Amazing experience with the copy print people here. Spoke with a man over the phone before coming who was helpful. Came in and one lady assisted me to where some items were. Then Celina finished the great experience by being super fast and patient. Couldnt have asked for better. Thanks everyone!

I arrived at Office Depot tonight at 7:36pm just to see the store is supposed to close at 8:00pm but was not allowing customers in the store. This is very disappointing being that there were no posted hour changes and I use this company for my business needs. I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied.

Friendly staff. But they dont carry 24 volt DC power supplies

10/10 amazingly kind and helpful employees. They saved my butt one day when I broke the label maker at my job and I was able to grab the last one! AND IT WAS ON SALE!!

Ordered online paid for printer online. Went to store to pick up my order they cant give me my paid for order because the system is down . I got my papers to what I order and paid and they want give it to me.

The manager Dewayne is so welcoming he make you feel so at home greeted me and as I left he asked how my service was but was so passionate about it you could tel he LOVE what he does and I truly appreciate it ! Customer service kn no existent in Office Depot. Printing service is super expensive! One 8.5 x 11 color print $2.50 of a pencil drawing plus tax it was $2.67. She asked if I wanted to round it off to $3.00-I said no it’s already way too expensas it is. Then the unhappy customer asked my for $.02 pennies. So I looked for the pennies and I didn’t have any. Then she asked do you need your pennies? I was like obviously for the next shopping experience, yes I do. She then got me my change back. It’s the day after thanksgiving and there are sales everywhere but Office Depot over charges exaggeratedly and fights to keep your pennies. People don’t be a patron at Office Depot. You’ll find far better service at UPs, FedEx, Walgreens and even Walmart.

My experience there was very good I could not find what I was looking for and Associates help me find exactly what I needed. Because I was about to walk out and check at another store so. They came through in the end. I appreciate the help thank you

I dont think its a good idea to claim that you have same day business cards if it can take 48 hours to do them. I emailed them my image that I wanted printed on same day business cards and waited to hear back from them. An hour and a half passed so I called the store and they said that they wont be able to get them done today. It was about 200 business cards, no complex design, and I sent the image hours before the 2 pm deadline for same day. I was about to just tell them never mind then, but they said that they could have them ready when the store opened. I was hesitant but it would be so much easier to just go on and get them since I needed them right away. Next day comes around and at 2pm that day they were STILL not ready. I waited about 30 more minutes and then they were ready. Didnt get any kind of discount other than the same day discount. The staff was very friendly, but they didnt really apologize for the wait for what was advertised as same day business cards. I suppose I should have read all of that fine print that was on the website, I just thought that if you had something in giant, red font youd be able to deliver. I did find some really cutely designed tape there though... good variety of products. If you are in a rush to get something done, I dont think you should come here for it. Otherwise pretty good store in regards to variety... havent shopped around for prices lately so I dont know how they compare to other places.

I called Office Depot #2127 on Two Notch Rd by Walmart at 8:32 pm this evening, Saturday Sept. 7th. The gentleman answering the phone thanked me for calling Office Depot and asked what could he help me with. I said I was calling to find out if they offer laminating services. He said yes. Since that was all he said, I proceeded to ask him for an estimate on what it would cost to laminate a 2 x 4 poster. Then he said, let me put you through to the laminating dept. Wondering why he didnt just say that before I spilled my guts in detail about what I wanted, I waited as he rang the laminating department. And waited and waited and waited. In fact, I waited almost exactly 10 minutes. When Chatty Cathy answered the line I said, Oh, you answered. I was just about ready to hang up, I thought you forgot to answer the phone. No comment from the Laminating Lady. As a matter of fact, the line was silent for almost 15 seconds. Thats a long time for dead air on a phone call. She offered no apology for keeping me waiting, no reason that she had taken so long to pick up the line, not even one peep of an excuse.Guess which store I will not be visiting and spending my $100 at tomorrow. You guessed it. Store #2127 that I gave a 1 star rating too. At least somebody answered the phone during operating hours.

I must have looked befuddled trying to locate expandable folders. A nice employee asked if she could help me find something. She took me to their new location and explained the features of each. Thanks!

Served me NO PURPOSE! Customer service is horrible! You are better off just buying a pack of paper. ... dont expect any computer knowledge. Not to mention the cashier is miserable..... not my idea of a technology store! Im better off going to Walmart!

The young lady in photo acted as if she wasnt knowledgeable of her job at all! She was not helpful and seemed as if she had zero interest in her customers. Not friendly... and brushed me off by telling me maybe I should just go to Staples.
