pickup a few days for free - as to not cause major damage to my front yard with their truck. Would recommend.

As I prepared to move, I found mobile attic to be the most reasonably priced storage container. When talking on the phone, the employees were truly interested in helping me determine the best plan for me. Deliveries and pick ups were prompt. The drivers were friendly and helpful. I used Mobile Attic for my recent move. We ordered 2 x 19 foot containers. They were delivered when requested and picked up when requested. They even include 1 month of storage in their pricing- which I needed because I sold my first house before my second house was finished being built. The drivers were courteous, and very helpful. They explained how the containers worked, and how to properly load them so that the doors can open. They also gave a tip about which direction to put the lock so you can get your key in it and turn it without hassle. Although moving was stressful, Im glad I chose Mobile Attic, because they made my move easier.

Mobile Attic was a great solution for my short-distance move to house I am renovating. I could not move in furniture immediately due to the work going on, but it was great having my stuff stored conveniently onsite so I could pack/unload in stages. Mobile Attic (Columbia, SC) rented out a leaky storage unit and company stated it was not responsible for damages caused by rain water that entered from that top of the unit. Two boxes of items were damaged. It also takes 7+ days to reserve an appointment to move your rented unit--which they will not tell you before you sign the contract. Very poor customer service! Try Pods instead.
