A fun place of scented bath bombs, soaps, scrubs, body butters & facial products for the whole family. A small, quaint shop however the associates make it a enjoyable experience.

Really awesome store. Great COVID protocols. Friendly staff that is keen on helping you find what you actually like and not just selling you whatever. I didn’t print out a receipt, but my associate was a young black woman with really cool curly hair. She helped me find a some soaps one of which smells like pears!

Very friendly people and nice products. My kids love Lush. Once we bought a bag of items and my son lost the bag in the mall. We went to buy all the items again, and understandably they couldn’t replace them all but they let him pick out a bath bomb to take for free, which made him feel a little less bad about losing everything :) my kids love the jelly soap and I love the lip scrub.

Stopped by today for a couple of necessities. Karina was super friendly and helpful!! If you have always wanted to try but havent... Its time. You deserve it!

I absolutely love this place. They sell really wonderful products for a variety of skin and hair needs. I really appreciate the free samples which help me decide if I like the product or not, which usually I do. The staff are almost always friendly and super helpful. The products are a bit pricey but in my opinion worth it most of the time. My hair and skin feel delightful after usage.

Service was kind of slow but otherwise, she was very friendly.

My friend and I went inside for the first time and it was such a great experience! James and Mars were super helpful and nice (literally awesome people). Their customer service was on point. They answered any questions we had and helped us pick out some products. We were very happy to have come in and will definitely be coming back!

I like to use lush for a once-a-month home spa treatment. You get yourself an awesome face mask, some hand/foot mask, a bath bomb, and anything else you need. Youll spend less than if you went out and their products leave you feeling amazing every time.

A wonderful place with excellent customer service. After not shopping at Lush for almost a year, I decided to see what new products they had, and to see if they still carried some products Ive used before. I was helped by Sarah, who was able to find a shampoo and massage bar by me just telling her what they smelled like! She also recommended some skincare items based on my needs, and gave me very generously-sized samples. My only complaint is I wished the store was bigger, it can be a bit cramped with all the customers and sales associates!

Hi, I just wanted to take a moment to recognize two employees at your Columbia, MD shop, James and Sal. I went in looking for a birthday gift for a friend, as well as some smaller gifts for colleagues. James greeted me with an awesome smile and took the time to lead me around the shop to get me acquainted to how everything was laid out. He pointed out a few gift set ideas and gave me a demonstration on how the bath bombs work. As I checked out some other items and he helped another customer, Sal kindly stepped in to offer me some assistance. When I was ready to check out, both James and Sal took the time to hand wrap each of items and make sure I had sticker labels for each so that I could literally go straight from the store to deliver the gifts. They were both super friendly and knowledgeable and really went the extra mile to make sure my first experience at Lush was fantastic. I will definitely go back.

Excellent customer service and cruelty free products thst are incredible. Treated me extremely well and I left feeling my money was well spent. Cant wait to go back!!!

This store is really nice. They have plenty of samples to try. The have lotion and shampoo bars, bath and shower balms, etc. They also have an assortment of gift boxes. The only down is that the store is quite tight, so if you go during a crowded time, be prepared to move around the people there and them moving around you.

My best friend and I make a trip to this lush every couple of months, or when something new launches that we want to smell. We went this week to check out the Valentine’s Day collection. It was very nice because we were the only two shopping. The employee working,( I think Her name was sarah, and I’m so mad that I can’t remember!) was amazing! Talking to us about all of her favorites and learning our favorites! I just wanted to give a shout out to the employee working on the evening of 01/16, because she was really really great! I never ever have a bad experience at lush, keep on being amazing :)

Love the lush brand and have used a plethora of their products. The employees are always helpful if I have a question. Only downside is the size. I wish they had a bit more room not only for more products, but also elbow room.

Ginesha! She was by far one of the best people Ive met at this particular lush store. She was quick to greet and quick to ask if we needed anything! She was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She helped my husband and I both with our different and particular needs. I cant say enough about this visit. I’m in love with the espresso face wash. The lime salt face wash, and the mouthwash mints. Oh heck! I like it all! Very great spot!

Sarah is incredible and the staff dont try to upsell you even though they could easily with the prices of their product. They are more concerned with the care of your skin and your customer experience. Products Ive tried and would reccomend are the shower bombs, bath bombs, and lip balms!

Awsome tea tree face spray

One of your workers unarms smelt foul and made the products smell it aswell . please have her wear some antiperspirant because dang let me tell you . i walked out of that store as fast as i could ! but otherwise love the store and the products . just not when i can’t smell all the amazing smells and all i smell is foul body oder

Staff generally greet you the moment you walk in the door and are very knowledgeable about the products. This place is a great store to buy gifts for that person that is hard to shop for.
