These Guys were great. I selected them from a list provided by my insurer; I am glad I did. From the first time I called they were very courteous, Julie was great she explained to me the dates and time available, took my information and told me Steve would be my technician. Steve and his assistant, were very friendly and polite. They explained what they were doing and were fast enough all things considered such as removing my back on site to complete the job. My back window looks great. If I need their services again they will be my go to guys.

They have great customer service and the warranty on their windows is double other companies. The tech that came to our house was outstanding.

Outrages pricing with worst attitude over then phone. First they told me they are 3 weeks out for replace windshield, but since I was referred by friend so still ask for pricing then quoted me with twice as much compare to general pricing. Could have been honest and just told me that we are too busy to take small jobs that would be better.

I had someone break my front window in my home. Someone came out the next morning and installed a temporary glass until mine was ordered. I was told two weeks until my glass would arrive, it did take a Little longer but the service was over the top so I would give ten stars if I could. A little pricey, but my safety was worth every penny. Thank you

Terrible experience. Made appointment, they called and changed from Wednesday to Thursday morning 8:15 AM. I arrived at 8:00 they never came to their shop, door was locked. I waited until 9:15, no one ever showed up. I would never recommend Glass Doctor. I left and stopped at Safelite and they took care of it right away, with no appointment. I am posting a notice in our neighborhood paper about Glass Doctor and the bad service. No one from Glass Doctor ever called to apologize. What really shows incompetence is the fact I received this email notice asking for my experience.

I called Glass Doctor for a quote on a stationary glass door panel. Representative asked for estimate measurements and after given measurements was told it usually cost around $300-$400 but will send someone out to get exact measurements aget me a quote. Person came out and got measurements which came out smaller that what I estimated. Was then told it would be $724 with no break down of cost. I already had another company coming out to give me an estimate on the same day . Exact same measurements with a complete breakdown of cost thier price was $374. Glass doctor could not explain their cost difference. This company is not trustworthy. They will take advantage of you. Please shop around.

Great company to work with. Needed a window replacement, and from shipping to install everything was done within 5 business days. Was called before each appointment, and very easy to schedule.

They scheduled to make measurements Friday, so I cancelled a trip I was going to make because I have a hole in my window and needed it replaced sooner than later.They call me the day of, 2 hours before the appointment and say they cannot repair my window type. I never wanted it repaired, but replaced and they said they could schedule to come here next Thursday. So Ive waited days already to get my AC leaking window replaced and they want me to wait another week because theyre incompetent.Worst customer experience Ive had in years.

The professionalism demonstrated by the personnel was added value to the quality of the product (glass window). My appointment was at 8:00a.m. and I received a call at 8:00a.m. as I was driving to the designation for the repair and this supports the foundation of responsiveness and punctuality. They came and measured and ordered the window. It took about 3 weeks to get the window the in and another week or so to get it on the schedule 1st time, it was the wrong size. Not completely the installers fault, but if this is a problem with this window not being able to see exactly how far the window goes back into the frame, should have pulled the trim away and found out. They had to reorder and that took another week to get the window in and then it took another week to get it on the schedule again. The 2nd installer came out and put in my window, but the wood strips that goes on the side we’re missing from the 1st time it was pulled off by the 1st installer. They will have to come out again to replace those strips And I will have to repaint them. But the quality is very nice and the installers were very nice. Just one error after another. Just not sure why.

This company and their install crew are wonderful. My parents needed two large pallendian windows replaced where the seal had been compromised causing condensation between the glass. Both windows were challenging in their own way to remove due to the builders original installation. Glass Doctors went above and beyond to ensure a beautiful result. Install crew was courteous, timely and efficient and office manager worked diligently to get project scheduled despite current Covid crisis. We are very thankful recommend them highly. Will definitely use again for future glass needs.

Glass Doctor exceeded my expectations. They were fast at getting my window fixed. I contacted them on a Friday and on Monday they were at my home getting the measurements. Once my glass came in they were at my home to install in which that took less than 20 minutes to do. I definitely recommend them.

Wanted to get a quote for them to fix a single 2x3 foot window pane on the first floor of my house!! They came out and gave me an estimate to $315. From there I called another company and they came out two ours later and fixed it for $150. I would try else where cause they were 100 percent trying to rip my roommates and myself Off! Would not recommend!

I was a previous customer. I needed one window replaced. Robbie came and measured. Jon gave me a extremely high estimate. I asked for a discount and was refused. I contacted any glass company got another another estimate which was $66.00 lower. I contacted Jon again and asked for a price match. Again I was refused. I guess they do not value repeat customers. I am sorry I ever gave the Glass Doctor my business.

I contracted the company to repair a window on our new house that was broken by vandals. Overall, the personnel I dealt with at the company were very professional and friendly. Price was comparable to others I called. I would have given them 5-stars except I took a half-day off of work for the scheduled repair and they called an hour before closing on a Friday to tell me they couldnt make it. They did, surprisingly, schedule a next day Saturday morning repair even though they are normally closed. The repair is very good and I am happy with it. If I could give 4 1/2-stars I would and will definitely use them again if I need glass repairs.

I called on 6/24 for a broken window, and was told the next appt wasnt until 7/9. Cant speak for what type of service or prices they have, but when youre told its going to more than 2 weeks before anyone can come look at the window, you wont get many high marks for customer service. :(

Been ordering tempered glass for bathroom showers and this place has been by far the most reliable. Depending on what you order its around a week or two for orders to be done (tempering).
