Great experience using this company to replace a shower. We had limited space but wanted sliding doors and Century came up with a plan..Mark our installer was terrific and Tabitha was great to work with over the phone.Century will be our first choice when needing anything glass.

Cut mirrors for me and replaced a broken window that I brought in to them. All done at reasonable price and within reasonable time. Front office was very polite and helpful.

Wonderful experience. Showed up earlier than scheduled time with a phone call to make sure it was ok. I had a very tricky table top with decrotive corners that I wanted covered in glass and they made it fit perfect. Employees where very professional. I will be using CenturyGlass for future projects.

I have used Century Glass on two different occasions to install replacement picture windows in my home in 2017 and in 2021. These were very large and difficult glass sashes that had to be removed and then the new glass installed. Mike and his assistant were extremely skilled and professional at accomplishing this very tedious and delicate process. The result was fantastic plus they were so friendly and nice to work with as well. I couldnt be happier and am so glad I chose Century Glass to perform this difficult project! I highly recommend them!!

ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES EVER!!!! HAD A NEW SHOWER PUT IN AND CENTURY WAS RECOMMENDED FOR THE SHOWER DOOR. I SPENT 1800.00 ON A DOOR. THE FIRST ONE HAD A BIG FLAW IN THE GLASS BUT IT FIT PERFECT. THE SECOND DOOR WHICH WAS THE REPLACEMENT DID NOT FIT PROPERLY. I WAS TOLD BY HOLLY THAT THE TEC SAID IT WAS WITHIN SPEC??????? I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER. I used Century Glass to replace the glass in a vintage tray from my family. The tray is really cool but despite cleaning the glass it just looked gross. Their sales guy Phil was very prompt in helping me get my glass replaced and he let me know as soon as it was done. They had it done within a day and it was such an inexpensive fix. I would definitely use Century Glass again for another glass replacement and highly recommend them!!

We bought a shower door from Century. They came and measured the day they said, and installed it the day of our appt. We attempted to buy a shower door from a home improvement store and it was a nightmare from start to finish, and we still don’t have that door. The process with Century was very simple and straightforward. Would do business with them again.

I had to do a major renovation on my bath a few years ago (water damage) and ended up saving money by not installing glass doors. A shower curtain would have to do! I finally decided it was time to install glass doors. I went to Columbia home show and was impressed with Century Glass. So they came for a free estimate and then I went to their show room. They have a nice selection and pricing was good. Installed gorgeous new doors in less than two hours. No mess. Quiet. I added the DFI for the interior glass and it makes a big difference. In cleaning. I would definitely use them again.

I was referred to another glass company for a shower door for a remodeled bathroom.That company had only 2 shower doors in their showroom. The sales associate was very evasive and would not ever give me an estimate. One face to face visit, 2 phone calls and one email later....I still havent received a reply or an estimate!I discovered she did however, give my contractor the estimate for the shower door I was purchasing. Her estimate was about $800 more than the exact same door I purchased from Century.Century Glass was very professional and honest with me. My salesman and installer, Doug, was great! Celeste was honest with me and helped me choose fixtures for my door. I really appreciate the people who do this daily, sharing their true opinions with me. Car flooded twice from a new windshield installed and its been nothing but trouble as the rear view mirror falls off now for the 5th time, its constantly clouded, dirty...I had to get BMW to show a Gasket was missing on the bottom of the windshield where water poured into my dash-floors up to and flooded. As of now the problem is resolved. I thank Hope for all the calls to make things happen and Eric the installer. The mirror is a new one and installiit with their best efforts! Thanks so much again.

I recently had a frameless shower door installed in a remodeled shower. The entire process was done efficiently and all employees were very friendly and helpful. Entire process from the day I called to receive a ballpark estimate to installation was 3 weeks. This also included them coming out to measure after the ballpark estimate. I previously had another glass company in town install glass in another part of the same shower. It took 3X as long because they lost my order and did not know it until I called. I called them for a quote as well on this door, but Century’s cost was 35% less. Suffice to Century has reasonable prices, quick service and very personable employees to deal with. If I need more glass work in the future I will definitely know who to call.

I have used this glass shop twice in the past couple of years and both experiences were good. I got a rock chip on a brand new windshield that needed repair and it was fast and reasonably priced. I most recently needed a glass shelf replaced in a hurry and again, received fast and reasonably priced service. The staff is also very friendly. Will use them again.

I was recommended by a local builder. From the receptionist to the installer, everyone I was in contact was very professional and extremely courteous. The installers were very clean and I did not feel uncomfortable with them being in my home as I was alone and work from home. They were polite and quiet.

We had a new bathroom mirror and shower door installed, and in a separate transaction, had a side view mirror on my wifes car replaced. The experience in both cases was excellent. Doug and Taylor performed the bathroom work, and they could not have been more professional, curteous and thorough. They called ahead of arriving to let us know when to expect them, arrived on time and quickly got all of the work done. While here, they were very careful to ensure that they didnt get anything dirty or cause peripheral damage, and when they left, they cleaned up all of their debris from the installation. I could not be happier with their service.The replacement of the side view mirror was also quick and professional. It took less than15 minutes, and the technician was professional and courteous.Their office staff has also been exceptional. Upon walking through the door i was greeted with a smile and hello which was welcoming.I explained what size glass was needed and and was given to cutter and i was placed in the waiting room and 15 minutes later i was leaving and given info for my clients which may be future customers.

