Tetyanna repaired two pairs of my glasses when another eyeglass shop could not. She went above and beyond, and now I don’t have to wear my Rx sunglasses all day to see. I’m very grateful.

Terrible. Had the exam scheduled for two weeks out, get there everything is fine and everyone is nice. After the exam, was notified their insurance processing system is down and had been down for ONE WEEK! No one notified the patients about this issue. The prescription wasnt available for release due to the insurance processing system being down, they wouldnt get their money today. Day wasted. Great customer service, thanks.

Great Experience! I recently went with my Grandfather to his eye exam appointment and the staff were kind and very helpful. He was seen in a timely manner.

Tatiana helped me with my glasses and paperwork and she was more than wonderful more than patient she is a great asset to this company. EXCEPTIONAL! I have been in this LensCrafters quite a few times over the last few weeks as the manager Jorge has helped me with a warranty issue, NOT of LensCrafters making but fortunately my frame company uses LensCrafters for their warranty work. Jorge was exceptional but as I have been in there quite a few times of late, I have observed his staff which are equally EXCEPTIONAL. While I have often used LensCrafters in the past, I went to a smaller vision center off of Forest Drive during COVID. Do NOT make the same mistake I did, Jorge and his team at the LensCrafters near Whole Foods is EXCEPTIONAL and they have a customer for life!

Dr. Rettew and the staff were all very welcoming and professional! I felt that the dr. was very knowledgable and put me at ease. Great experience!

From check in to check out your service were the best. The receptionist customer service was top notch. The Dr explained everything. Made helpful suggestions. The sales clerk went out her way to provide me savings my insurance couldnt provide. Helpful with eyewear suggestions. I will be back.

Bad experience with the staff at the reception. Not sure whose fault it was but my glasses made by LensCrafters online did not match the prescription the doc at this location gave me. I was told the “online” LensCrafters is “separate” from the physical store and the staff was very non helping and always eager to shred their responsibility to the customer! Rude and unprofessional behavior is all I can say to sum up my interaction with them.

I am a LensCrafters customer for almost 10 years . LensCrafters has the variety of different eyeglasses frames. The staff is very professional and friendly, the consultant always helps with selecting the right frame. I always satisfied with my purchased eyeglasses at LensCrafters.

If I could leave less stars, I would. I was scheduled for an appointment in March that I had scheduled back in February after rescheduling my original appointment due to being sick. I arrive at my appointment, and the front desk lady told me she had tried calling me to tell me they do not take my insurance. She had not, I checked my messages, emails and voicemails. When she listed my insurance, it wasnt even the correct insurance provider. Online it clearly says they DO take my insurance. I asked her my options, and she said you can just go somewhere that takes your insurance. I was extremely frustrated and left. I get home and get an email and automated call that I missed my appointment and that I needed to call and rectify, what! I went, I truly believe this employee just wanted to go home early or something because she was no help, extremely rude and lied about calling. I do not recommend this place.

I just picked up my BVLGARI frames and they are everything. I love the new selection of frames. The atmosphere is refreshing and the customer service is excellent.

Ok so I am biased as I’ve been going for about eight years to this Lenscrafters. Until October 2020, they were located in Richland Mall. Their new store is fantastic. The showroom for glasses is much larger and has a great selection from Coach to Lauren to Michael Kors and Oakley. They also have their brand of glasses at a low price. Great prices on kids glasses. I like all of the doctors, especially Dr. Brenner. The staff is all great. George is the manager and if there is something wrong, he will make it right. They have coupons they send in the mail which make the prices even better. They run specials all the time. I have State of South Carolina Eye Med insurance and the visit and glasses are very reasonable. This store was just built so it is very clean and they are adhering to all the CDC guidelines. Parking is free and right in front of the store. Location next to Whole Foods is very convenient. If you are starting to need an exam for glasses, I would recommend this storeNancy

Horrible customer service

One of the salespersons told me, “maybe you should change up your look if these are too expensive.” The whole setup is way over priced priced, even with PEBA insurance my glasses were $670 bucks before insurance and $233 after. They’re more a sunglass hut at this location.

I took my mom in to have an exam done at 3:30pm. When we arrived, they shared that the machine was broken for over a week. They didn’t call us in advanced where we could reschedule, but offered us a different option that would cost $35 more.Bad business. Especially on a holiday- July 4

I made a dumb mistake of only bringing one contact with me while I was out of town. The guy at the front was trying his best to work with me on getting one more for my other eye. Thank you so much for helping me out, I dont know how I would have made it home winking the whole way!!

The doctor and receptionist here were fantastic during my visit today. She did a very thorough exam and fitted me with contacts which are very comfortable. Also, she took the time to show me how to clean them. Very good experience here all around.

Excellent experience with Debbie assisting me with selecting/purchasing a pair of glasses for my elderly mom. Debbie was very knowledgable, professional, helpful, etc. Exceeded my expectations!!! AND, I was able to get the glasses within an hour :). I will definitely go back when I am ready to purchase new glasses for me.

Dr. Joi Tyler gives a great/thorough eye exam and Tetyana in sales was very helpful and went out of her way to find a pair of glasses that would fit me.

Dr. Joi Tyler, the independent optometrist next door, is great! Ive been going to her for years, and she is always very professional and polite and takes the time to explain things really well. Her office staff is also very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Its a real scam! Their frames are cheaper but the lenses are way over priced! I got the same frames + lenses and saved 30-40% at the local store.

The Doctor takes offense to correcting prescription. Causing prolonged, unnecessary pain and stress to patients.

Please stock more same day lenses.
