I have used this location of Staples MANY times for printing everything from lesson handouts, Christmas cards, bridal/birthday invitations, faxing, etc. The employees in the copy center are incredibly helpful and always take the time to walk me (and others) through the process of printing, scanning and copying. They have a great selection of office chairs and office supplies and have great deals, especially at the start of the school year.

The long haired guy at check out seemed annoyed when asked to check inventory on an ink cartridge (there were only two other customers in the store, so they werent busy) He gave vague instructions to my son about where to find a Blu tooth adapter. Left the location without making any purchase and found much more courteous and helpful staff (and prices) at Target down the road.

Can’t say how much I appreciate Ms. Anita and the staff. This is the only Staples store I like to visit or call. They are always friendly.

The associate who helped us was kind but they were out of stock in nearly every printer. Fortunately I found the one I wanted at best buy. Maybe don’t waste your time here if you need a printer and don’t want to wait for delivery.

Person who answered the phone, did not listen, all they heard was wipes...i needed specific wipes according to the CDC. If i do not there will be a lot of problems...Thank you sir for wasting my time and energy. To the young man who listened, and was apologetic....thank you. no i didnt yell, or get upset. I simply said, someone didnt listen, and it could cause problems. he said yes maam...i said thank you for listening i hope you have a great day.

Employees are friendly, but the girl in the print department made me feel as though I was bothering her. She may have just been tired since she was the only employee I saw other than one cashier. Store was clean, and laid out conveniently.

Ordered 500 Business Cards for same-day pick-up. The first run of 10 cards I received were very off center. Once adjusted to center the rest of 490 remaining cards were cut to size. Once I Left the store I checked the cards and noticed that there were random white streaks along the right side of the cards. I went back in the store and roughy 50% of the cards had this defect. The Copy Print Technician had to manually cut about 245 cards to correct this issue. It was obviously a malfunction with the equipment being used, which resulted in poor card quality. At the register, the cashier attempted to enroll me in the rewards program which also malfunctioned. All of the employees in the store were helpful and they all deserve Five Stars. The product quality for the business cards, I received, would be a ZERO! I dont feel that they meet the professional guidelines and wouldnt represent my profession or business adequately. I will be reordering, just not from Staples.

Staff needs to be trained better, and there should be greater incentives to shop in person than on line!!

Great place to go if you have any networking issues at home. Staff is very helpful and assisted me in resolving an issue. I forgot his name but he even went as far as saving me a few bucks on an item by offering a product that was on clearance nearly 40$.

I really dont like staples...If I go to them, its for printing purposes, and only because of lack of time to go further down the road to Office Depot. and each time has only been an aggregation...One star because they have very nice employee Micah who was very bright and helpful.

My first visit to this establishment was phenomenal....not only was I supported in every way but...if item was not available, automatically called another partnering store to see if available.... I was impressed....cudos to all the employees..great job!!!!

Usually good prices. They do have all the staples. But as it is a smaller store than others in the chain, it may not have as big a selection.

This is such a lovely and responsive team of employees! I asked them to work with a client who just relocated to Columbia and this team was wonderfully accommodating. They all were aware of the issue and the transaction was seamless.Kudos!!

Im probably the most critical personal with customer service, and this was one of the best experiences Ive had in a long time. I called to make sure they had a printer and walked in with my honey do list from my wife. The manager helped me find everything, opened a new register to check me out and helped me out to the car. He even noticed a coupon for a printer paper I forgot and picked it up (keeping me out of hot water with the wife). Great prices and excellent service... Ill never go to wal-mart again. I dont work for staples... Just appreciate raving fan service. Well done staples!

They need a better internet connection for there store. I waited 10 minutes for a fax to go through. I wouldnt recommend anyone to use the fax and email center.

Dont EVER use their printing service. My husband ordered an item and it was suppose to be ready Friday. We ended up trying to pick it up Sunday and it wasnt even ready/done AT ALL!!!!!Now we have to wait 3 hours for it to be ready. Seriously. Might update this post depending on what happens after the 3 hours are up.

Bought a computer monitor from Staples today. My daughter just left the house .... for the 3rd time .... to get the correct plug in/adaptor/whatever so it can work. The first time? She took a picture of the laptop which shows a tiny HDMI port. They told her the HDMI cord that came the monitor would work. Not. Way too big. She want back a SECOND time and she took the laptop with her .... the actual laptop so that they could see it. They sent her home with an adaptor that wasnt even close. Shes gone back a THIRD time. I wouldnt be at all surprised that shell come back after being told: well uh ... duh ... we dont carry that. What a waste of time. Never, ever again. Im surprised they even know how to press START on their printer services. Morons.

Office Depot is cheaper. The lady at the printing area assisted me with purchasing prints then, calls me unable to do it after payment and sent the order to a different store and guess what they can’t do it either.

I returned a headset a week after I paid for it $29.99 (and which I had a e-receipt). Because I did not have a paper receipt, they could only give me a refund of $15.50. The associate and the manager said there was nothing they could do and I had to live losing half of my money!
