Would rate more than five stars if I could. Every time I have gone there, everyone was always friendly and willing to help. The employees have always answered questions and do their best to help. If they dont have something in stock. They always point me in the right direction to get what I need, even if its from another store. Its amazing shopping at a business where the folks that work there actually care about the customers. My only disappointment is that there are not more stores like this.

Got to store shortly prior to closing. Was looking for something I could not find. Announcement was made that it was closing time and you should head to register. I was approached by an associate and I asked him if they had what I needed and he said they did not. I stopped to look at 1 item and he said there are no registers open so I couldnt buy anything. Closing time was 5:00 and it was only 5:01 at that point. Lost this customer for good.

Smaller than other Ace Hardwares. Nice, but they always seem to be sold out of sale or other items I need.

Had great experience. An E M Herr employee met us walking in door and asked what he could help us with. We said a key made and an extension cord. He took us to both. Took us a total of 5 min.

This is a great store. Composed by great staff who is always welcoming and eager to help - generally by the time I can get to the third or fourth aisle. It is service unmatched at just about any other type of retail store, and it happens it be in Columbia, where shopping is scanty and your chances of finding an odd part - are generally always met at this hardware store. I am grateful to have this store around, just wish ACE was opened later om weekends 😉

Love it except a little pricey

Friendly and very helpful staff. The people they have in their specialty departments have actual work experience. Need to paint, go there. I switched from Lowes to EM Herr for most of my DYI projects. I got tired of having someone who was trying to help me and didnt know what they were talking about. I also believe the Ace products are better quality than the big box stores.

Love my independent hardware store. I always try here before the big boxes. Its all about the customer service and knowledge. I needed a tiny spring which was smaller than what they had. He suggested Michaels which had something that worked out just fine. Thats an sample of helping even if you cant profit. Thats a business I recommend

First of all there are some very few maybe but some decent people who work there. Tha being said the short girl who I believe is a daughter to the ownerits the only way she gets a job there . How rude and just plain not nice. Someone (daddy)needs to teach her that without customers you dont have a store without you its a better store.

Hardly crowed. Which makes it easy to find what I need and check out in a timely manner.

I love coming here. They have the cutest little things on the way out. They are like collectables. Not only that, I have never gone and not find what I was looking for. However their prices sometimes are a little more than others. They are very polite and helpful to your needs. You cant go wrong with going here, especially if you want to spruce up your yard! ♥️

Just about everything you need to work around the house. Great selection of tools at competitive prices. Large free parking lot with easy access. Handicap parking and access to public restrooms with handicap bathroom and stalls. Wheelchair accessible. Very friendly staff.

Bad costumer service.I went at 4:45pm in a Sunday and I did not have a chance to look around and I was told that the store was closing at 5pm.I was told by 4 different people to leave because store was closing and some told me several time.I did not even got to buy anything and I was rushed alot to leave when I was not even got a chance to find my item.If you dont want some one coming in at 4:45 just dont let people in at all.And before that I called and was but on hold for olmost 30min.I hope they change not for me but for a other costumer.Note I was out of the store at 4:56pm not even 5pm

Have a good variety of merchandise. If you cant find what youre looking for the staff are very helpful. Only thing I found I didnt like was, prices are hard to see or find on shelves with bags like birdseed on them.

The employees try to be helpful. Quite often though, they have to offer to get what you want from their other store. I feel like I waste my time going there and they never have what I need. I end up going to Frickes, Lowes, or Home Depot.

My personal hardware store. The employees are very helpful and nice. I like that it is locally owned and a good amount of their products are made in the USA. The only downside is small single items like nuts and bolts are more expensive than I would like.

Good hardware store. They have almost anything you could need. From plumbing and electrical, to outdoor tools including chainsaws and shovels.

It was great ! Awsome staff, they were on point, friendly, knew exactly where what I needed was. (Plus they were all decorated up for the holiday so that was an unexpected surprise !! )

Occasionally shop there with Ace coupons but there always seems to be a problem when they try and scan the Ace coupon. They have always honored the coupon though.
