Nice, clean grocery store. The employees are nice and accommodating. The prices are reasonable. There are currently plexiglas dividers between the cashiers and the customers. The cashiers are wiping down the checkout areas after each customer.

The fried chicken in the deli is better than the chicken restaurant across the street! The cashiers are friendly. The meat is overpriced. The sales are good, sometimes. Im always able to get in and out without any holdup because lanes are open and employees are doing their jobs properly.

The store is always clean and properly staffed. This particular day, the store was not crowded.

I would have given them 4 stars but they are a bit pricer than their competitors (Kroger, Piggly Wiggly). Some prices are not bad but thats only if you have their rewards card or youve signed up for their rewards program. They do however have the best cooks, because they make this slamming flavored wings you just got try. Its called fill the bucket and you literally can fill a bucket full of wings for a decent price. I have to say thats the only thing, besides the rewards, thats going for them.

I go there for specials.They always have Buy 1 get 1. On lots of items even Wine.

THE GAMECOCK BI-LO WAS GOOD IT HAD SOME GOOD DEALS BUT BI-LO Was high anyway I cant wait for the GAMECOCK FOOD LION TO COME THROUGH AND OPEN UP

Store is neat, well organized. Found several items reasonably priced. Found wild bird seed for feeders I was not expecting there.

Sad, store is closing and I will miss the convience of this nearby grocery store. The 10 to 15 percent off almost everything helped, I will miss the friendly and helpful employees.

Bi-Lo is a time-honored grocery chain here in Columbia and as always they were well stocked and were practicing social distancing as well as having staff continuously cleaning while we were there. Foods from around the world are there so if you cant find it there wont be very many places in Columbia that you cant get what youre looking for unless its an authentic ethnic store. Lots of parking friendly people and as always great to be there and enjoy the experience.

Went to the BiLo on Devine street. I was glad to see they were still open. The store was clean, even the bathroom was clean. I went to look at their selection of meats. I wasnt impressed with there meats. Every Bi-Lo that I have ever went in had beautiful displays of meat. This location had 2 packages of ground beef that looked like it had been out of the refrigerator and placed back in the refrigerator. These two packages of meat had a brown look to them. I just didnt approve of there meats at all, just not what I am accustomed to from Bi-Lo. I learned that this location will be a Food Lion early next year. The Bi-Lo in Sandhills turned into a Los. There prices are like Publix, very expensive.

The store was out of the sale item that i wanted. Because of the virus(covid-19) a raincheck wasnt an option. However i was offered an substitute!! Many stores dont give you that option. I walked out a happy customer! Ive been a Bi-Lo shopper for years.

Love this BiLo. They have a great selection of everything. The hot plate selection is much better than our local area. The salads are pretty dried out if you dont get there early. The employees arent as friendly as some other locations. Very clean from what I could see and well stocked shelves.

Overall, I knew what to expect when I chose to shop here,. Pricing, cleanliness of the store, quality of products offered... I do have to only negatively say, that the customer service aspect on the front line is lacking..I still shop here, and I do have to say that I definitely see an improvement in the attitudes of the front line people. ... definitely worth returning...

Weekly flyer failed to mention that digital coupons as advertised could take 48 hours to download, and you couldnt do it online on demand within the store with your smartphone!! Courteous manager complied and honored the digital coupons and gave advertised price!! 👏

Love this Bi-Lo! I go there all the time. The employees are all extremely friendly. They always have a great selection of produce, keep the store clean and stocked, have great deals and sales, and theyre have great freshly cooked dinner items.

Today had great prices in deli. A large store with good selection. Plenty of parking. Specials come and go, so do your viewing of their specials online. They do offer 5% off on Wednesday to seniors. Deli does close at 7p, which is new to me as the former deli staffer was there often close to 9p.

Their hot food in the deli is the best. I suggest the baked chicken, mashed potatoes and green beans.

Hadnt been there in years! The only store that carries Lakeside yellow grits!!

I went to Bi-Lo to buy some birthday balloons, during my lunch. The service was 5-stars. Florist was polite and fast. The helium balloons were a bit expensive but the quality and different designs was worth the extra money

It is an average grocery store. They usually have more boxed meals and processed food on store than actual fruits and vegetables. They do run good promos on chips and pretzels and snacks almost all the time.

Customers service isnt good at all. The workers stand huddled together and no help while shopping. Managers always in the office. Never what you want stocked up or put out. For a store that has only a few left seem like they would have better customer service .

This location has great deals on meat and alcohol I never go wrong shopping here would give it a 5* but they never seem to have any peanut butter cookies because there either sold out or about to expire and they have the best peanut butter cookies in town

Waited in line to be told they dont have a fax machine, when their sign says they fax, when question, I was then told the fax machine was broken a long time, need signs.

I had a corsage emergency just a few hours before prom. I stopped by this location and received assistance from Taylor, one of the managers. He was so attentive and understood the predicament I was in. He immediately assured me that they would take care of my issue. He called Ms. Terry, who was on her lunch break, and agreed to cut her break short. She returned to the store and immediately started her magic. These two along with the store manager saved me and turned what could have been an absolute disaster and turned it into a memorable event. I am grateful for their customer service but it was obvious they loved their jobs and had a heart for their customers. Thank you!

Large grocery store with a wide variety of brands to choose from. Also, pre cooked items for lunch on the go. Hugh parking area and handicapped accessible.

There was an older white man in the store with his small dog IN THE SHOPPING CART! I asked the cashier about it, asked her if the dog should be in the cart where customers put their food and she said that he always does it. I asked her if that meant that he should, to which she had no response.

Food is fine, and good prices. But customer service is poor. One of my items rang up at the wrong price. I was told I would need to get a refund from customer service. There were 2 people in front of me paying their utility bills. After 10 minutes, I asked if there was anyone else who could give me a refund, and I was told no, so I just left. I will not shop there again any time soon.