The window looks better than new. It was a difficult installation because of the size and location of the window. The original glass was also installed incorrectly complicating the replacement. I ended up paying more than the online form estimate which surprised me because the dimensions I gave them were larger than the actual glass. That said, they did an excellent job.

We had our windshield replaced a couple of months ago and were very happy with our tech and our customer service reps. Jennifer Cannon arranged for her customer services folks to set up everything with our insurance company and us. The tech arrived on time and did a great job. We also had the anti-glare coating put on our windshield and it works well at night and during bad weather. Thanks Jennifer and crew for taking such good care of us!!

Just finished telling my boss what a great class this was. It made me more aware of the technology on todays cars and what it takes to keep it working properly after your windshield is replaced. The facility was great and the speaker was very interesting.

Century Glass has provided me with several glass tops for pieces of furniture. All of them have fit perfectly and the older pieces have held up great over the years. The price was great and the service was top notch as well. If you need any glass for furniture, windshields, windows or showers I would strongly suggest Century Glass.

I needed my windshield replaced out of pocket and called a few people who claimed to “give me a deal” before calling century glass, who offered me a replacement at half of what the others had quoted me. They even threw in extra coupons that I hadn’t even asked about to help me out.They gave me an 11-3 window to replace it, but when I mentioned I was trying to get it done as early as possible, their technician Mike was at my car by 9.Overall great service, great people, and I’m very glad to have been able to give them my business. Had a fabulous experience with Century Glass today. The tech was super nice and respectful. After he got the old windshield off, he came and asked me if I had a stapler and if I would mind if he fixed the ceiling fabric that has started to come down in the front. So he fixed it (and did a nice job, too!). Then, after he was done with the windshield, I watched as he noticed the rubber seal on the driver-side door was loose. Without saying anything, he went to his truck, got some sticky stuff, and went back and fixed the seal. He didnt know I saw him, and he didnt bring it up when he was having me sign for it. I did mention that I saw him and thanked him. Just a good person being nice. Love it 🤗

They replaced a window in my home, and the quality was great - excellent, even! The workers themselves were very polite. There were two young men who Im ashamed to say that I dont remember the names of, but they were very pleasant. I would definitely recommend them to others.

They installed a seamless glass door in my shower. I had the same kind of project done in my old home and the pricing here at Century Glass was just about right where it should have been. However, the big difference was the QUALITY. Century Glass was great, this experience was far more pleasant than the last one.

I work in outside sales and picked up a car windshield rock chip on my way home last night. At first I passed over Century Glass thinking they did only building glass. But after contacting three other companies in the area none of which could help me today, I called Century Glass on a long shot. Kim answered the phone and worked out having a tech to my house in 20 minutes and Eric the tech was on time and excellent and thorough in fixing the chip. The cost was also half other quotes. I would highly recommend Century Glass.

Worse glass company i have ever dealt with!

They were supposed to replace a shattered window for me. They didnt clean the glass up after pulling the remaining pieces and it caused my lift gate to be jammed shut. They left glue all over the area as well. Havent been able to get anyone on the phone for 3 months so I had to file an insurance claim and get an attorney to contact them.

Century Glass did a wonderful job when we had our double pane windows replaced in our home. I liked that they came out to do the work when they said that they would. Their staff was very friendly, and a pleasure to work with.

I am very satisfied with the quality of the work they did at our home. They cut the mirrors, framed them, and then hung them right back up. Efficient and friendly staff.

Bought a windshield from them. Quoted the lowest price out of 7 different glass shops in Columbia SC. Came home to install it. They were very nice over the phone, and the guy who installed the windshield was very nice too. Fully recommend.

I needed a $30 dollar part for my shower and these clowns insisted that I needed a whole new $2000 dollar shower enclosure. Beware these people will try to take your cash.

Update 4/26/2018Hope Dansby from Century Glass customer relations contacted me a day or two after this review first posted. She requested additional information and offered to make things right.Now over the course of our conversation she quoted $200+ down to $160,00 for them to remove and reinstall our shower doors. She asked for pictures which we sent and called back a day later to schedule someone to come out at $200.00. So customer service made an effort and Hope was very professional.Worker called to confirm address and arrival time and arrived on time. He removed the shower doors and frame, cleaned and removed the old sealant and reinstalled the frame and doors in about an hour.On inspection of his work the doors no longer closed correctly, for which his standard answer was I dont know why and I may need to call my supervisor.But he took another shot at the doors and removed them, checked the frame and reinstalled the doors in reverse of how they were installed originally. So soap side out. It worked ( he didnt know why) but now there was a bit of a gap under the doors.We accepted it and the worker left. We did need to clean the soap residue from the bottom of the doors now that they were reversed but that would have been needed anyways.Sealant took 24 hours to cure, and the fumes were so bad we had to close off the bathroom for 36 hours. But the doors open and close now so were happy.Hope called to see how the job turned out, offered soap remover since the worker didnt notice and clean the doors after he reversed them, and was again very easy to work with.End state: Worker a bit new or inexperienced but did ok, figured out how to make things work.Cost: a bit high for an hours work, but they expected 4 hours.Suggestions: Use a sealant that is fume freeCall them, just look at their work before they leave._____________________________________________________________________Century glass was recommended by Home adviser and I did get an initial call about the job. They said uninstalling an existing shower door, and reinstalling and adjusting the same door was a two day job. Over $200.00.
