Average dairy queen and yes I am a connoisseur. They mistakenly made my Heath bar blizzard with chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla. I ate it anyway.

Nasty, the dinning room smells like pee. The young man that got my sons ice cream didnt wear any gloves so my son wouldnt eat his ice cream. No friendly greeting and when I said Hi I got an a smerk.Wont return and would never recommend to anyone.

The line at this DQ is always SO long. They have really stepped up the game here and it moves really quickly. I was surprised! Everything in the order was correct and came out quickly. We were really happy with everything.

Stopped awhile back for a chocolate milkshake. Ordered a chocolate milkshake made with chocolate ice cream ( yes for some reason they use a vanilla ice cream when you order a chocolate milkshake) ask for lots of extra chocolate also ...well because chocoholic..... and a Yoo-Hoo has more chocolate flavor than that thing did

This place was a joke when they tried to get our right order! The banana spits werent worth the money either!

If you like dangerous lines that take up minor highways, this is the place for you. Plus they serve ice cream some times 🤷‍♂️

Their ice cream seems to me to be of good quality. At this one in Columbia, PA, you can sit inside or out at picnic tables under shade. Sometimes a soft ice cream hits the spot better than a bowl at home.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Half of our order was made wrong. When I said something to the kid who took our order, he acted like he didn’t care or didn’t want to listen and he walked away. So when I told him I wanted new ones, he got his manager. The manager was nice and redid everything how it should have been. When I thanked him for his help and for being kind because the other one wasn’t as kind, the manager replied “that’s just how he is.” I was thrown back by this. Instead, the reply should have been “I’m so very sorry for your experience.” Or something of the sort. I don’t care if that’s how he is or if that’s his personality, you must be respectful to clients, personable, and caring. And he was none of the above. “That’s just how he is” is not an excuse.

Stopped for a small frosty always good.

We wanted a blizzard made special—— blended very smooth for a man who has difficulty swallowing. We were told you couldn’t do it. The blond waitress was rather rude. We were more concerned about the dirty face mask she was wearing and was adjusting often with her hands, as she was serving us our desserts.

Can sum this place up in one word YUMMY!!!!!

Love the drive through convenience. Even when there is 8 cars in front of you it moves quickly.

I was being an extremely difficult customer (and I am sorry for that!) and had asked for a strawberry Ghirardelli blizzard. At other Dairy Queen’s, I had ordered this no problem. To my surprise, they were unclear on what I had meant but wonderfully accommodated my requests! The assistant manager was who helped us and he is awesome. Thank you, it was delicious!

Just a quick stop for a Reeses peanut butter Blizzard to help beat the heat. Service was very good, wearing masks, and the Blizzard was GREAT!!

Not going there again, the blueberry Misty ice tasted like dirty sink water, the counter/floor was messy, Banana peels, all different kinds of syrups, nuts, & sprinkles just waving at you asking for help to be cleaned. The floor had cups as security guards, never again, Anna I had to put a 🌟 or I wouldnt have been able to write this warning, DONT GO THERE

Everything was good and made in a timely manner, but the place was a mess. Food crumbs everywhere, cups laying on the floor, ice cream stains on the counter. It looked as though no one had cleaned for the past week.

I frequent this Dairy Queen and have never been disappointed until last night. I ordered a Heath Blizzard and I got those dreadful fake little square caramels along with a few pieces of Heath candies. I took the blizzard with me to watch the sunset and I was very disappointed in my treat. It happened Sunday around 5:45. Those little square things are dreadful! Yuck!

Drove to 3 different Dairy Queen’s because there hours online said they were open and when we got there all 3 times to 3 different stores they were all closed. I will no longer be going to a Dairy Queen again. Such an inconvenience. Thanks for ruining my night!! Update your information . Care enough about your customers who don’t live 2 seconds down the road.

Came here for the free cone. Told i needed to download app. I bought ice cream for my family then waited for the app to download to present code. Told by manager i had to buy something else. Would have been nice to know that when I made my first purchase and informed them I planned to redeem a free cone. Terrible customer service!

I love their milk shakes and sundaes at Dairy Queen on Columbia Ave. They also have a drive up window so you dont even have to park and go inside.

Worker named Chris is my favorite always has a smile on his face ! Not too fond of the one blonde with curly hair tho. I heard she plays pub g in the back instead of helping employees and then when asked to get back on task she said that she needed 5.56 ammo whatever that means. Overall good experience tho :)

Please bring back the hot food like York. My first job was Dairy Queen when I was 12. Im now 61. A small cone back then was .15 cents and a penny tax. I like the hot food.

Visited this establishment with my mother today and wasnt pleased with out experience. Our order had a blizzard in it - of course - its Dairy Queen! The blizzard was not served upside down. My mother said, if its not served upside down, its free right?. The young man got the manager on duty and she said they dont participate in that promo - its the owners choice. One, I think its horrible DQ allowed to this to be an option for owners to opt in or out of. Two, as the owner, I think its sad that you wouldnt have participated in this. Its special and memorizing to children, it adds that special something to the treat. And the managers approach wasnt customer friendly. Overall, disappointed.

A little slow on service

Ice cream is amazing here!!! I love it more now since its open all year now!! Big fan of DQ!!

Lately the quality of the desserts is lacking. They dont seem to have anyone that can shape a proper ice cream cone, the Blizzards usually have all the toppings in the bottom, and the cups never are completely full. Rarely do I receive a receipt when I use a credit card, they used to ask if you wanted one... now I have to tell them to print one. I know this may be petty stuff, but they need to step up their customer service.

Great ice cream. This location is clean and always speedy. As with all DQs they are a bit overpriced. But delicious none the less.

The people, normally high school age, are always friendly. We drive farther away to go to this location instead of the one in york in our area.

Still like the Butterscotch Dilly bars.

In this drive-through only era, the team did a good job keeping the long line moving, but they messed up one of the five items on my order.

Seems like they changed thier ice cream formula, it has no flavor at all. When ordering a strawberry sundae, they used to give actual strawberries, now its just syrup. Not good!

Sat in drive thru line for 20 minutes. Ordered a Royal Blizzard. The New York cheesecake with strawberry. Strawberry was suppose to be the whole way thru. From top to bottom. Was only about an inch of strawberry in the middle. Was very disappointed!

This Dairy Queen location is the closest to my home, but is the one I visit least often. It is clean and has ample seating, but seems to have problems getting good help. We always go together as a family, and our order has always been incorrect in some way. Ive gotten the wrong change, the wrong number of items, and the wrong order there. Todays visit was no different. Even after alerting the cashier to todays problem (a Misty Freeze was ordered but a regular Misty Slush was received), it still took getting the attention of another staff member to get the right order. Since they did not give me a receipt, I had no proof I paid for the item I ordered, so they wanted to charge me the difference! I have decided that I will not return to this location again.
