After two other quotes one we received after calling a week later and another we’re still waiting on (1 month) these guys gave me a quote by phone within 30 minutes! Working with Planet Glass was so easy! Once we had our initial conversation, Calvin came out and took measurements and looked at the area - they placed the order and about 2 week later I received the call that they were ready for install. I essentially had failed seals in all the windows of my 14 year old home and initially contacted Planet Glass to see about replacing the glass. I then learned my windows have a 20 year warranty, so was able to order replacement glasses and sashes from the manufacturer, but had to incur the cost myself for installation, so hired Planet Glass to do that. The quality of the replacement glasses and/or sashes the window manufacturer sent me was not good, and I had to request several replacements of the replacements. In the interim, DJ had installed most of the glasses and sashes that were usable. When we thought we had usable parts - namely the side lights to 3 of the windows, when he began the installation of them, DJ noticed how poorly theyd been made and said he could not in good conscience install them as I would have the same problem in no time. Rather than continue getting more sub-par glasses from the manufacturer, I opted to have Planet Glass make the side lights. They did a fantastic job, the cost was reasonable and I could not be happier! DJ and Dakota completed the job in early May, and I had noticed more seal failures that I had missed originally, so ordered those from the manufacturer and DJ and Dakota installed them about 2 weeks later. They are delightful young men and it was a pleasure getting to know them and Nicole! I would highly recommend Planet Glass and, in fact, have recommended them to neighbors of mine, some of whom have the same windows / and problems.

We had a break in at our business on a Saturday, Planet Glass was by right away to get us boarded up. The replacement glass was custom and they did a great job getting it ordered and installed. Well be using them for all our glass needs in the future!

I 1000% recommend them. We had a window that needed to be replaced at one of our residential properties. The turnaround time was going to be 3-5 days, compared to 14 days by another company. At a very reasonable cost they offer same day repair and had the window fixed a day after speaking with them!!!

We were so disappointed in the business we received today. The technicians came to attempt to install glass in our shower and ended up breaking some or most of the tile which ruined our shower. The owner refused to give us a refund or make it right. We are now filing a claim with their insurance company to see about getting our shower fixed. Stay away if you can
