I have been here several times and it’s always a pleasant experience! The receptionists are the best !!! :0) - just the loveliest women. And I adore the Dr I saw on Wednesday. He was so kind and patient. I truly appreciate and highly recommended these good folks.

Wonderful experience! I needed to be seen for an eye emergency and they fit me in that day even though I havent been a patient there for over 10 years. The front desk personnel are hands down the nicest most accommodating people i have ever encountered in any doctors office. I will be back for a regular exam soon.

I took my child to this office last week. Staff was very friendly, but eye exam was not comprehensive. The eye exam was done by a staff member (not sure if he was optometrist or not, he didnt introduce himself). The eye exam was done really fast. Eye pressure exam was not done. Color eye test was not done. I thought the Ophthalmologist (Dr. Lui) was going to re-check the exam, but no. He only did dilated eye check and that was it. The prescription increase in my child is significantly high, so Im concern the eye exam was not done correctly. I am taking my child to a different place to check this prescription before buying glasses.

Two of their doctors admitted to me that they incorrectly measured my prescription in January. They gave me a free exam which confirmed the prescription change. They had me find out if Costco would replace the lenses free of charge, which of course they wouldnt. Originally, they told me they would work with me if Costco said no, but they definitely changed their tune. When it came down to them reimbursing me for replacement lenses, they denied the doctors ever said that they had made a mistake and tried to come up with various ways to explain why my vision had changed in a span of 9 months. One of them included blaming the change on use of a specific medication, which can impact vision after long term use of 5+ years - that was extremely unprofessional for them to try to alter the medical findings during the examination just so they could get out of admitting that they made a mistake. They could have owned up to it and kept a satisfied customer, but instead they are getting a bad review and losing a customer. Actually 2, bc my husband will not be going back there either. The worst part is, they kept saying how they are trying to work with me, yet they offered nothing for their mistake.
